Went to Blatt and beer table expecting a good outcome as usual Got up there asked for a basket of fries and the lady told me it would take about five minutes and ended up waiting for 25 minutes on my order when I finally went up to ask was my order ready. Turns out it's been sitting there for the last 20 minutes. Don't know why they could not let me know that my fries were ready when I was sitting right next to Them. I've been asked what looked like the manager. I asked if. my order was ready, she grabbed it, and I saw it and it wasn't the full portion. She handed it to me she said "here" and that was it. I asked her about how much fries should* be in there (asking for more) which her response was. It's portioned enough......Horrible managers, horrible review don't eat there. They won't give you all your food and they will give you bad customer service. It was the manager with blonde hair don't know her name. She was really pretty.

    Worst ramen I've ever had
    Jamie L.

This review is specific to Yoshi-ya ramen, although I am not the biggest fan of a few of the other places either. Half starved and craving ramen I decided to come here and give it a try. Yelp you really let me down on this one, sorry. They weren't busy at all which was fine since ramen is supposed to be made to order. We've been living in California for awhile now. Ramen is everywhere in San Diego, (praise the ramen Gods!) so I'd like to think I know a thing or two. This was the worst ramen I've ever had. The broth wasn't good and was the first thing I tried. Also I don't really think my ramen should smell/taste like bacon. The bean sprouts were also exuding a rotten smell and the egg was cold. (and while I know for some corn is a huge hit... I'm not a fan but that I could have over looked). Okay okay so lets try the noodles. Really thick, chewy, and NOT COOKED noodles. Yeah seriously, my noodles weren't cooked all the way through. Maybe I somehow got a bad piece? We tried another bite and nope same issue. So my husband decides to go get a refund because at this point I want nothing to do with this "ramen". After arguing with the guy for far too long he refunds my credit card and we leave. He didn't seem the understand the noodles aren't cooked; heck he could have tried the ramen for all we cared. Language barrier maybe? Either way I've had ramen in a lot of states at this point ranging from on the side of the road to fancy upscale places and this was officially the worst I've ever had so congrats! TL;DR Save yourself some money and go buy instant ramen at Walmart, it would taste better.

Really enjoy this step up to the normal mall food court. Love the choices here with Blatt, Amsterdam Falafel, Juan Taco and more. Nicely laid out, plenty of seating and they do a good job keeping it cleaned up in here. Will be back for more, quick and convenient.

If we are comparing mall food courts in America this definitely deserves five stars. I also heard there would be expansion to airports which Was so long ago but I'm hoping it's true because not only do mall food courts need make overs like these, airport food courts would be a close second. This food court houses my favorite vegan ramen in all of Omaha. Makes sense since the chef also is rumored to own my favorite sushi restaurant in Omaha (Yoshitomo). My second favorite spot is weird dough pizza which is probably the most budget friendly place in this whole court. My husband tends to go for a massive salad at clever greens when he's feeling healthy or a bibimbap bowl at yum roll. I love that aromas is there so I can get my caffeine fix if I do decide to actually do some shopping afterwards. I'm not a huge mall person so actually most of the time I just come here to eat and that's pretty impressive for a mall food court.

Had another wonderful lunch here at FSC. I strayed my usual and got a slice of Weirdough Pizza the portion was a decent size for the price. I must have gotten a super fresh slice because it was fresh out the oven warm and savory. I tried the roasted veggie and didn't even miss any meat. It's a quick grab and go meal compared to other stops.

Im unsure how it should be rated. As a food court, or as individual restaurants. I dont see spots for each food spot. so.... Flagship commons is a food court. I stopped in after doing some b day shopping. I was excited to see a yum chow (part of blue sushi). There was a bit of a line but not to bad. Ordering the taker did not know anything about sushi beyond what the menu item name was. could not tell me if the tuna was belly/medium fat etc. I ordered a couple pieces of nigiri and waited for them to text my phone my order was ready. (that was helpful) Trying to find a spot to sit down was difficult no tables available but I did meet a rude lady who was trying to bogart 2 for business meetings and not eat. Pretty sure she is going to tell about this rude guy trying to sit down and eat a meal there The sushi was not that good. the rice was not flavored dry and didnt taste like it had been washed properly. The worst sushi rice I have had. the wasabi was not consistent between the pieces. The salmon was cut poorly and cuts fell apart when i tried to maneuver. It was also the smallest piece I have seen and did not cover the rice. sushi presentation was just sloppy The tuna was decent and had good fat to it I can say over 14 bucks and the quality was poor. it was loud, cumbersome, and packed.

Falafel Salad with a side of Pita Bread from Amsterdam.
    Courtney H.

My good friend and I ate here last week while we were doing some shopping. We selected Amsterdam as we both were craving us some falafel. I ordered a salad with original falafel and a side of pita bread (because, carbs). Having ordered here before, their employees were yet again smiling and pleasant. The amount was satisfying without being too filling, which was perfect for trying on jeans. Can I get an "amen"? Flagship Commons is always bustling and can be difficult to find good seating, but that's to be expected in any city's large mall food court. I hesitate on calling it a food court because it is truly a different experience than what we all grew up with in the 80's and 90's. I will say, I wish they had the heat up a little higher. We weren't that close to the door but had to put coats back on. I couldn't stop shivering! It WAS an extremely cold day, but the center of the seating area shouldn't be as cold as it was, regardless.

The regular burger at The Blatt. Meh.

I had really high hopes for this place. It is, revolutionary, in my opinion. a group of high-end restaurants getting together to make a high-end food court? Count me in! My first experience with Flagship Commons was last week. My wife and I met her mother and sister there for a nice dinner. At first it was overwhelming, with all of the choices from burgers and sushi, to Pho and falafel. After about 15 minutes of walking around and checking everything out, I chose to grab a regular burger and fries from The Blatt. The burger was very underwhelming. The Brioche bread was too soft and soggy for a burger, IMO, and the burger was just okay, nothing that I would have expected from a $9 burger. The fries tasted okay but were soggy, one of my pet peeves. The saving grace was the different kinds of soda that you could grab. I tried all of the pops from the special keg-looking fountain. They had Acai berry and their versions of creme soda, cherry soda, and root beer - all were delicious. Overall, this place has a lot to offer but I know the prices detour a lot of people there. An old man struck up a convo with me when I was walking around and he mentioned that he would never pay that much for a burger; and then he started on the state of the US economy and our president and so on. But the main point is that a lot of that generation won't pay those prices. And frankly, it's hard for me to as well. I thought the food would be cheaper than their restaurants since they got rid of a lot of the overhead cost, but it isn't, which is a little frustrating. I'd go back purely for the selection.

Of course like any good engineer, I had to average all of my individual reviews into a single number to write this on Yelp. I ended up with a 3.71, so rounding up to a healthy 4 overall. FINALLY I have a reason to go to the mall. It may seem like I took my sweet time getting to Flagship Commons based on the fact that they've been open since late December 2015, and I'm just now posting this review. On the contrary, it took me a while to get around to all of the concept restaurants. But I think now after 10 distinct visits, it's safe to say I have a pretty good handle on the place. And, while I wondered if each of these locations should have an individualized review... this food hall mecca is best described as a whole. It is more than deserving of separate visits and posts, but this wonderland of options is an experience in and of itself. It took 45 minutes before the food arrived. Now the food. It was good enough to say I'll try it again. If it wasn't for the generous portion of fries I would have left hungry. I'd be happy to pay $18 for two sliders and half the amount of fries. Fries were good but most likely a premade frozen fry nothing unique. The size of the burger was honestly comparable to the McBurger not the Big Mac (smaller and less meat). Couldn't have been more than 1/4 lb. Very thin. Yes I know it's a smash burger but paper thin and didn't pour out of an already tiny bun. I ordered the heat burger. It came with pepper jack cheese jalapeños and aïoli sauce. I dipped it in ketchup b/c it seemed dry. The 9 year old ordered the classic with added bacon. I'd say add the 3rd patty for $3 to make the meat to bun ratio closer to equal.

Snagged their three piece, with scrambled eggs and choice of sausage or bacon. Great eggs, and the sausage was delish! The french toast had like little crispy edges and it broke up the soft textures extremely well. We also snagged one of their steak street tacos just to try. Great steak flavor and because one of us is a spice ween, the green sauce was perfect! Now that Brisket Burger... is a TONNN of meat! Built to be sturdy the the brisket itself was very tender, very BBQ-ee, and unless you can unlock your jaw you'll definitely need to flatten her out a bit great bun (lil on the soggy side due to all the sauce/juice). The sweet potato waffle fries were crispy and about what you'd expect from frozen ones. Nice little side to go along! Sweet little outdoor seating, and plenty of space to park. The meat and cheese were really good, next time I would get extra lettuce and tomato because I like more than came standard. The white bread was just ok, not super crisp and light like I had hoped. My husband said the small size was perfect for him, he enjoyed the multigrain bread and said it was one of his favorite Italian subs. The fries were also terrific and made fresh from real potatoes. The cookies didn't look too appealing, so I'm glad I ordered in person and didn't get one. Overall, a great addition to the area and we will definitely be back often, even if it's not "the one".
