When I handed him the money, there was not a thank you or smile. When I got back to my hotel room, I opened the container and the jello had melted all over my food! I hardly ate anything, nothing really tasted good, except for the General Tso's chicken. Suggestion to the restaurant - offer a small container for jello or cold things. It can still fit inside the take out container, but would help to keep things from running together. If I do go back, I'll skip the jello and load up on the General Tso's chicken.

I took one bite and left the rest on my plate. My advice to the owner is simple: Focus on quality and freshness over quantity. It doesn't matter how many dishes you have if none of them are appetizing. The staff should be constantly checking the buffet lines--stirring food, replenishing items with fresh batches, and most importantly, throwing away food that has been sitting out for hours. Just because the restaurant was slow during my visit doesn't mean it's acceptable to serve old, unappetizing food. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning.
