Al pastor has the marinade and pineapple flavor shining through nicely. The meats were prepared and cut perfectly well, which matter a lot for street tacos. Cilantro, onion, double corn tortilla... check, check, and check. Finally the salsas are awesome. Red and green. Good amount of kick to it, and fantastic flavors to put onto street tacos and burritos. Definitely check out this taco truck.
