I ordered DoorDash so I didn't go to the space to see the actual restaurant. I ordered the clams Vongole, Pomodoro pasta, and garlic knots. I like for both pastas - you can order between 3 types of pasta for your dish. Garlic knots were good! I like the sauce it came with which I believe is the same as the pomodoro sauce. I enjoyed my dish - lots of clams and flavor. Pasta was cooked perfectly!

My fiancé took me here on a date (he's Italian) and was not disappointed! It's exceptional service and delicious food was well worth the drive. They also have quite the wine bottle selection and you'll feel right at home when you walk in!

First time here. The atmosphere was very cozy and welcoming. It smelled amazing when I first stepped in. It was busy as it was a Friday night and there was a small wait, but totally worth it! The cheesy garlic bread was too good that I forgot to take a picture, but everything tasted delicious. Took some desserts to go as we were full, but everything tasted phenomenal. Will come again!

Simply spectacular Italian dining. Easily the best in Denver... The tortellini all a vodka and linguini with clams were perfect, and the garlic knots are truly divine!

Best Italian restaurant in Denver. Portions are huge. Service is great. We had a group of 35 and they accommodated us in under an hour.

Spinach Stromboli is amazing. Pizza and wings are great. Don't miss the lobster tail for dessert! Ordered for poker night and food got high marks.

We had a really nice time at Bella Italia. The place has a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I got the chicken parm, and it was delicious--crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the sauce was spot on. The kids had the Italian mac and cheese and loved it--super cheesy and comforting, just what they wanted. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. It's a great spot for a laid-back, tasty meal. We'll definitely be coming back! Directly from my daughter... This was a grate experience. I loved the food!

I feel fortunate because read other reviews here that said it took 2 months to secure a Monday reservation. I recently decided that I am not going to live a gluten free lifestyle even if my 4th cousin from 23andme suggested that everyone on earth is gluten intolerant and there is a global conspiracy to poison us all with gluten ataxia. Starting with the bread, we were already impressed. The texture was perfect, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. There was another review that said it's not that great. Not sure what that persons problem is. I didn't know what to order so got the pasta rustica, a little marinara some ricotta. I understand from the other reviews that this is American Italian food but worked for me. My partner enjoyed the steak/Gorgonzola pasta. That was tasty too, I had the leftovers the next day! After that bread was brought over so we could dip into the already placed olive oil and vinegar that was on the table prior to sitting. We started with the calamari with was tasty but noticed the breading kept falling off the rings. I kept having to scoop the fallen breading out of the dipping sauce. For entrees, I got the mussels and linguine and my husband got the chicken piccata. Every mussel in my dish had meat in it which was nice but I felt like the overall dish was missing something as it was quite acidic tasting.. maybe some cream? The chicken piccata was pretty good, with mushrooms, artichokes, carrots, broccolini, and capers. My husband doesn't really like mushrooms or artichokes so I had a few bites of those and they were tasty. He said the dish reminded him of "old world piccata" and not the modern dish he was expecting of just chicken, capers, and pasta. But he said he did enjoy it. Service was slow and we did hear the next table have some complaints and their bill was comped. We did wait a bit between each course and for the server to appear for the bill. Overall, Odyssey restaurant was ok. The vibe is very cool as it is a converted home.

However, we ended up showing up an hour before our reservation hoping to just get seated and we got in right away. Cassey was our incredible waiter and he made the night very memorable. After learning it was our first time there, he very patiently walked us through the menu and how the restaurant generally worked with serving sizes. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The ambience was great and cozy. We sat on the patio and it was mildly windy but it still felt nice being kept away in a corner of downtown. Starting with the appetizers, you HAVE TO get the burrata with some bread. It's the perfect flavor combination with the texture of the bread crumbs. Absolutely delicious. The salad was also a really great refreshing balance with the heavier burrata and bread. It's such a simple salad with the most amazing flavors of pickled shallots, buttermilk dressing, and Parmesan. They truly have some of the best cheeses ever. For the mains, I got the lobster tagliatelle and my partner got the lamb rigatoni. We also got smashed potatoes to share with cheese. Everything was impeccable. I was hesitant to get the lobster dish because it's such a low chance that a lobster dish is actually going to taste as good because it's a very difficult dish to perfect but I can confidently say it's probably one of the best ones I've had. The tomato base sauce with celery and chile with the lobster is the perfect combination. I do have to say a DISCLAIMER if you're not good with spicy food it's not for you. It has a pretty strong kick throughout the eating process so do not get it if you can't handle spice. Other than that, it's one of the most flavorful seafood pasta dishes I've ever had. I tried my partners lamb rigatoni and they truly perfected the rendering of it in the sauce and it's such a perfect overall dish with a good serving for rigatoni in general. If you're extra hungry, I would get the cheesy potatoes, they are perfectly crispy on the outside and nice and warm on the inside with the perfect amount of cheese and salt flakes. To close the night, we, of course, got the tiramisu which was very well made. Now, I have been to Paris and actually had it with the best cream on earth so it won't top that. However, it is a close second and probably the best I've had in America. I highly highly highly recommend you try it out. The service is impeccable and Cassey was the best company to have around to talk about celebrations, house of dragon, and having a good night. Thanks for making my birthday a great experience!

My favorite of the Spuntini dishes was the Granchio--jumbo lump crab served over a crispy potato cake with butternut squash and a perfect 63 ° egg. We split two Primi dishes: their special of the day pasta, and the Cappellini Aglio e Olio. The Cappellini was amazing--a perfect blend of Indian spices, breadcrumbs, and another 63 ° egg. Yum.
