Our family gathering for Mom's 90th birthday celebration.

We just held a 90th birthday celebration for my Mom in their private room on Sunday. Had 40 people there for a buffet. The food was hot, plentiful and prepared perfectly. Joann the mgr helped us along in all the prep! We have been customers for 8 years. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Asian Pearl Bistro in Windsor, Colorado, and I can confidently say it's a gem for anyone with Celiac disease or gluten-free needs. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the genuine care the staff showed toward their customers. But what truly sets this place apart is their exceptional understanding of gluten-free dining and their commitment to making it a safe and delicious experience. As someone with Celiac disease, I'm always cautious when eating out, but Asian Pearl Bistro put my mind at ease immediately. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about gluten-free needs, and they took the time to explain how they prepare their dishes to avoid cross-contamination. They use corn starch instead of wheat flour for their crispy, mouthwatering battered items--like the gluten-free sweet and sour chicken, which is hands-down the best I've ever had. The texture was perfectly crunchy, and the flavor was so spot-on that I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything. What I loved most was the variety. Nearly every dish on the menu can be adapted to be gluten-free, which is a rare treat for those of us with dietary restrictions. My daughter, who also has Celiac, raved about the gluten-free sesame chicken, and we both appreciated how the staff went out of their way to ensure our meals were safe. They even swapped out fortune cookies for Hershey's kisses for us--a small but thoughtful touch that made us feel truly cared for. The food itself was outstanding--fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Beyond that, the owners and staff were so friendly and attentive, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. It's not just a meal here; it's an experience that leaves you feeling understood and valued. Asian Pearl Bistro isn't a dedicated gluten-free facility, but their diligence and expertise make it a haven for anyone with Celiac or gluten sensitivities. I've eaten there multiple times now, and I've never once felt unwell afterward--a testament to their care and skill. If you're in Windsor and looking for a place that combines incredible Asian cuisine with a deep understanding of gluten-free needs, this is it. I can't recommend it highly enough--it's a five-star standout in every way!

Decided to eat dinner at Asian Pearl tonight. All the staff are very friendly, professional and very welcoming. The owner Joann is so friendly. She always stop by our table to say hello. The wait staff are very friendly and attentive. The food comes out very quickly. Our entire food were very delicious. Our favorite food to eat is the Kung Pao Chicken. They have a lot of Gluten Free options. I highly recommend this place. 5 star!

From the moment we walked in - I'm recovering from recent shoulder surgery and dressing isn't easy so I didn't look my best - I discreetly asked the hostess if it was ok for me to come in looking kinda grungy and she sweetly told me I looked cute. Then a very friendly young man led us to our table. The place was packed, there were a lot of families with children as well as older folks like my hubby and me. Our waiter was also very friendly. Hubby and I usually each order soup, then we order 2 appetizers and one entree to split when we go to Asian restaurants. We ordered the same here. The egg drop soup was heartier than we expected, it had corn and little bit of chicken in it. It was delicious. Our appetizers, spring rolls and wrapped shrimp, were delicious and they were served on beds of noodles with sliced carrots and cucumbers around the edges of the plates. We had to ask our waiter for carry out containers before our entree even arrived. Our entree, pork with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and oyster sauce was delicious....just like everything else was. And since we ordered too much we had enough left over for dinner the following night. Hubby and I usually go for Thai or Japanese when we're in the mood for Asian cuisine and we have our favorite spots in FoCo for those (I prefer Thai, he prefers Japanese). We now have our favorite Vietnamese restaurant. The food was great and the service was very friendly!

The gyoza came out perfectly pan-seared -- crispy on the bottom, tender on top, and packed with flavor. That dipping sauce had just the right balance of salty, tangy, and savory. You could easily crush two orders without trying. The pork belly steamed buns were next-level. Soft, pillowy buns wrapped around rich, melt-in-your-mouth pork belly. The balance of fat, sweetness, and sauce was perfect. Messy in the best possible way. And then the star -- the Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was deep, creamy, and packed with flavor -- that slow-simmered richness that tells you it was done right. The noodles had the perfect bite, and the pork was tender and seasoned beautifully. Every spoonful made you slow down just to appreciate it. Hands down one of the best meals I've had in a long time. But they were also fairly quick with the appetizers that we tried. The barbecue tofu was surprisingly delicious with a great texture and yummy sauce. The Gyoza was also a fan favorite with a light crispy bottom and a good filling. We tried two different ramens with two different proteins. The beef was a bit, tough and dry, but the chashu was nice and soft like melting in your mouth. The broth was also good and the noodles were nice and thin. Overall, I felt like this was a nice bite to eat and definitely filling. The only thing I felt that was lacking was the service on refilling water. I would definitely come back if I was around the area. They definitely got busy pretty quick.
