We were seated immediately. We were brought bread and water for the whole table along with the menus, which was very simple menu that I really appreciated. This diner used to be a truckstop back in the day and now it is a little diner for strictly steaks and it was a wonderful atmosphere. Everybody was really nice, smiling and chitchatting and having a good time there was no TVs there was no music just everybody talking and having a good time the steaks were cooked to perfection as well as the baked potatoes. I have nothing bad to say about this place. It was very good. Everybody was gracious and appreciative of their customers I definitely will go back so if you're ever out headed east look for the flaming steakhouse you won't be disappointed. My family and myself had a wonderful amazing time and we enjoyed our meals and I was happy to take some food home..... Thanks For The Read Until Next Time......

Another hole in the wall place that looks like it was part of the gas station at one time but then again most of the buildings in the Fort Morgan area and brush are older buildings from the 1940s and 50s. It's near an RV park so I'm sure they get a lot of business from that and the hotels around too cause it's right off the highway. My husband had steak dinner. I had a chicken. His steak tasted really good as a large portion. My chicken was a little overcooked, but everything else that we had on the sides were great. We even had their chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting. Oh my gosh that was so good but very rich so it'll take you a little bit to finish it. Apparently their meat is never frozen and always fresh. They have a very small menu which makes it actually kinda nice. Their prices are really affordable. But when you compare all the restaurants in Colorado to California, Colorado is way cheaper! Service was excellent. They were on it. Thank you

We were looking for a steakhouse as my husband's been working in the area and there's not too many…read moreof them around, but we found this place in Brush. And yeah you walk in and it looks like an old bar John Wayne stuff all over dark but it was really cool. It's a daughter with father run business and the daughter does everything- she does all the cooking, the waitressing, the prepping, cleaning ,everything! The dad helps with the socializing and cleaning bringing drinks over. Bless his heart. Never met anybody like that in the Restaurant business. we had a long talks with both of them and nice folks, but I think they are getting a little tired. My husband had prime rib and I had barbecue ribs. They were both excellent with rolls. Green beans were just regular green beans and we had potatoes. thank you for your hospitality and if we're ever back again in your area, and you are still around, we will pop in and get some more grub. If not, I hope you have a beautiful retirement both of you when that happens for you two.

At first I didn't think it was open. Only one vehicle in the parking lot. I peered in through the door and didn't really see anyone. I went back outside to take some photos of the business and an older man came partially out the door and told me they were open. I finished outside and in I went. The interior was themed with John Wayne and I only saw about 8 tables. The lights are very low and the atmosphere was quiet. The gentleman brought me a water and soon after a waitress appeared. I had fried sliced dill pickles for an appetizers. YUM I ordered from The Littleton Pilgrim section. I ordered the 4oz Top Sirloin Dinner extremely well done. My sides were steak fries and fresh green beans and home made rolls. My steak was cooked perfect for me and the fries and green beans were so fresh. The rolls were a little over done but very flavorable. A little pricy for dinner but great food and service. $$$$ The interior is vintage dated with, hard to see with just old low lights hanging. Heavily decorated with John Wayne items and old jukebox off to the side of the bar. Great place to reminisce and enjoy a nice meal!
