Everything could improve really did enjoy but we got take out Tuesday and it was the worst food ever we had chicken fried rice and the rice was overcooked and even burnt, the chicken was even worse stringy and very very try, my wife had the beef something and literally was not even beef after tasting we both had to spit it out, I will never recommend or eat anything again from them worst ever and the prices just keep getting higher read more

We were driving through on our way to Nebraska and this place had mostly good reviews. It must be friends of the restaurants owners because the food was absolutely awful!! I had pork lo Mein and it was soooo salty I couldn't eat more than a couple of bites. Never stopping here again!! read more

Best Chinese food in Fort Morgan. My family loves the food from there. Service is always amazing. read more

Food is tasty, arrived quickly, large quantities, wide variety of entrees, server checked in us twice with free Jasmine tea refills without asking, in an old building no one is putting money into. Definitely family run operation with parents, their kids and grandparents hanging out in back booths enjoying one another. read more

Chef Da's Chinese Restaurant - Main dining room - Chinese Near Me - Fort Morgan, Colorado

I always eat here and it's usually very very good. Tonight I ordered 2 orders of the vegetable lo mein (what I always order), but it tasted funny like old grease or a dirty greasy pot. It was also missing onions that made a big difference as well. The other person I ordered for thought so too. Another friend came to where we are and had ordered the sesame tofu which she always orders and thought the same thing. It didn't taste right or good to her either. $24 in the trash. I called and told the lady at the desk and she said something I didn't understand, then told me thank you and to have a good night. I won't be going back anymore. read more

The seasame chicken was all breading-no good. The hot&sour soup was delicious. Don't know if I'd go again, but if I did, I'd get the soup only. read more

I NEVER found a roach or a toe nail in my food like that "wonderful" place. We only trust Da's :)

Food was sub par and it was very warm inside the restaurant as they would not turn on the AC during the summer. Overall, would not recommend. read more

Great food. Hot and sour soup is one of my favorite soups and they make a great one. Friendly service. Everything we have had there is very good. read more

food is great there as well as service. Been going there for some time now and I've loved every moment of it!

Best Chinese food in Ft. Morgan; exactly what you'd expect from your favorite Chinese comfort place. Quick service & plenty of room for seating read more

This food was so good. The orange chicken was crispy and tasty, it it a bit bland but it is still flavorful. The only annoying thang was the rice was packed in a way that there was rice on top of the lid so when it is opened it is spilled over. The portion size was large and enjoyable. Traveling from LA to South Dakota, this is a perfect place for a road trip. read more

Great atmosphere when you walk in. All until the waitress opened her mouth. Her attitude was nasty our whole visit. We felt like we weren't even allowed to talk while waiting for our food because all we got were dirty looks from her while she played on her phone at the front counter. I order chow mein without veggies. (Can't remember what my boyfriend got). And it WAS SO GOOD. I loved my meal so much. Very delicious. Unfortunately, I will never sit down in here again. Maybe in the future I'll call in, but I don't think I'll even go inside to pick the order up. read more

Best Chinese restaurant in town! Serves you way more than the other Chinese restaurants and there Lo main is the best. Again WAY better food then the others in town! The only thing i would prefer better at wonderful house our little bamboo is the crab cheese won tons. The ones at chef da taste funky! read more

Solid old school americanized Chinese food. Pletny of portions and lots of MSG. Yummy! fresh rice, tons of vegetables hand cut. Clean but lonely interior but lots of take out business. very friendly staff. read more

If I could give this place zero I would. Apparently NOBODY who has given this restaurant such a good review has ever really eaten GOOD Chinese food because this certainly isn't good. This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. EVER. I love Chinese food, I'm from a big metropolitan city where Chinese food is everywhere and have had lots of great Chinese food. I recently moved to this small town Jan 2018 and have been dying to try this place with all its great reviews. What a freaking HUGE disappointment. My food looked like puke. I have NEVER been served fried rice with nothing in it. Literally rice pan fried in soy sauce. WTF is that. Gross. The only thing that was good was the cheese wontons. You can't really mess those up though. I've never been angry having a meal as I was eating this garbage. read more

Our number one favorite place to eat in Morgan county. Every time people visit we bring them here and they love it, too! The lunch specials are a great deal and the food here is amazing. We have tried the other Chinese food places around and were very unimpressed. The pork lo mein and sesame chicken are amazing. I don't know that you'll find a better Chinese food restaurant than Chef Da's!! read more

Best place in town to get your take out fix. The waitress is so sweet and always makes our son laugh. The food is always amazing and piping hot when it comes out. I've never had a bad meal here. We eat here at least once every two weeks and I don't think I'll ever stop. Way to go CHEF DA's!! read more

Yum! This place has the best Chinese food that I've had in a long time. I believe we only have three Chinese restaurants in Fort Morgan and this is my number 1 pick. For dinner I had the Chicken Lo Mein and my husband had Almond Chicken. Our meals came with soup, either egg flower or hot & sour. I'm always craving won ton soup and they were happy to let me substitute it for only .50 cents. My hubby had the egg flower and both of our soups were very good. We also ordered the pot stickers, they were amazing and came with a very tasty dipping sauce. Our entrees were both very generous portions and very good as well. We will definitely being going back again. There was only one other couple in the dining room when we arrived but there were several people that came in to pick up take out orders. Our server was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I highly recommend Chef Da's, you won't regret giving them a try. read more

Decent food for the price. Nice people - gave us extra Chinese donuts for the kids. Dishes were perhaps over-sauced, and the sauces were on the thick side. But overall, it's better than you'd expect for Chinese food in Fort Morgan. read more

Pretty alright food. Overpriced for the quality. Terrible service. She always has the worst attitude and everything seems like an inconvenience to her. She will sit behind the counter ignoring the customers watching videos or texting. Don't expect a refill and when you get her over to ask she'll fill it half way. read more

Another culinary adventure for my husband and I when we were in Ft. Morgan for another event. This is a quiet location and has a family atmosphere (in that the workers were clearly family because they were teasing each other.) We enjoyed an excellent meal (sorry I don't remember what we ordered), and had leftovers to take home. Good price, good location, will return. read more

Excellent food every single time. Hot, fresh, delicious, and very generous portions. The girl working always includes some free donuts when I pick up my order. read more

Amazing food for a great price! Family meal will feed you twice ( lots of leftovers). Some of the best egg rolls and ragoons I have ever had read more

This place is awesome and Cami is spectacular. The more you visit there the easier she is to get to know.

Ordered the Drunken Noodles and they were horrible. They didn't use the wide rice noodles or basil sauce--just some bland and soupy red sauce. I love drunken noodles, but I could not stomach the meal (nor could my friends). I asked the waitress if I could have something else because it really didn't taste right. She told me that I couldn't unless I wanted to buy another meal. Needless to say, we won't be going back to Chef Da's anytime soon! read more

In town for a couple days from out of state. Stopped in on a Friday night. Had chicken w/ vegetables, egg rolls, and hot and sour soup. Food was quite good -no complaints. Under $13. Portion size large/typical, so enough to take a box to go for a full meal later. Polite quick service. Would come back again. read more

I've grown to like this place. The food is good and the service is always excellent. It could be a tad cleaner, but overall I'm impressed. I would recommend the Mongolian beef. Every Chinese restaurant is just a bit different, you'll either like Chef Da's or not. It's not fancy, but it taste good. Lind of wish they had a kids menu, but that's OK read more
