Well, we ate at Serafina's pizzeria and the food was good. The restrooms were clean. We got a sit down table. I got a pizza and a calzone and this is what the restaurant look like the food was really good. Do I recommend this? Yes I do. It's very cute and quaint.

This was pretty good. I was just disappointed. I ordered spaghetti and asked for 2 sausage (how I judge good spaghetti) instead I got 2 meatballs I'm just not a fan. The mussels were good. Which is no easy task. Homemade Noodles were good but probably won't be back I really wanted to try their sausage (missing Dino's) not worth $17 to try again.

What I got! Hard, over cooked no fresh basil

Some of the best pizza I've ever had. If you live in the area this should be the only place you get your pizza from.

Great sauce and service. The crust wasn't the best, but definitely a solid place in Brighton!

I was hungry for some Italian food and haven't found anything that is reasonably priced in the Brighton area so I gave this place a shot.

The salad always tastes great and fresh. The bread sticks addicting as usual, you say you are just going to have one and then your hand starts acting like it has a mind of its own and grabs a second and sometimes even a third breadstick ;)! I tried a new dish I haven't tried before which was their 6oz steak with broccoli as a side. It was cooked well and tasted good but I'm not sure if I would order that again. I felt like I was committing an unforgettable faux paw (shrugging). I felt like steak should be eaten at Texas Roadhouse or some other steak place but not sure if Olive Garden is where you go for steak. We also ordered their $6.00 to go meals for our kids lunch the following day which was a great deal. The waitress hooked us up with some more delicious breadsticks and voilà well worth are smiling again. Thanks Olive Garden for coming to my neck of the woods and providing a high quality dinner experience.

Our server Emily was great to work with and very attentive to such a large group as we were 12 people. I was pleasantly surprised with the meal portions especially the pork shank and the pricing for it. My expectation was that this meal alone would be $40-60 and it was more reasonably priced at $30. In addition to this item we ordered the gnocchi bolognese and garlic bread sticks. This sauce was quite meaty just like the pork shank. I will say the garlic bread wasn't my favorite but I can't say no to bread! The bread that is provided to the table was a bit tastier to me including en dipping oil.

My latest trip was right after my wife went for a murder mystery dinner, which went pretty poorly. She had organized the event for a group, so she felt terrible when things fell short. They served pizza that night, and a few people commented that it tasted like Chuck E. Cheese pizza. That is definitely not what you want to hear when you host a group for a special night out. Even after that experience, my wife and I decided to head back and try their pasta menu. The place itself is cute and well decorated with a strong Brooklyn Italian theme. It really feels like an Italian grandma's kitchen. The room was hot, though. The cooling system just cannot keep up with Colorado summer heat, and the flies were wild during our visit. I ordered the Pasta Arrabbiata and added breaded chicken, while my wife chose the Chicken Marsala. To drink, she asked for a glass of The Federalist 1776 Cabernet Sauvignon, and I ordered a draft Vintage IPA from Collision Brewing Company. I noticed on their Facebook page that they were highlighting a smoked Old Fashioned seasonal cocktail, but we stuck to our usual choices. When the drinks arrived, I knew right away there was an issue with my draft beer because it had zero head on the pour. One sip confirmed that the draft lines had not been cleaned in a long time. My wife was equally disappointed with her Cabernet. It is not a bottle I was familiar with, but the quality was just not there for an Italian spot. The food was another miss for the table. Visually, my wife's Chicken Marsala looked bad from the start. The sauce had completely broken, leaving behind a greasy bowl of oily noodles and tough, overcooked chicken. My Pasta Arrabbiata tasted pretty good as far as the base flavors went, but it was way too spicy. I know how that sounds coming from someone who ordered a spicy pasta dish. Truth be told, I am the guy who always asks for extra hot green chili and eats roasted jalapeños with steak. I love heat, but this dish was over the top. It was 5-alarm hot rather than a balanced kick, and it would completely ruin the meal for an average diner. On top of that, my breaded chicken was overcooked and dry. I am sure we will give them another try eventually, but I am not rushing back anytime soon. I really want to love this spot, but it feels a bit tired right now. We need good local spots in our smaller towns, but they still need to keep quality high for the community.

I received information from the DoorDash driver that he was stuck in traffic. I understood, did not have a problem with that at all as it was rush hour and people were heading home from work, this continued on for about an hour until he had to cancel my order because he was not able to get to me. I called Dions and let them know the situation. The manager informed me to place my order again and they would get it sent out right away and refund me for my previous order. I messaged the new driver, letting him know there was traffic and to maybe take a different route. Unfortunately, he did not get the message in time and ended up being stuck in the same traffic and had to do the same thing... cancel my order. I called Dions, not upset with the situation because life happens! I just wanted to make sure that I would get refunded for both orders. The manager was extremely apologetic and told me she was going to send one of her employees to personally deliver my food. I insisted that it was totally fine and she didn't have to do that but she was adamant and said they would be leaving soon! The employee arrived with my food within 15 minutes and she was so kind. This is absolutely going above and beyond and I am truly grateful for that!! I will 1 million percent return and recommend everyone to this location!!! Well done, Dions!!! The restaurant sits in the heart of a busy retail and dining hub, making it easy to find and conveniently surrounded by other businesses. Walking in, we were immediately impressed by the décor and the overall atmosphere. There is a viewing platform where kids can watch the cooks preparing pizzas, and from the dining area, you can see the full kitchen and the coordinated movements of the team as they prepare pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. You order at a counter, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Since it was our first visit, we asked for recommendations, and they were happy to oblige. We ended up ordering the Napoli pizza on the original hand-stretched crust. I ordered the lemonade, which turned out to be an outstanding recipe. I'd dare say it might give Chick-fil-A a run for its money as my favorite lemonade. The pizzas take about 18-20 minutes to prepare, so plan accordingly. Knowing that everything is made fresh and seeing just how busy the restaurant was, I was completely fine with the wait. The kitchen is well-staffed, and everyone is clearly working hard, so you can tell they're moving as quickly as possible without cutting corners. , The pizza itself was excellent, generously topped, with a great balance of cheese that complemented rather than overwhelmed the other ingredients. The crust was the perfect thickness with a wonderful flavor. I actually found myself looking forward to eating the outer edges as I finished each slice.
