Child rating: 5/5 great place to take littles! Lots of room around the tables if you need to bring a baby. I saw a few tables around us with children. Both bathrooms have changing tables, although one had a much nicer one while the other changing table had some graffiti on it. Highchairs are available. Service: 4/5 I would dock one star because the pizza did end up taking 40 minutes to come out. I won't though, since I understand that is a risk you take when ordering Detroit pizza, which I assume takes longer than other types of pizzas. Just be aware that service time is variable. The waiter came and apologized for the wait and we saw him do the same for 2 other tables. At the end of the meal, they charge a ~5% fee for kitchen appreciation. Ambiance: 5/5 They play sports games on the TVs and there is a bar area. Nice for a fast casual spot. Tables and bathrooms are clean, and they give you nice plates with cloth napkins. Noise from TVs and other tables is not too loud. Food: 4/5 Pizza itself was bomb. Really good crust and we're glad we could get half and half. The freshness of the prosciutto and arugula was a good balance with the sausage and pepperoni topping. That said--the sausage and pepperoni were SPARSE. I'm talking in total maybe 5 pieces of sausage on the whole pizza and maybe 10 pieces of pepperoni. For $38 for a pie that is pretty egregious. You can tell from the photo I posted how sparse the meat was. Again, the pizza was still delicious, so I would give blue pan another chance despite the long wait and topping issues.

Go with the Little Rose as it's served with generous pepperoni cups, fresh herbs, and their specialty hot honey sauce. Every single bite is worth savoring and believe me, before you know it, you'll end up devouring 3 to 4 slices. There are plenty of specialty options. You can also customize, if needed. Staff is always super friendly. This place does get packed during rush-hour. Parking can also be tricky. Plan accordingly.

Do you ever come into a place that is most likely awesome but it's just having a bad day?…read more I think that was my experience here, which is a bit of a drag since I'll probably never make it back (I live in California which is a bit of a trek) The bad - slow service, attitude from the waitress when we asked for an update on our food, wrong orders and a ton of flies buzzing around. The good - the pizza was really freaking good. Tried both the Parma Italiana and Diavola and both were outstanding (and I don't typically enjoy Detroit style thick pizza). The place has a cool ambiance, good music and plenty of beverage options. So yeah I'm gonna guess I just came here on the wrong day.

However, when I saw the reviews and photos of Marco's pizza, I HAD to try it! Reading back at old reviews, it seems like 2025 was a bad year with terrible customer service, poor quality food, and uncleanliness. It seems like changes have been made since then because our experience was great! We ordered the Carne and Margherita Bufala pizzas to share amongst our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 little boys). The pizzas are pretty big, but since the crust is thin, our family devoured everything with my husband and I feeling still a bit hungry after. I think I could seriously have eaten an entire pizza by myself. This is just to help you decide on how to order; if you're hungry, get a whole pizza for yourself. Both pizzas were really good. I did like the Margherita pizza more than the Carne. The Carne tasted a bit more salty comparatively. Since I love basil, I do wish both pizzas had more of it. Side note: if price is a deterrent, then get the regular Margherita pizza. Maybe it's just me, but I couldn't tell the difference between bufala mozzarella vs regular mozzarella. Perhaps if I ate them side by side to compare then I could. Furthermore, I saw somewhere that they have a Tuesday special where the Margherita pizzas are 50% off! The price of the pizzas are a tad bit high, but I think it's worth it since the restaurant uses fresh and high quality ingredients. This place is definitely worth a try. It may not be a place where you would eat regularly with your family, but it's great for a special occasion or date night. Overall, our family really enjoyed Marco's and appreciated that they were able to bring us a little bit of Italy. (: We accidentally left our plastic bottle of water at our table and when we left, one of the waiters ran out of the restaurant to give it back to us! Honestly, he could have thrown it away, but he didn't. I still couldn't believe that he got our attention to return it to us. I love the thought and integrity of the act. Thank you!

And let me tell you something: Marco's is better than the actual Naples pizza I ate. And it's not even close. Oh, and I now eat Gluten (sometimes pronounced Glutron) Free. When the pizza was delivered to our hotel in downtown Denver, I was skeptical. Was the crust truly Gluten (or Glutron) Free? I checked the order confirmation, and saw the handwritten note on the box claiming the pizza was Gluten / Glutron Free. Then I devoured with abandon. I cannot overstate how incredible the Glutron (or Gluten) Free pizza crust was. Even the Gluten Free model was superior to the actual Naples glutened pizza I ate those many years ago. However, the real test of a Gluten Free pizza is the aftermath. Here I am. 24 Hours later feeling great.

Located inside a shipping container with a sit-yourself wherever before ordering at the counter. We snagged an elevated booth spot and got to watch the kitchen working their magic making the pizzas. Great unique usage of the shipping container as their building and utilizing the small space extremely well. They've been around since 2014 so they know what they are doing! We decided to go classic and went with their Daisy (dinapoli tomato, mozzarella, basil, evoo). Pizza was made quickly and was expertly crafted and arrived steaming hot. The tomatoes used in the sauce was the most flavorful pizza sauce I have ever had, rich! The high quality of flavor continued with the mozzarella, basil, and olive oil too. Only real knock I could think of was the distribution of basil leading to some pieces not having any on it. Crispy and perfectly cooked pizza that was an outstanding meal! If you are looking for a high-quality pizza this is a spot worth going to! We would definitely return!

Actually, this spot is centrally located, on the edge of Uptown and Five Points, right between City Park and the Central Business District. There's also a nice parking lot. I ordered the Supreme with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, red onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and kalamata olives. I found it very average. I collected it promptly at the time specified, but the crust was very soggy and too droopy to pick up a slice. The toppings were OK, but nothing special. The amount of tomato sauce was a little light for my taste and it was very bland. The same with the cheese. I had heard good things about this place, but there is far superior pizza to be had in Denver these days. I was not impressed. The area is not well-lighted and it's kind of creepy at night. So is the building. The staff was friendly and they did bring me my takeout box promptly.

I have not had a bad meal here and have tried everything from meatballs to salads to pastas and pizzas. Textures were all great and freshness was there - it just depends on your personal preferences for flavors and toppings. My only minor critiques are that the garlic bread barely has a hint of garlic - it's really just a parmesan rustic toast. Overall still good but should be listed as a cheese bread maybe. I also think the drinks I've had there were just ok; nothing outstanding but also nothing bad. But food quality outranks drink quality any day for me when assessing a restaurant.

Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions about portion sizes and what ingredients were in each item. We ordered the garlic bread and salad to share and I got the Cacio e Pepe full size. I didn't eat the salad but my friends really liked it! The garlic bread was AMAZING! Definitely the talk of the night! It's only three slices and it was a little pricy but seemed worth it. The full-size Cacio e Pepe was creamy and delicious! I didn't finish it all intentionally because I wanted to take the rest for lunch tomorrow. I would definitely suggest this one to anyone! At the bottom of the menu, it does say that a 20% service fee is added onto everyone's bill and that this is not a tip. I think it's important to point this out because some people might misinterpret it so definitely take that as you will. Overall, the food was amazing, it was a little pricey, but worth it for a friend's birthday.
