Wow bao!!! Is what I said while eating their chicken bao bowl…read more The bowl was 9 bucks which ain't cheap but the portion size was quite large which I appreciated. The chicken was very very good. The seasoning was spot on and they developed on awesome char on it. They cut the chicken into strips and drizzled a homemade zesty sauce on top. They use chicken thighs which is my preference but to some may not be your thing. The chicken sat on a bed of really deliciously seasoned rice. They accompanied the dish with plenty pickled cucumbers and some fresh jalops. Every bite of this dish was heaven. Especially, washing it down to with some bomb beer from Rails End Beer company. The guys that run the truck are super friendly. I'm likely going to start craving this dish again soon and will be hunting these guys down. Wow bao!
