Two friends went with the mongolian beef stir fry noodle and the magic fried rice, respectively. No misses. Not even a "fine, I guess" plate in the bunch. The uptown/Colfax corridor is littered with asian restaurants coasting on convenience, charging real prices for food that tastes like it's been reheated twice. Noodles by Nina isn't cheap either, but you don't walk out feeling like you got played. They hand-pull the noodles in full view of the dining room, and that kind of visible effort tends to show up on the plate elsewhere too. It's also in the old Qdoba space on 17th, so there's an actual parking lot. In this part of Denver, that's practically a miracle.
