Some of the advantages of ordering on line is you get your meal ahead of time while I came in and the order wasn't ready so I waited 45 minutes and finally they got the order ready. This is the worst pizza joint ever. I went to wash my hands and the restrooms were dirty. This is the worst pizza joint in America. Do I recommend eating here? No, I don't. It's just a gross restaurant. read more

I recently had the most disgusting, spoiled pizza I've ever been served from this Pizza Hut. The taste and smell made it obvious the ingredients were not fresh, and it's unbelievable they would serve food in that condition. To make matters worse, the gentleman running the register had no idea whose pizzas were whose and kept handing orders to the wrong people--including mine. When I called about it, they refused to fix the issue and would only offer store credit. Completely unacceptable. I would never recommend the Brighton location . If you want fresh pizza, go to Pizza Hut on 104th & Chambers instead--they actually care about quality read more

Pretty disappointed with Pizza. I ordered a pan pizza. Turns out it wasn't a pan pizza. I looked at the pizza before I left and showed them. They said that it was a pan. And then stated "well we have alot of pizzas in the oven". I get they were busy, but to lie about it! read more

So today was a day i decided to dash and i got a dash order for pizza hut and you would think they have it ready because its preordered we've been waiting for half an hour. i get it its a busy day but at the same time i dont, knowing its the super bowl sunday they should be prepared and let alone they should have the customer service to service customers and instead they're letting customers walk in confused with a lobby FULL. attitudes on their faces specially to customers but when its a coworker smiles on their faces. and if i could review the ones with attitude i would but they aren't wearing name tags. then have names displayed on the screen that say ready and others including me were still waiting. i asked over and over to check on our order each time she said she'd go look for it and after the damn hour basically she came back to say we haven't been able to find the order and said to call doordash to cancel the order. she had us waiting in the lobby knowing that they either took it already or canceled that order. read more

Pizza Hut - NO CHEESE - Pizza Near Me - Brighton, Colorado

We had a terrible experience last night. We ordered pizza, breadsticks and wings for delivery. The order was missing the breadsticks all together, wings were missing sauce and we did not get the extra sauce we paid for. We called to see if we could get the order corrected and a man answered the phone and put the phone down and did not put it on hold. He then told someone "oh its some guy complaining about his order." He then passed the phone to a very rude woman who said she was the shift manager. My husband was very upset trying to explain the situation and her response was "Do you want me to help you or not?" At this point my husband is obviously not happy. She hangs up on him. We have spend a lot of money here and will not longer support this business. Not counting the large tips we try and leave. Terrible customer service and whoever Sheria(not sure on spelling) is needs an attitude adjustment. read more

Honestly one of the better pizza huts I've ever been to. Yes they have made mistakes but have always been able to make it right. I had a recent snafu and manager Sara Cano emailed me back and forth personally to make it right. She has a lot of respect for her customers. Outside of that pizzas made well and fast delivery being someone who has had Pizza Hut all over the country I give her store a 10/10 read more

I paid $30 for a medium EXTRA cheese pizza and breadsticks tonight and this is what I got?! I did eat the three pieces missing, but it was HORRIBLE. For once, the breadsticks were good but this was most definitely not extra cheese. If it wasn't Christmas Eve, I would call and ask for a new one to be delivered. The delivery was fast though and the guy was really nice. read more

horrible service. ordered delivery. didn't get all my food that I ordered. called the store, at first was told they can't deliver the missing item because it didn't meet the criteria to be delivered by itself. then was told they would deliver it being it was their mistake and it would arrive in 45 min. I called the store back 55 min later to be told my food would be delivered in the next 10 min. I NEVER received my food !!!! this location is not only bad at their job. they are thieves !!!! no refund and no food delivered. read more

Worst pizza we've ever ordered, basically no sauce, tiny amount of cheese and other toppings, crust tough and dry, order was wrong, check out person acted as if we were there to annoy her, and this was before we discovered how bad the pizza was. $36 wasted on terrible food. read more

I was surprised. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in over 20 years!!! The prices are a bit crazy, with wings being $30, and a itty bitty salad was $5.99 each! The plates they give you don't hold much. However, Sara was by herself and she rocked it! Great attitude and did her best to meet the demand. The salad bar wasn't as fresh and not full, but she was trying to keep that up. The pizza crust didn't taste as sweet as others I have had. It actually wasn't bad and the wings were good too. Overall, my experience there was good. I was dreading going but it was actually not too bad. I would recommend this location. Now, they really should get rid of all the stacked boxes in the dinning room - so tacky and makes the place look dirty and cluttered. Since they do not seem to be busy, they really should remodel the joint. Take the salad bar out and just have them make the salad for each customer (you know a basic dinner salad). For their unlimited salad, they should just do what Olive Garden does and have one standard salad they can refill at the table. I'm sure it won't be that demanding. Replace all the flooring and tables. The outside also looks like it is falling apart, kind of scary and very ugly. It doesn't look like it is even open. read more

This restaurant has gone WAY downhill over the last few months. I used to frequent this location, but two visits in a row, my pizza was burned to a crisp. I didn't go back for a couple of months and when I did return, they sent me with the wrong Pizza (didn't realize it until I got home). They replaced it for me, but again, it was burned to a crisp. It'll be a while before I return. read more

Haven't been here in a while, when we decided to come I was so happy because they have the best creamy Italian dressing I've ever had, so imagine my surprise when they didn't have it and was told they discontinued it. Why take the best thing you have away??? I am not the only one who's disappointed, the waitress said she has a lot of people asking about it, Pizza Hut BRING IT BACK!!! read more

Lunch buffet with pizza, bread sticks, macaroni salad, salad bar, and cinnamon bread.

I tried to eat here a year and a half ago. The Covid shutdown was lifted, and everyone was opening back up. Except this place, they were takeout only. So I went away for 1 1/2 years. Finally noticed cares in the parking lot recently, and noticed people sitting in booths. So we tried again tonight. It went like this: Walked in the front door, and immediately see the big sign saying 'Please wait to be seated". So we stand and wait for awhile, for minutes but not hours. Probably 4 minutes. While we wait to be noticed, we have time to kill so we noticed across the restaurant some people picking up takeout pizzas from the takeout kiosk. We also see piles and piles of takeout pizza boxes stacked in the first several booths on the far side of the dining area. I mean, stacks almost as high as the ceiling with pre folded boxes. A worker drone guy comes from the back and picked up a stack of boxes and headed to the back. He noticed us and said you can check in up there, and pointed at the takeout kiosk. There were no servers or customers in the dining area. I see a girl who looked like a server who was cutting jokes with another worker. There were 4 workers that I could see, possibly more, but no one had time to SEAT THE CUSTOMER. All I could think of was, if getting served is so hard, I can't image how bad the service it going to be. They seem to have decided takeout pizza is their road to success, in a town with takeout Pizzas on every corner. But creating a nice dine in experience is just too darned hard to do. Okay, I finally undertsand that you don't want or value indoor dining customers, only takeout walk-ins. Easy enough, I can help you out with that business model. I'd like to rate the food but i've never gotten through all the crappy service to actually sit down, order and eat a pizze. I've lived in Brighton for 5 years, tried several times to eat at this shitty place and every time they sabotage the attempt. Enough. read more

This Pizza Hut won't be frequented by me ever again unless they change their leadership/management. They received my order online but never prepared it, no apology given and advised I'd receive my reimbursement in approximately 5-7 days. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed during a moderate busy time. The restaurant was dingy, dirty and smelled bad... probably a good thing they messed up my order in retrospect. Not given up on other Pizza Huts, just this one. read more

At 5:00 pm on a Thursday night, we ordered pizza online & got a confirmation. Now this is like our 20th time over the years ordering online & never had a problem in the past. So it was pretty surprising at 6:15 when we still didn't have our pizza. We patiently waited another 20 minutes & couldn't take the suspense any longer, so we called for the status of our order. We finally got through and spoke to the local high school drop-out. To our surprise, we were told that our order was cancelled. Apparently our card was declined, I'm assuming it was due to my husband's fat fingers entering the number online because we had more than sufficient funds to cover our $22.00 order. Thank you so much Pizza Hut for calling us and confirming our credit card number and giving us a heads up on the order being cancelled. Appreciate the awesome customer service! I love pizza but this Pizza Hut needs help. My granddaughter and I went in for buffet and the place was filthy. Our table was so dirty that we lined it with paper towels it was so sticky. There were flies landing on tables and I'm sure the buffet. The buffet was below average, couldn't get a refill and left thinking we shouldn't have stayed hoping we wouldn't get sick. Now I notice every time we drive by and the lot is totally empty. Whoever is managing the place needs to be replaced immediately. I am surprised that owners have not noticed the lack of customers and actually looked into the problem. Won't be back or order delivery and hate to say you shouldn't either until big changes are made. Bummer, love Pizza Hut too! read more

It's Pizza Hut. Solid go to when you're drunk and want pizza. The pasta options are pretty decent

I feel bad for them because we all grew up ordering for them. I guess as I kid I didnt know the lack of ingredients and quality. After ordering from there tonight I will never spend money on it again. I personally prefer to spend my money elsewhere, anywhere, tombstone pizza, whatever, etc. After waiting an hour and a half, cold unappetizing pizza couldn't hit the spot. I'm sure people aren't lining up to work there either. Time they dropped off the face of the earth. read more

One star is to high! One hour for appetizers! We had to get our own plates and silverware. They burnt all of the pizzas and had to start over, for over a couple dozen people. Service is horrendous and the employees are very unfriendly. Almost feels like you are burden read more

Every single time I've ordered from here, I've had some problem. I love pizza hut's pizza, but my god is this location frustrating. Delivery time is always ridiculous high, they constantly get the order wrong or are missing things. I'm just annoyed at this point. I don't want to wait two hours for cold pizza and then another two hours to get the drink they forgot to bring. Step up your game, Pizza Hut. You've got good food and can seriously bring in good working employees with the tips they would get from providing good service for once. read more

My Wife and I recently had the "lunch buffet" there. Stopped in at about 12:45. The lady at the counter told us to "find a clean spot". I looked around and commented that "there really ISN'T a "clean spot". Literally EVERY table and booth was dirty. My Wife asked the lady if perhaps she could bus a booth so we could sit and her response was "I'm all by myself, I'm doing the best I can". - We waited for about 5 minutes for something to open up and finally said "Let's go somewhere else". Trust me when I tell you this - it's not worth wasting your time on. I don't know about carry out - but the lunch buffet was a waste of time. read more

So I came in to eat and the waitress took my order but never entered it in to the system, so needless to say I never even got a pizza, and the worst part about the whole thing is I had a salad and they even charged me for that after screwing up my order, I guess I will never come back here to eat again read more

Our food was delivered hot and fresh and exactly as ordered. The delivery man was awesome and super helpful. I feel sorry that I did not get his name. I appreciate his kindness. That is something that we need more of. Way to go Pizza Hut! read more

STAY AWAY. 1. They committed credit card fraud by adding a $5 tip when I paid a cash tip. Now the total tip was $10. I would go somewhere else unless you want to have to keep an eye out for your credit card charges. 2. They committed fraud under Colorado's Deceptive Trade Practices: C.R.S. 6-1-105 (i) Advertises goods, services, or property with intent not to sell them as advertised; Offered a $7.99 pizza with an upgrade for a specialty for $3 more. There was no way to get this offer and they charged me over $26. 3. The regional "manager", Larry, defended both of the above practices whilst treating me like I was in the wrong. After sending my Notice Of Intent, I offered a settlement and he declined. I still haven't received a refund. I hope he ran his summary judgement by his legal team, or someone with some sense, first. 4. Larry banned me from "his" store instead of handling HIS fraudulent behavior. 5. The pizza was cold and had nearly zero cheese....unlike BlackjackPizza....always hot...always LOTS of cheese. I love social media...it gives us a voice. I WOULD STAY AWAY. To the franchise owner, I would complain to the corporate office. They DO NOT have your back...particularly Larry. They are driving your customers away and also deciding if you should go to court or not. You need to discipline your employees for their fraudulent behavior. read more

Just ordered there any pizza for $11 5 different toppings with free crust flavor and additional charge for stuffed crust (which has always been $2). I was told the total would be $16.97. I said I was confused about the price and she said I would have to pay for a stuffed crust special pizza and pay for the extra toppings and crust flavor, if I wanted stuffed crust with that pizza special.
