I went to bed thinking about my meal here and woke up thinking about the review I was going to leave. I feel like everyone and their mother has been here - and for good reason. Starting with my favorite and the absolute knockout: The Dry-Aged Bistecca Agnolotti. Think of a ravioli pouch, but smaller and better, filled with meat, sitting in a bed of the most perfectly browned brown butter with thick parmesan shaves on top. You think it's over, and then your server comes and pours a sweet yet vinegary reduction on top. I'm actively eating it for breakfast as I write this. Insane. Will be thinking about this for a few days. The others in the group got the Spicy Lobster Rigatoni Alla Vodka, which is one of their most popular dishes. It was good (we swapped bites), but mine was better. For the table we split a Caesar (which I do wish had more dressing, but I love a dressing so that could just be me), filet mignon meatballs (4 in an order which was perfect for our group of 4), and the tuna and avocado carpaccio. Favorites were the meat and fish. We used the bread to sop up the meat sauce at the end. Lastly, the Chicken Parm Pizza was ordered for the table. Basically, the "crust" of the pizza is chicken parm. I think it's a little expensive for what it was, but I'm glad I got to try it with a bigger group. Can't imagine reordering it, solely for the size and cost, but it was a unique food experience. Drinks at the table included a Barbera, a Chardonnay, a Sangria, and a Spritz. All good. Overall, service was great, restaurant is beautiful, dishware is pretty, and vibes are sophisticated yet unpretentious. You will be walking 40 days and 40 nights to the bathroom though, which is outside the restaurant, through the hotel, down the stairs, and through the hallway. Can't wait to return!!! read more

I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant. My final results will shock you. First, beautiful atmosphere 5 stars. Service above average 3.5 stars. And now for the food. We started with the lemon chicken. This dish could not have been dryer. Could not eat it. Everyone at my table agreed. 1 star. Filet mignon meatballs. Terrible. Mushy and very little flavor. 1 star. Spicy lobster dish fair at best 2 stars Chicken Parmigiana pizza. Very clever idea. One small problem didn't taste very good. Not horrible. 3 stars. My Guess is this chef is not Italian and may not even have a decent pallet. One more dish. Dry aged ravioli dish. Let's leave that at 2 stars. I'm from Chicago and lived in New York. I know food. Excellent service- shout out to Dylan for the amazing recommendations! we did espresso martinis, the whipped ricotta with honey drizzle and sesame focaccia, black truffle cacio e Pepe and the spicy lobster vodka rigatoni. the lobster meat was tossed in basil and this amazing chili oil then flambéed tableside! Both these pasta dishes were filling enough that we couldn't even think about dessert!! The cacio e pepe was a bit smaller than I think my husband needs but the homemade pasta was incredible! Very cozy, welcoming vibes. Didn't feel so fancy that it was stuffy but it had this energy of elegant fun. Expect to circle around a bit for parking. I did not care for the uni bucatini as it was a bit too heavy on the uni for me. If I go back I will try the chicken parm pizza which they are famous for. What really needs a mention is the standout dessert menu - the lemon sorbetto is pictured here but we also had the Ferrero Rocher gelato and the sticky toffee pudding which were phenomenal. My absolute favorite Italian place in Denver. I will never have a bad thing to say. Every single bite we had was phenomenal. The service was great and helped guide us through the menu. We also came for a celebratory dinner and they brought us two free desserts and drinks. The ambiance is super cute- low lighting, old school Italian vibes while also somehow feeling actual Italian influences. We started with the crudo which was so melt in your mouth buttery and fresh. For my entree I ordered the hanger steak, good portion and it was cooked perfectly. I really love a great steak and what threw me a little off was the flavor they used to sear the steak, to sweet for me, I prefer to taste the meat. We've been here a few times, it's always lively, great people watching, people are dressed up and the service is good. This time the food was a miss for us. The octopus came out really rubbery, we had them re-fire it, it was better but not great. I've had amazing octopus and this wasn't it. The sides with it were great and it's a good sharing portion. The Paccheri past was terrible, the pieces were huge, the pasta itself was thick and undercooked, it just wasn't well executed. For a place that makes pasta in house this is a shame. The sauce was nice. In Italian dishes the ingredients need to shine and you can't mess up pasta. The veal milanese was our favorite, it was juicy inside, crispy outside and huge portion. We shared it and took part of it home. I'd prefer smaller, well executed dishes rather than big portions that are not great. I remember the pasta in Italy and it just does not compare. I've had Quality Italian bookmarked for years and finally had the chance to enjoy dinner during a stay in Cherry Creek. Let's start with the ambience. The restaurant is beautiful! It's located in the lobby of a hotel, so if you want to use the restroom, you actually have to go into the hotel and to the second floor. The lighting in the restaurant is warm with comfortable seating in a variety of rooms. When you place your reservation, you can choose the area you want to be seated in. It was very busy, so be sure to make a reservation! They do have an open bar area, but it's best to get the full experience. We sat down and were greeted by our server, who was absolutely fabulous! My only regret is not remembering his name because he was such a standout- so attentive, friendly and helpful! We started with drinks. They have a great phony negroni and a good old fashion- perfect whether you're looking for a mocktail or a cocktail. They brought up some parker rolls to start as well as complimentary meatballs. I'm not sure the occasion but it was such a yummy treat! For my entree, I had the Pacherri Amatriciana and my husband had the steak. Both were excellent! The food was so so good. The whole experience was just so incredible! We were celebrating my birthday and we were too full to finish our meal, so instead of bringing out a complimentary dessert, they were thoughtful enough to pack one to go. I went with a friend to their Sunday brunch. I was hungover but Devon, our waiter, made sure my champagne glass was full to fill me with hair of the dog Bellinis. We trusted Devon's suggestions and got the meatballs, the burrata, the smoked salmon whipped feta and the breakfast risotto. Finished off the afternoon with an espresso martini. Good Italian food! Went out for a work dinner and the ricotta appetizer is amazing, highly recommend it if you like ricotta. We also got their lasagna, gnocchi, and crème brûlée. I like Italian food, but I wasn't amazed per se. That being said, the food is good, it was just very filling with just one item. The lasagna isn't your typical lasagna intended for 2 people to share, we split it between 6 of us since there were 5 rolls and it was still a lot of food. There is a very positive, warm vibe when you walk into this restaurant. Beautiful decor, nice staff and comfortable seating. We placed our drink orders and proceeded to do a family style dinner. We ordered Salmon and Yellow Fin Crudo, Caesar salad, Cao De Pepe, Filet Steak, Hanger Steak and fried Brussel sprouts. The presentation and quality of the food was amazing. We followed this with several of their incredible desserts. This might have been the best dessert menu I have ever experienced. Service was in the top 10 of all restaurants I have reviewed worldwide. We had dined at Quality Bistro in New York and was pleased to find there was a restaurant in that family here in Denver. We stopped by on a Saturday for a late brunch and almost every table was open and a few of the bar seats were taken. We opted to sit at the bar. The bartender that helped us was Dylan and he was attentive with refilling waters and drinks when needed. The Yellowtail crudo we started off with was delicious. It was fresh from the lemon and the Thai basil really kicked it up a notch. Next up, I got the Breakfast Risotto and my husband got the Sunday Sausage Roll. The pistachio in the risotto peaked my interest and it was pretty tasty. I normally don't like sausage too much but I went back for many bites of the Sausage Roll. The crispy spinach was also a nice touch. And the potatoes were good too! Quality Italian has a great looking menu and we would definitely come back. My familia has loved Quality for a long time. The service and ambiance are top-notch. Pretty good wine list for a Colorado joint. Loud, like all Italian restaurants seem to be. But, since I'm married to one, I get it. The outside seating is on a good people-watching sidewalk and is usually quieter. The kitchen tweaks the menu occasionally but for the most part the standards stay the same and they are experts at crafting the dishes. To start they bring little cast-iron skillets with the most mouthwatering bread cooked in them. And they will bring more throughout dinner! The Little Gem Caesar salad is incredibly fresh and the dressing has a surprisingly pleasant little kick to it. This was the first time I have had the Black Truffle Cacio e Pepe, and I regret waiting so long. It was delicious, with a healthy dose of freshly-shaved truffle applied at the table. One of my dinner partners had the gluten-free version and she said it was also excellent. Back in my meat-eating days my son, grandson, and I would split the Chicken Parm Pizza. This is almost impossible to describe - you have to try it to believe it. Big enough to share for sure, but if you do have any leftover they'll put it in a take-out pizza box for you to bring home; it reheats perfectly. Didn't have it recently, but the ones on tables around us looked and smelled as good as I remember. Recommended. My wife used to love the cannoli cart, and was disappointed that it is no longer available. But only until they brought out "The Godfather" cannoli. Wow. It starts as a (huge) mostly naked cannoli, but with gelato stuffed into each end. Then the server dresses it at the table with raspberry compote, pistachios, cacao nibs, maraschino cherries and other toppings until it is a dessert to be envied the world over. Just watching him put it together was entertainment. And, man, was it delicious. Served 4 people no problem. The staff is great. At one point our waiter noticed that a flying insect had invaded my wife's wine glass (we were on the patio), and he took it and refilled it. It's a beautiful restaurant and service was OK to good. Food was good but it didn't blow my mind, and for $40 per plate of pasta, I wanted my mind blown. People rave about the chicken parm pizza, but let's bear in mind that it's $80. FOR A PIZZA. Between our table, we ordered all of the sides. We all liked the spinach a lot. The waiter told us about the broccoli rabe, "ours is bitter," but I didn't find it particularly bitter; it had a smoky flavor that was a nice complement. The squash was good but forgettable, a few small pieces covered with a lot of toppings. The fries were thick and yummy. The "garlic bread" rolls were nothing special to me -- not exactly dry, but not soft or fluffy when it seemed like that was the goal. I had the black truffle cacio e pepe, and they sprinkled over a generous amount of truffle. The pepper is peppercorns, which was a little much for me. There was so much butter/oil/fat that I ate about half and wound up feeling like I ate a gut bomb -- the leftovers are glued together with fat in my fridge and I don't think I'll want to revisit it. It's Dry January, and they had a beer and three mocktails -- a Phony Negroni and two that sounded like housemade mixtures, one with grapefruit (not compatible with a bunch of meds, including mine) and one that was spicy. Would have loved to see more variety and creativity there. We had a vegan among us, and that threw everyone for a loop. It is Colorado -- I don't understand why any restaurant wouldn't have a basic vegan option that can be tailored. All of the pastas contain egg, so be forewarned. The corn creme brulee was amazing -- maybe with that and a salad I'd go home happy next time? read more

The ambiance is warm and stylish without feeling stuffy, and the service was friendly and attentive the whole night. We ordered both of their signature chicken parm pizzas to share--the Classic Chicken Parm Pizza with chili honey and house seasonings, and the Cacio e Pepe Chicken Parm with Tellicherry peppercorn, fontina, and aged parmesan. Both were cheesy, crispy, and absolutely delicious. We also each had a salad and shared the filet mignon meatballs and the calamari. Even with six of us, we went home with more than half of the pizzas because the portions were so generous. Everyone left full and happy. The cocktails were fantastic, and the vibe was perfect for a work dinner that still felt like a treat. Went here for a friend's bday. The atmosphere was nice and our waiter was friendly. I ordered a Caesar salad and asked to add a protein - the options were shrimp or crab. I chose shrimp. The waiter asked if I wanted them cold or grilled, I said grilled. And asked for dressing on the side. The salad came with the dressing mixed in and 3 (very large) cold shrimp. I didn't complain because I didn't feel the mistakes were big enough to warrant it. But upon seeing the bill, I wish I would have complained. The add-on price of the 3 shrimp that went on my mediocre $19 salad was $23 !!! So I paid over $50 after tax and tip for a meal that came out with two mistakes. They didn't even offer fresh pepper. I'm here to review their brunch offerings! Specifically I came for the bottomless Bellini brunch, and I was not disappointed! The services was absolutely top tier, we felt like royalty on this snowy Sunday morning in February! The Bellinis come with your choice of syrups rather than made to order, which was not my expectation but tasty and worth it nonetheless. A bit sticky and a little messy with the syrup bottles, but the staff never let me sit with an empty champagne glass - so I'll take it! I ordered the pasta amatricianna, which was perfectly al dente and had the most glorious chunks of guanciale throughout the dish. I love pasta for breakfast, and I appreciate their commitment to craft here. We also ordered the sausage roll which despite its name was a pretty standard breakfast sandwich. Tasty for sure, but not necessarily the star of the show. The star of the show was the Nutella bananas foster French toast, which we took for dessert and ate ravenously later in the afternoon -- it was to-go container-licking delicious, and I would order this again and again. We enjoyed a dinner last night to celebrate some birthdays and enjoyed the food! I did feel as a vegetarian they lacked anything special to be desired. For main courses on their menu it's either gnocchi or lobster vodka marinara with no lobster. We're from Chicago and most high end Italian restaurants have a special agnolotti it just something a little different for a vegetarian rather than the typical. And most of the salads also contain meat in which we were able to get approval for the pepperoni chips to be removed from the chopped salad. However I felt I was an inconvenience when asked. Our waitress did make the night special by bringing us all a glass of Amaro which was very sweet! I'd probably not got back for the food because I'd prefer to find a place that welcomed vegetarians! But the rest of my Omni group really enjoyed their meal as 99% of the menu is focused around meat. read more

Been here a couple times- both very enjoyable. Pricey, but I mean, it's in cherry creek. So...expected. Hubby and I shared the pork chop and the vodka pasta (the sauce is made at your table). The noodles for all the dishes were prepared perfectly, the sauces had the perfect amount of seasoning, and the dessert gelatos...yum. The staff were also great, going above and beyond for us. They were very attentive, gave good suggestions, and treated us so well I'd fly from CA to have it again. It was nice and quiet, perfectly lit, and a great environment. She approached and asked what we liked, where I responded maybe a Pinot noir that she would recommend, or maybe something from the Piedmont region (Italy). So good! I came for Brunch and it was actually pretty quiet for a Saturday so I was able to last minute add an extra person to my table. Very friendly to accommodate. My friends and I decided to order a few things and split them. We got dropped complementary honey and garlic monkey bread which was good. We got the breakfast risotto based on our servers recommendation. We also got the beefsteak tomato and straticella, and a chicken Caesar salad. It was plenty for us three. The beefsteak tomato's were huge and cut thick with lots of toppings that made it unique and tasted great. The breakfast risotto had a runny egg on top which was fun. We sliced it and let it get all over the risotto. I loved the pistachios in it. Not so much the cubed ham though. And the Caesar was also good. It had a citrus kick to it. The pasta was so good and was cooked perfectly. We had a vegan in our group and there were several options for her. The restaurant was quite busy but the noise level was not overbearing where we felt like we were shouting. Had a business dinner with about 30 people the other night. The atmosphere was business casual with a cozy little bar and comfortable dining area. We were in a separate room for our group which was nice. The staff delivered preordered appetizers. Mini hot dogs, lobster rolls,salmon carpaccio, and meatballs. All were outstanding and we never waited for another. For dinner it was a preset menu with a choice of New York strip, Gnocchi, and Dover Sole. I had the Gnocchi which was fabulous! Creamy and perfectly cooked. The rest of my table had steak which got mixed reviews. Some loved it. Others thought theirs was overcooked and under seasoned. I guess that goes with cooking that many steaks at the same time. Service was EXCEPTIONAL! My favorite server was Kelly (I think!). She was friendly, quick and had a great smile!
