Now that I've discovered Mimi's and had their b-fast burritos, I will never settle for one from Santiago's ever again. The breakfast burritos from Mimi's are loaded with more meat & potatoes and aren't so runny from them having more chili in them than substance like Santiago's are. I absolutely love them. They're rated really high -- actually one of the highest-rated restaurants in Fort Collins -- and from a food perspective I don't really understand why.
