This is without a doubt the best Chinese Food within miles! I have tried restaurants in Greeley, Ft. Collins and Ft. Morgan (and probably others which I don't even remember) but this is the best I have found anywhere. The food is reasonable, cooked to perfection and served by great staff. The atmosphere is also wonderful. They aren't open on Mondays but otherwise I believe they are open Tuesday through Saturday and maybe Sunday.
