We ordered a Double Smasher burger and a Crispy Chicken sandwich and Strawberry Shake. The card reader in Stall#7 wouldn't work but the server took our card and went back in to pay for our order. Took a couple minutes or more so I'd hate to see this place when half or more of the car stalls are occupied. The Double Smasher disappointed my husband because the sauce overwhelmed the burger. His shake also gets low marks for looking nothing like the menu picture - more vanilla ice cream than any presence of the strawberries. Ordered drinks and milkshakes 30 minutes ago and still do not have them! Very slow service!

First of all, this place is literally falling apart - half the screens don't work, there are ants all over the concrete and they are SEVERELY understaffed. I put in an order on the app which said their wait times were around 5-10 minutes and then continued to wait for 50 minutes for the food to come out. The whole time, the employees kept telling me that they were understaffed and only had 1 cook, but there were maybe 3 cars that pulled up in the entire time I was there. So wtf took so long?? It was absolutely ridiculous. And it's not even like I ordered a large order - I literally ordered a #1 (their most popular burger), fries and a drink. That was it. I only ever write reviews on places that went above and beyond. This was my first time trying sonic and i don't think I'll ever return to a sonic again. we sat there for nearly 40 minutes waiting for our food. i ordered the sonic cheeseburger, it fell apart before i could take a bite. They put the butt of the tomato with the stub, hanging off the burger. everything fell out so i had to just eat the meat towards the end. the environment was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. only like 3 stalls worked, we had to drive around for a while finding a stall to pull into. when we finally get a stall the speaker was broken and could barely hear the worker. It looked disgusting and the food tasted like i'm going to get food poisoning...very disappointed. read more

So my favorite place to go when I crave a shake is here. Well it used to be!!!! Upon reading the reviews from others all are honest and true. Why are they in business to begin with. They are rare and are coming back however they well go extinct if they continue like this or corporate doesn't step in. Pressed the to see why I was checked in through app and it showed on screen my name etc. nobody answered. I got attention to carhop to get an attitude back for me to press button. finally the screen order went from in kitchen to the person delivering was on the way. 15 minutes waiting and pressing button again no answer. Honestly this place is going to the ground. The employees were very disrespectful and unprofessional. Came out yelling for no reason and said we can't be served. We haven't been there for over 2 years. The place is ran by little kids and immature little girls. One of the employee/manager slammed my door while it was open. No restroom for customers makes this a bad stop for a family on a road trip. Service is MUCH slower than other Sonnc locations.

First, the good: Now that the stalls have been upgraded with flat touch screens, ordering is much more more efficient and accurate. Some recent additions aren't shown on the menu area, but they DO appear in the scrolling ads while you're waiting to order. I really like seeing my order appear on the screen, so I don't have to depend on the speaker, and I can make corrections as needed. Discounts are also calculated correctly now; they were consistently wrong before. Now for the bad. There are no posted hours, and there is no agreement between the Sonic web site, various other online sources, and reality at this unit. I arrived a few minutes after 9pm a few weeks ago. The signs and order boards were on, though the overhead lights weren't (I thought someone had forgotten to turn them on). I pressed the red button when I was ready to order and the screen acknowledged it. Nobody responded. After 10 minutes, I phoned the restaurant, and was told they were closed and had shut down the grill. Online, they claimed to be open 7am-10pm; when asked, I was told 6am-9pm. Even in Fort Morgan, other fast food restaurants are open WAY later than 9pm on weeknights. WTF? read more

My family loves sonic but we lost all hope with this one after very numerous trips to have one of their well advertised drinks for them to tell us the drink machine is down 90% of the time or they are out of certain things. The food at Sonic comes out pretty fast and the employees are always so kind. I go there at least once a month for a blue-raspberry nerds slush and no matter who i get they are so sweet. Service can be slow when they are busy but it is never more than 5 minutes long when its not. read more

I keep trying to give this place a chance however there is no win here. Worst place in town. I have even spoken to the owner and she seems like a nice person however leadership at this Sonic is not a strong point. Service is terrible! plan on waiting a long time to get your food or drinks. I waited once over 25 minutes just to get a simple drink. They have these nice new high tech menus however don't plan on them working they are only for show. I pushed the button only to get some rare guy coming up to my window taking my order. One of the most unsafest things ever is they take your credit cards inside because the new cool technology menus don't work. I got a call from my bank a few days after going here and they said I had credit fraud. I believe it was due to the hot head I had to give to. If I could give this place no stars I would. They should shut down. Servers are rude and a bunch of high school pot heads. I have given 100s of reviews over the years and this has to be one of the worst. This place needs some MAJOR overhaul by the Sonic franchise. The young girls that work there have always been so nice and friendly. They often look like they are taking care of the orders, then making them, then carrying them out to the stalls. There is a lady that always seems to be there yet unavailable. Every time I have been there she is sitting in her black car right in the front of the place and will venture out walk inside as if she hasn't a care in the world. I know that everyone needs a break buy if she is the Manager she is NOT a good one and if she is the owner she really needs to come to grips and try to help out!!
