My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at the P.F.Chang's at Centerra in Loveland. Dustin could not have been any more helpful. I couldn't decide between two different entrees and his suggestion was perfect. Half off a bottle of wine on Wednesday is also a very nice touch. Food: I enjoyed their lettuce wraps! Good flavor and texture of the meat, but it definitely needs the side sauce. The lettuce was fresh and crunchy. The teriyaki beef was delicious. The outside had a little bit of a crisp and the sauce was the perfect ratio of sweet and tangy. The pineapple was fresh and bursting with flavor. The side serving of rice was dry and flavorless sadly, but it was better in the sauce. The peach boba drink was good, it was a little too sugary for me, but once the ice dissolved it was better. The hint of black tea towards the end was nice too. Service: Great! The food came out fast and our server was helpful in her recommendations. Atmosphere: It was surprisingly busy! Everything was clean and the light was bright. It was a big space filled with tables and people. Overall: I had a fun time here, an enjoyable experience! We ordered a family feast to go since my granddaughter requested it for her birthday family dinner. I opted for PF Changs for a special celebration as this cost over $150. I will not be going back again. Not only was the quality diminished and showed no signs of care for the finished product. One looked like a soupy mess with a few small sprigs of overcooked broccoli. One looked like have eaten servings. The beef was tough and dry . Shrimp overcooked. The appetizers were fine. This is officially off my list. Went on 5/1/26. First time to this location. First time to a P.F. Chang's in a very long time. So really have nothing to compare it to for other visits. We got there around 530 and there was about a 20 minute wait but we were able to find seats at the bar. There were 3 bartenders working. Don't remember their names. We sat there for a couple minutes before being greeted but they were very busy. They have Happy Hour from 3-6, so we got some drinks and appetizers. Dumplings and wontons. Both filled to the max level and both delicious. For entrees we got sesame chicken and Singapore street noodles. Excellent! They were really good. And for dessert we had the banana spring rolls. You food has drastically changed over the last few years and not for the better. First off we ordered over the phone for a to go order and was told the you had General Tso's chicken. However, when we went to pick up the order we were told different and you guys had actually substituted another dish in its place without our permission. Ordered food today through uber and... honestly this has been one of the worst places I have ever ordered food from. I ordered special sauce with my food. It was not included. This includes my uber driver explicitly asking and confirming that it was included. I have Celiac disease and cannot eat wheat, so dining out already requires a great deal of caution and effort. It's incredibly frustrating to be charged extra for accommodations that are not a preference, but a medical necessity. Living with dietary restrictions is already limiting enough without having to pay a premium just to eat safely. Profiting from that feels unfair. I expressed my dissatisfaction during our visit, but Mariah did not inform a manager or take any steps to address the situation. She also left the menus on the table after we ordered and, while not overtly rude, came across as indifferent toward me and my children. It felt as though my concerns were dismissed. To make matters worse, the gluten-free lettuce wraps were served with fried rice noodles. Unless you have a dedicated fryer, this introduces cross-contamination--meaning I was effectively served wheat despite ordering gluten-free and paying extra for it. For someone with Celiac disease, that's not just an inconvenience; it's a health risk. Overall, this experience was disappointing and concerning, both in terms of service and food safety. We have visited PF Chang's in several locations and the food has always been good. However our visit to the one in Loveland on Friday night wasn't great due to other factors which seems to be part of a trend at this location. The portions keep getting smaller, the service less attentive, the booths more worn. And Chang's is no longer a mid priced meal for a family. A bit more about the service: Our soup and appetizers came out at the same time and the entrees followed a less than five minutes later. We felt like they wanted to turn the table ASAP. We didn't see much of the staff and had stacks of dishes crowding the table until the check came. The Great Wall Cake, normally awesome, was still tasty but dry -- our waiter apologized, then walked away. We hope the Loveland location gets their act together again -- it's a great location and they do know how to cook. Just don't go there when hungry. read more

Had a very nice lunch here with a friend. I chose a mildly hot pepper shrimp dish that was delicious, with the perfect amount of heat, zest and yum! My friend chose a honey chicken dish that she really enjoyed. The atmosphere was quiet. Just perfect for visiting with a cherished friend. The dynamite roll was DYNAMITE! The sauce and tempura shrimp on top was delicious & beautifully displayed. The Asian Caesar salad outstanding complimented by the grilled salmon. Tried a new place tonight as it's been highly recommended to us. Staff was very friendly, service was good. Checked on an appropriate number of times but not offered a drink refill when we needed it and couldn't find waitress. No offer to box up our leftovers until we had done most of it ourselves. Chicken wrap appetizer was great and could be a meal in itself. Appetizer served with soup/salad was awkward but other pacing was right on. Salad bowl was awkward. Salad was difficult to retrieve without it spilling. Egg drop soup was rich, flavorful and tasted almost homemade. Really liked the soup, and it was a great chicken soup, but not any clue it was egg drop from the flavor. Strawberry cucumber limeade was heavy on lime and grew more and more bitter as the drink was drunk. Strawberries were delicious. Entrees were great: Broccoli Beef and Sesame Chicken: good flavor, cooked well, tender. But fried rice was bland and might as well have been brown rice. Not worth an extra $9.00 to upgrade two servings. Dining room was packed but had room for people to move. Tall ceiling and minimal decor made it a little more upscale. Music was subtle enough to not be a bother. Restroom was roomy and clean. Handicap stall was in good repair, had a good door handle, low coat hook and easy access toilet paper dispenser. Grab rails were crusty on undersides. Automatic soap dispenser, easy lever faucet handle (a little stretch to reach) and immediate paper towel dispenser made it nice. Counter cut away underneath made for easy access in my wheelchair. Might return if I'm craving that Chicken Wrap appetizer. read more

It tasted like instant rice, it was flavorless and not cooked well at all. The Asian Pear mojito tasted like apple and not pear. It was just OK and tasted like it was made from a mix. Mediocre food. I guess I couldn't have expected any better from a chain. Flavors were just not great. Green beans were not trimmed, and several still had the stems on them!! Just pure laziness. They were cooked so long that they were limp and lifeless. Flavor was actually pretty good on them though. Egg drop soup was great. Not your typical yellow congealed soup, which is great for nostalgic purposes. This soup had a depth of flavor that was quite enjoyable. Calamari was over cooked and chewy. What else can I say? Who wants chewy calamari Chicken lettuce wraps are always a hit. At least they do one thing right. Sesame chicken? Not a huge fan of the flavor profile. Maybe some people like it. New years eve and not wanting to cook dinner we decided to order take out from here. Ordered Egg drop soup, Beef with Brockley, 6 egg rolls and my wife ordered Orange Chicken. Needless to say we were very disappointed. The egg rolls were soggy, undercooked, and frankly terrible. The beef with Brockley meat was hard and chewy, Brockley undercooked. I can't speak for my wife and how she felt about the food but she said she had better at a mom and pop restaurant and so have I. They say everything goes better with booze, I guess that since that is the only upscale Chinees place around they must rely on people not caring after a couple of drinks. I'd give the place a no star rating, but I can't. The dinner cost us $80 bucks and we were charged a tip of $20 on top of that. For what?? read more

My first time visiting this restaurant and it was a very pleasant experience! The meal I got (signature lo mein) was over the roof! Amazing! Also, one of the best things at this place was that you can modify the meal you want to eat (ie. no sauce or sauce on the side) which was very helpful for us. We have been coming here for YEARS even before the happy hour. We dine here for work they have a great bar and WiFi. Love this place.. the review is not for the store or the server or take out people everyone seems to be great hard working Americans here! My issue was with Natalie and Natalie alone.. we get the same order every time we dine in or take out. We had take out and had gotten the wrong order it was more money then we normally pay but we didn't think of it we usually get crispy, honey, chicken with steamed vegetables and chow mein. It got mixed up with another beef order. (No problem things happen) When we called back the Take out team member apologized and said we could come back the next day to get our food. That's when we met Natalie... pretty much called us a liar and said we were trying to get free food.... I make well over 200k a year and I work in hospitality... it was embarrassing.. mind you we had hair in our food the week before when we dined in.. the manager wanted to take care of us and we paid full price and tipped 20% STILL because we love the people and that place but you have officially lost a good regular Natalie. All over 20$ of food you thought we were trying to steal from you when we tip well over the price of food in general!!!!! We came here for lunch, and had probably the best waitress we have had ever had. her name is Fion so I would recommend if you come here to ask for her service she was amazing.
