Ok first the food is good, they make really delicious wraps and salads. Its an excellent chain that has great food. This location is a chaotic mismanaged mess. They're always, always late with carry out orders and treat every take out customer like a door dash driver. Terrible location if you only have an hour for lunch. They hadn't started my order at 11:40 that I placed at 9am for an 11:15 pick up. I cater lunches daily and will never use this vendor again. Staff was just standing around talking while both the eat in and take out lines piled up. A terrible location of an excellent chain. read more

Crisp & Green is so fresh and delicious! There are tons of tasty options, and the portion sizes are huge, especially the salads. I got the ceviche salad and it was super flavorful with the perfect amount of dressing, not overpowering at all. The restaurant has lots of seating inside, making it a great spot for a quick lunch. The workers were also very kind and welcoming. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to! read more

This was my first time trying Crisp & Green. I have heard really good things about this salad place. I had the chicken bacon ranch, which was decent. However, it is a bit pricey for these salads in my opinion, and when actually looking at the nutrition, they are very calorie dense or high in fat. read more

I had heard a lot about this place and decided to give it a try when I was craving something healthy! Interior is very clean and minimalist and it reminded me of Sweet green. I ordered the Seoul Bowl and was underwhelmed. While the portion was generously sized, it wasn't super flavorful and felt that some of the vegetables weren't the freshest. Perhaps would need to try something else if I were to go again. read more

Such a great spot!! Decided to try this place while passing through Omaha and it was a perfect way to end a long day of driving. The zen bbq bowl was delicious, and I'd totally stop at another location if I ever come across one! The Frescas were slightly watered down, and weren't sweet at all, but still a refreshing match to the meal. read more

I love this place! But I have to be honest and say I really only ever get the Wild Child because I can't bring myself to order anything else. It's seasonal, at least it used to be, so I think only available in the fall/winter months. The Brussels sprouts are always cooked so perfectly, the goat cheese is a creamy balance to the spice of the arugula and radicchio, and the craisins give a sweet touch to it all. The balsamic vinaigrette is a great way to tie all the flavors together. And the chicken is cooked so nicely, juicy and not rubbery as some chicken can be when it's mass cooked. I usually order to go in the drive through but have also ordered at the counter inside. Both experiences have been good, no complaints. You can really tell the issue with price hikes though, when I first started ordering this in 2021ish, it was 12.95 and now it's $15. Definitely not something I order often for that price but it's a nice treat when I don't have a meal planned! read more

This is a friendly and delicious option. Relatively fast service, healthy options, and flexible within reason. Our service was done with a smile and great attitude even towards cranky and hungry children. read more

The smoothies are super yummy but you can tell it's all fresh fruits. It's nice to have a quick way to get a healthy bite in!

My wife loves this place and I'm guessing she would give 4 stars - I'll revise as needed, but we've gotten takeout and delivery a handful of times, and there sometimes seems to be some variance in the "topping" quantity - in the main ingredients for various salads, the amount of those items is sometimes much less than others read more

Needed some veggies with the carby breaded Rueben dinner earlier. They have a drive thru. BYO: mixed green, arugula, spinach, quinoa, cucumber, pepita and sunflower seeds. $20.45 with a Rowdy Mermaid Yuzu, ginger and lemon drink. Roasted broccoli, roasted mushrooms and avocado are extra cost for these specific ingredients. The preset salad items on the wall are around $13-$15. Would be nice if they could chop some of the veggies some, the broccoli. I wasn't expecting such a chandelier in a fast casual spot like this at all. Order down the counter lines. The jalapeño green goddess dressing is pretty good. Small portions of everything except the greens. read more

I placed a pickup order and the customer service was genuinely awful. My bag was sitting right in front of the employee with my name clearly printed on it. I told him, "This is my order," and he just stared at me with a condescending look. I had to repeat myself three times before he finally said "yeah," then looked away and walked off. No acknowledgment, no basic courtesy. It was an unnecessarily rude interaction for something as simple as picking up a bag that was already ready. read more

I'll leave a neutral review since I've only been here once and I think this spot has a lot of potential. I ordered their classic chicken Caesar salad to go, and it was super quick and easy to order. I thought the salad was good and filling, but it was overdressed for my taste. There was a good amount of chicken, and I liked the addition of kale to the usual romaine base of a Caesar salad for some more nutrition. Next time, I'd get dressing on the side instead and likely order something else. They have a large menu with many healthy options that are also customizable. It's kind of a chipotle style place, where you can create your own bowls/salads/wraps, but they also have their own options. There are smoothies and acai bowls as well. Expect to pay a little more than your typical fast food, but not surprising considering the more healthy alternatives. Overall, while I did not love my first meal here, I really like the idea of a fast casual spot for a healthy meal on the go, and I will probably be back to try something else! You can dine in or get to-go, and there is plentiful seating inside. I thought the clean, modern, interior was fitting and would be a nice place to eat and relax for a bit. There is a drive thru too, but it was closed when I stopped in. read more

My favorite meal in Omaha. The place I look forward to when I go to Omaha. Why? It's so rare to find a good salad joint similar to sweetgreens. This is it! They have so many options for their home made dressings. I sampled a few and it's so good! I ordered the wild wild southwest salad and every bite was filled with joy. I also asked for extra chicken and the portion size was very satisfying. Ingredients tasted fresh. Place was clean. Staffed seemed happy. It couldn't get any better. read more

I will always try to champion any business that is offering healthier options for the general public, so automatically that puts this business at a 3/10 just by doing good for humanity and not giving them poisoned food :,) Alas, this was a wonderful place to find and gives such an awesome variety of health foods. FOOD : I got the fiesta bowl and thought every ingredient was delicious. I love that hey offer pickled red onions and thought it added a nice tang to the bowl. I will say, they probably gave me 2 cups of rice which i thought was a bit excessive while only giving me 2.5 oz of a chicken.. felt the ratios were a bit off. However, the bowl itself was delicious, refreshing, and far better than chipotle (aka i didn't wake up a swollen balloon the next morning). My sister goes here weekly and is a raving fan of everything they have. I will say the fresh ingredients and the variety of options is absolutely fantastic. I can tell they are trying to offer omaha far better food and in that a far better reality. My sister got the fall bowl and loved it, and she said she typically gets the cobb which she can't get enough of. I also loved that i didn't get one chewy piece of chicken! What a win!! i saw them cutting chicken in the back and cooking it fresh, that is always a good sign that they don't just mass important fake meat. Bleh. Finally, my sister got a chocolate shake and that is the only down i would give -- it tasted like a banana mixed with dirt... i can't lie. Salads, bowls, and wraps are definitely their strong suit SERVICE / AMBIENCE : the space is bright, beautiful, and gives the same refreshing feel that the food does. I'd definitely dine in if or when i could just because i enjoy the brightness of the space. The service was good and we enjoyed our experience. Overall this is a GREAT place to get a nice salad or bowl! read more

They are fantastic. Food quality was excellent, and very tasty. But the manager was the best part, she went out of her way to make an uber delivery order that was not her fault RIGHT. Jermain and Paige were excellent. Gave me great portions and great service! Such joys to be around!!

Crisp & Green is a great place to go for healthy food and options. I do wish Omaha had more places like these! However, I would not recommend placing a mobile order for pick up. I don't eat bacon and said no bacon on the salad... and they ended up putting bacon on the salad. I also ordered protein balls and they just forgot them all together. I absolutely understand that the lunch hour can get crazy, but please double check the label. /: Great place to go for healthy salads, wraps, and bowls but I would personally just recommend ordering in person. When you pay for something, you expect to get it and that just didn't happen. read more

Listen the service here is fast and friendly. The salads are amazing. The setting is clean and modern. I love it here! Everything is so fresh, I mean the salads are so delicious. But everyone knows a salad made by someone other than yourself is better but this place takes the cake. My friend and I love to eat here and dine in. They have the most beautiful drink choices and by beautiful I mean they are all good. Not your typical soda machine. It's just such a great option for a healthy alternative to lunch on the go. Definitely wish there were more places like this. read more

Exactly what the name sounds like: fresh + healthy foods served via a food line in a clean and open atmosphere. Note: they are operating as a CARD ONLY business, so tuck those dollars away for now. The staff is eager to help you customize or pick a tried and true favorite. I felt like they did a good job of having some delicious sounding, curated entrees without overwhelming you with 34 different salad recipes. I will say that compared to other very similar establishments in the area (all with 'green' in the name ;) ) it tends to be a few dollars more per entree - in part because they don't automatically add protein to many of the offerings. read more

I'm typically a cool greens gal but Crisp & Green is close to home and I didn't feel like cooking. I'm just surprised for the price, the quality of the salad, specifically the chicken! I'm got the chicken bacon ranch. Upon getting home and getting ready to dig in, the chicken looked weird. It looks like frozen chicken and or very over cooked? The description says blackened chicken.. but it just does not appear to be fresh chicken. I don't even know how to describe it... very disappointing for the price point. Also, I asked in the drive through if they had any low fat or fat free dressing options. The gal working wasn't sure and just suggested one of the vinaigrette's. I wasn't a fan of the choices so just accepted the ranch and used what I had at home. Would be nice, being a salad establishment if they had some of these options. I probably won't go back. Again, for this price point, every establishment has salad options. In my opinion, the chicken should be the star of the show for this salad, and that just wasn't the case. I picked the chicken out and just had a nice boring garden salad. :-/ Edit to update stars, appreciate business reaching out. read more

I love the fresh vibe here. They offer smoothies and fresh salad and grain bowls with seasonal fruits, veggies and proteins. It is fast and casual, similar dining model as chipotle or panda express with fresh ingredients in a constructed in front of you type of way. The meals taste fresh and healthy, and are filling. Pro- friendly staff, quick service, clean store, healthy varied options Cons- pricey for lunch (~$15) Not my everyday stop, would be more willing to pay that for dinner time. Smoothies are ~$7-8 too, and my last one was kind of disappointing in terms of taste and was not blended all the way. I'd be willing to give it another chance, and certainly would eat here again! read more

Crisp & Green just opened this week on 80th and Dodge street. They serve salad bowls, grain bowls, and smoothies. We went for an opening week event and enjoyed two grain bowls - the fiesta bowl and the buffalo bowl. These grain bowls were so delicious though I would say the ratio of veggies and protein to grain could be a smidge better!! I'd love to come back to try salad bowls and smoothies! Things to know: -There is plenty of parking. -Service is quick and friendly. -Prices are on the higher side (around $14 for a bowl and $8 for a smoothie), however, given the healthy ingredient, it seems to be partially worth it... -Take-out bowls are compostable which is a plus! -Free fitness classes are offered weekly per their website. read more

As my friend said, "This gives off California vibes." It truly does! I felt like I needed to do the famous Kim Kardashian salad shake. I stopped here to catch up with a friend. If you're looking for something healthy, but also filling, this is the perfect spot! Everything is so fresh and delicious. Every salad is a full meal. They also offer green bowls, smoothies, and açai bowls. They have so many salad options, all are so great! You can also create your own salad with the many different ingredients. Some of my favorite salads are the Cobb, squash goals (seasonal), Soul bowl, and the bold and the Buffalo! Right when you walk in, it's a clean and bright interior. They have a huge seating area to stay and enjoy. To the left of the register is where to go. Orders are picked up and where they have their Agua Frescas. Agua Frescas are variety of waters flavored with fresh ingredients. They also have a black tea! They have an app where you can earn points and get free smoothies! We can also use the app to order head. You should definitely take advantage of the free smoothies! The kombucha they sell, is really delicious, but obviously marked up from grocery store prices, so beware! The service here is always friendly! I love this! Highly recommend checking it out! read more

The service definitely turned for the worse after my last few visits. Specifically, my last visit was troubling and borderline terrible. I had placed an order, paid for my order, but the person waiting on me didn't return to the drive thru window for 20 minutes. I decided to go inside because no one ever returned to the window. When I inquired about my order, the night supervisor retorted that I need to be patient "blah blah blah" while storming towards the back. To make a unpleasant situation worse I discovered they haven't even started making my order! Too add a cherry on top, a guy behind me in drive thru had to come in for the same thing after waiting 13 minutes. They offered a not so sincere apology and offered some free " shut up buster/sucker" sugary treats. In conclusion, the a portion of the staff either hate their jobs or they don't like dealing with paying customers. Rude, unprofessional, pretentious, intentionally forgetful, suspicious, and unabashed elitist vibes flows at this place. It is a shame because the fresh, tasty, and healthy menu items are unmatched for the area. I am hesitant about visiting this place again after my past experiences. They demand premium prices for subpar services. read more
