Ok first the food is good, they make really delicious wraps and salads. Its an excellent chain that has great food. This location is a chaotic mismanaged mess. They're always, always late with carry out orders and treat every take out customer like a door dash driver. Terrible location if you only have an hour for lunch. They hadn't started my order at 11:40 that I placed at 9am for an 11:15 pick up. I cater lunches daily and will never use this vendor again. Crisp & Green is so fresh and delicious! There are tons of tasty options, and the portion sizes are huge, especially the salads. I got the ceviche salad and it was super flavorful with the perfect amount of dressing, not overpowering at all. The restaurant has lots of seating inside, making it a great spot for a quick lunch. The zen bbq bowl was delicious, and I'd totally stop at another location if I ever come across one! I love this place! But I have to be honest and say I really only ever get the Wild Child because I can't bring myself to order anything else. It's seasonal, at least it used to be, so I think only available in the fall/winter months. The Brussels sprouts are always cooked so perfectly, the goat cheese is a creamy balance to the spice of the arugula and radicchio, and the craisins give a sweet touch to it all. The balsamic vinaigrette is a great way to tie all the flavors together. And the chicken is cooked so nicely, juicy and not rubbery as some chicken can be when it's mass cooked. I usually order to go in the drive through but have also ordered at the counter inside. Both experiences have been good, no complaints. You can really tell the issue with price hikes though, when I first started ordering this in 2021ish, it was 12.95 and now it's $15. Definitely not something I order often for that price but it's a nice treat when I don't have a meal planned! read more

I'll leave a neutral review since I've only been here once and I think this spot has a lot of potential. I ordered their classic chicken Caesar salad to go, and it was super quick and easy to order. I thought the salad was good and filling, but it was overdressed for my taste. There was a good amount of chicken, and I liked the addition of kale to the usual romaine base of a Caesar salad for some more nutrition. Next time, I'd get dressing on the side instead and likely order something else. They have a large menu with many healthy options that are also customizable. It's kind of a chipotle style place, where you can create your own bowls/salads/wraps, but they also have their own options. There are smoothies and acai bowls as well. Expect to pay a little more than your typical fast food, but not surprising considering the more healthy alternatives. Overall, while I did not love my first meal here, I really like the idea of a fast casual spot for a healthy meal on the go, and I will probably be back to try something else! You can dine in or get to-go, and there is plentiful seating inside. I thought the clean, modern, interior was fitting and would be a nice place to eat and relax for a bit. Roasted broccoli, roasted mushrooms and avocado are extra cost for these specific ingredients. The preset salad items on the wall are around $13-$15. Would be nice if they could chop some of the veggies some, the broccoli. I wasn't expecting such a chandelier in a fast casual spot like this at all. Order down the counter lines. I will always try to champion any business that is offering healthier options for the general public, so automatically that puts this business at a 3/10 just by doing good for humanity and not giving them poisoned food :,) Alas, this was a wonderful place to find and gives such an awesome variety of health foods. FOOD : I got the fiesta bowl and thought every ingredient was delicious. I love that hey offer pickled red onions and thought it added a nice tang to the bowl. I will say, they probably gave me 2 cups of rice which i thought was a bit excessive while only giving me 2.5 oz of a chicken.. felt the ratios were a bit off. However, the bowl itself was delicious, refreshing, and far better than chipotle (aka i didn't wake up a swollen balloon the next morning). My sister goes here weekly and is a raving fan of everything they have. I will say the fresh ingredients and the variety of options is absolutely fantastic. I can tell they are trying to offer omaha far better food and in that a far better reality. My sister got the fall bowl and loved it, and she said she typically gets the cobb which she can't get enough of. I also loved that i didn't get one chewy piece of chicken! What a win!! i saw them cutting chicken in the back and cooking it fresh, that is always a good sign that they don't just mass important fake meat. Bleh. Finally, my sister got a chocolate shake and that is the only down i would give -- it tasted like a banana mixed with dirt... i can't lie. Salads, bowls, and wraps are definitely their strong suit SERVICE / AMBIENCE : the space is bright, beautiful, and gives the same refreshing feel that the food does. Listen the service here is fast and friendly. The salads are amazing. The setting is clean and modern. I love it here! Everything is so fresh, I mean the salads are so delicious. But everyone knows a salad made by someone other than yourself is better but this place takes the cake. My friend and I love to eat here and dine in. I'm got the chicken bacon ranch. Upon getting home and getting ready to dig in, the chicken looked weird. It looks like frozen chicken and or very over cooked? The description says blackened chicken.. but it just does not appear to be fresh chicken. I don't even know how to describe it... very disappointing for the price point. Also, I asked in the drive through if they had any low fat or fat free dressing options. The gal working wasn't sure and just suggested one of the vinaigrette's. I wasn't a fan of the choices so just accepted the ranch and used what I had at home. Would be nice, being a salad establishment if they had some of these options. I probably won't go back. Again, for this price point, every establishment has salad options. In my opinion, the chicken should be the star of the show for this salad, and that just wasn't the case. We were agreed it when we entered and when advised, this was a first visit, we're given a thorough explanation of the restaurant offerings. It is fast and casual, similar dining model as chipotle or panda express with fresh ingredients in a constructed in front of you type of way. The meals taste fresh and healthy, and are filling. Pro- friendly staff, quick service, clean store, healthy varied options Cons- pricey for lunch (~$15) Not my everyday stop, would be more willing to pay that for dinner time. Smoothies are ~$7-8 too, and my last one was kind of disappointing in terms of taste and was not blended all the way. We went for an opening week event and enjoyed two grain bowls - the fiesta bowl and the buffalo bowl. These grain bowls were so delicious though I would say the ratio of veggies and protein to grain could be a smidge better!! I'd love to come back to try salad bowls and smoothies! Some of my favorite salads are the Cobb, squash goals (seasonal), Soul bowl, and the bold and the Buffalo! Right when you walk in, it's a clean and bright interior. They have a huge seating area to stay and enjoy. To the left of the register is where to go. Orders are picked up and where they have their Agua Frescas. Agua Frescas are variety of waters flavored with fresh ingredients. They also have a black tea! They have an app where you can earn points and get free smoothies! We can also use the app to order head. You should definitely take advantage of the free smoothies! The kombucha they sell, is really delicious, but obviously marked up from grocery store prices, so beware! The service here is always friendly! I love this! I love everything about this place! It is a beautiful space with several seating options for large groups or smaller parties. The food is beautifully displayed, and they have so many great options. The service definitely turned for the worse after my last few visits. Specifically, my last visit was troubling and borderline terrible. I had placed an order, paid for my order, but the person waiting on me didn't return to the drive thru window for 20 minutes. I decided to go inside because no one ever returned to the window. When I inquired about my order, the night supervisor retorted that I need to be patient "blah blah blah" while storming towards the back. To make a unpleasant situation worse I discovered they haven't even started making my order! Too add a cherry on top, a guy behind me in drive thru had to come in for the same thing after waiting 13 minutes. They offered a not so sincere apology and offered some free " shut up buster/sucker" sugary treats. In conclusion, the a portion of the staff either hate their jobs or they don't like dealing with paying customers. Rude, unprofessional, pretentious, intentionally forgetful, suspicious, and unabashed elitist vibes flows at this place. It is a shame because the fresh, tasty, and healthy menu items are unmatched for the area. I am hesitant about visiting this place again after my past experiences.
