    Rainbow fried rice. Very good!
    Nora A.

I wanted some dumplings so we headed over to campus west to this small authentic restaurant. The food was good, and we opted for the steamed chive bao. Fried rice, & potstickers. I think I'd order meat bao next time. The rice was ok. The dumplings were the best..since you order at the counter and then 5hey bring it to you, there isn't much service to comment on.

This was absolutely delicious. We ordered to go this weekend while we were moving and really enjoyed the food. The price was great and the portions were good sizes. The flavor was rich and the texture of the buns was perfect! After a long day this was just the comfort food we needed!

Was craving Asian food and this was in the area I was in. Service is good, it's more of an order and serve once your food is done. Sadly very empty on a Saturday. I ordered the beef noodle soup and it was decent. Beef was tender and noodles could have been more firm. One piece of bok choy, corn, and some other pickled ish veggies? Was not a big fan of corn and pickled veggies and the broth could have a bit more depth to it. Seems like they might specialize in baos so I might try that if I'm in the area. I was over hearing another table (the only other persons in there) and they said their vegan dishes were amazing.

Really tasty. We ordered way too much but managed to somehow eat it all. First time in so we went with most of the staff's suggestions and then some. My favorite were the water fried pork bao , soup dumplings and wood ear mushrooms. Super friendly service. We will definitely be back for more.

We had to check this place out visiting Ft. Collins. My husband hasn't had any beef noodles in years and so happy we stopped by. They had a lottle bit of something for everyone. Service was quick and easy and some of the dishes did take a bit longer to make and come out but it was worth the wait. The restaurant is in this cute little shopping center with apartment above. Plenty seating inside and out. Their dumplings are legit and we wished we ordered more. Our noodles were cooked perfectly. The meat in our soup was a bit chewy and wished they cooked it longer to make it tender. But overall decent flavors.

Filling a bit salty and not much else besides meat. Pretty much a meatball. Dandan noodles are pretty solid though; Good spice and flavor. Baos pretty disappointing due to small filling.

This review is specifically for their quality of delivery (ordered through Nosh Delivery). We ordered the soup dumplings (risky for delivery, but I was willing to take that risk), Dan Dan noodles and pork potstickers. The delivery was fast (thanks, Nosh!) and the food was still piping hot when it arrived! Shockingly, not a single soup dumpling had split open on the trip over. They were still nice and hot, and had just enough time to cool down to a temperature that wouldn't scald my tongue when I nibbled open the casing to slurp up the salty, brothy goodness. The Dan Dan noodles were delicious with a nice little hint of spice, and the pork potstickers came with a generous amount of the ginger soy and chili oil on the side. Again, risky to order soup dumplings through delivery, but I'll definitely be taking that risk again when I'm too lazy to make the trek over to Campus West.

Wow! Truly best dumplings in Colorado, if not more! The steamed fried dumplings in particular were better than we've gotten in Shanghai, home of these types of dumplings--just the right amount of dough, not too much and light and perfectly fried, with lots of filling. You order at a counter and they swiftly cook on the spot. The vegan dumplings were super tasty mix of mushrooms, carrots and other veggies. Friendly staff and quite affordable. You can even order frozen batches for about $1 a dumpling. Truly worth a detour for outstanding dumplings and noodles.

One of my favorite Chinese foods are dumplings. These guys make some of the best Dumplings ever. Super juicy, great texture, and ample fillings . Usually dumplings are like french fries-like a side dish, but these dumplings are so good they make a whole meal. This Chinese family from Shang Dong hand makes each dumpling with a special technique that gets more broth to the inside of the dumplings to make them super moist. Good location close to CSU, and Ice cream shops, big dining room that is kind of dim, but comfortable enough. Easy parking

Pork Potstickers, Pork Water Fried Bao, Fried Rice, Pork Belly Noodle soup. People from Hawai'i call the noodle soup Saimin. Yum!

From the moment we walked in - I'm recovering from recent shoulder surgery and dressing isn't easy so I didn't look my best - I discreetly asked the hostess if it was ok for me to come in looking kinda grungy and she sweetly told me I looked cute. Then a very friendly young man led us to our table. The place was packed, there were a lot of families with children as well as older folks like my hubby and me. Our waiter was also very friendly. Hubby and I usually each order soup, then we order 2 appetizers and one entree to split when we go to Asian restaurants. We ordered the same here. The egg drop soup was heartier than we expected, it had corn and little bit of chicken in it. It was delicious. Our appetizers, spring rolls and wrapped shrimp, were delicious and they were served on beds of noodles with sliced carrots and cucumbers around the edges of the plates. We had to ask our waiter for carry out containers before our entree even arrived. Our entree, pork with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and oyster sauce was delicious....just like everything else was. And since we ordered too much we had enough left over for dinner the following night. Hubby and I usually go for Thai or Japanese when we're in the mood for Asian cuisine and we have our favorite spots in FoCo for those (I prefer Thai, he prefers Japanese). We now have our favorite Vietnamese restaurant. The food was great and the service was very friendly!

My friend comes in here a lot as he lives nearby, is Chinese, and knows the owner. We had tried a viral noodle spot in Denver the night before that was twice the price and half the flavor. Beijing noodle really hit the mark! There is a row of parking outside, and we had no problem finding a spot on a Saturday afternoon. We saw in a cozy booth, and the owner himself takes care of the customers. Everything feels so authentic. I started with a hot tea, which really hit the spot and the potato salad, which had the perfect amount of flavor, balance, and not too much soy sauce like in some places. We also tried the cabbage, the scallion pancake, the oil spill noodles, and the Henan gravy noodles. You really can't go wrong, they were some of the best I've ever had, my only desire was that they would put more meat on the noodle dishes. The tiny chunks were so scarce and left me wanting more in every bite. I would have also loved more scallions in the scallion pancake. But it was perfect to dip in the noodle oil and really soak up that flavor and juiciness. Everything was divine, the prices cannot be beat, the ambience feels clean and genuine, and there's nothing better than the feeling of supporting a local family business. I could also see that they have received many awards on recognitions from Yelp and other publications celebrating their food and longstanding presence in Colorado. Can't wait to come back, maybe next time I'll ask for double meat

The noodle dishes at Beijing Noodle have been solid in the past. Unfortunately, the soups were really bad. My husband ordered the beef and broccoli soup and I ordered the wonton soup with noodles. Both broths were extremely watered down and completely lacked flavor. Mine tasted like pork water with seaweed. We kept taking a few bites hoping the flavor would show up, but it never did. Neither of us finished our bowls - we each had a small serving and threw the rest away. For about $40 for two soups and potato pancakes, it was a pretty disappointing meal. My takeaway: stick with the noodles here and skip the soup.

Drinks were on point, and the little details in the atmosphere (lighting, ambiance, layout) made it feel special. For food, we kept it simple but tasty: fries and their edamame bowl with cocktails. Both hit the mark -- the fries were crisp and fun, and the edamame bowl was a smart choice for a lighter, shareable app. We didn't get sushi this visit (so I can't weigh in on that), but for what we had the experience was solid. But for now, I'd absolutely recommend this place for drinks + apps with friends in Fort Collins. We'll be back.
