So let me start this review by saying I have never been a huge fan of Pickleman's. I only ever had…read morethem catered in to work events and they were very lackluster, basic sandwiches. However, when I tried them for myself outside of catering, I actually was semi pleasantly surprised with the options on offer. Yes, they do have those basic sandwiches that were catered in (if you like that, I mean) - but they also have a lot of other items you can add onto sandwiches when you order for yourself. I tried the BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich, and added mayo and black olives, and removed the onions. It was actually pretty delicious, but still kind of basic when compared to other sandwich shops in town (Potbelly is my favorite of the similar ones to Pickleman's) I also ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese (I know, more pulled pork??). It was alright, but was cold when I got it home, so maybe the container they put it in doesn't retain heat so well. Basic Mac and cheese with a tiny bit of pulled pork on top and bbq sauce. If you couldn't tell, I ordered a few side things in case the sandwich was gross. I also grabbed the Broccoli Cheese soup. Now, when it comes to broccoli cheese soups, the one I measure them all against is the Panera one that comes in a bread bowl. And this was nothing compared to that. Kind of bland and also cold. Now I know you're saying "couldn't you just heat up these cold items?" And to that I say "I shouldn't have to do that, when I literally live a block from the store!" The one bright spot was that the cookies I ordered I ordered were actually pretty good - soft, flavorful, and pretty inexpensive. I would get those again, but not much else from Pickleman's.

Fresh made to order salads and sandwiches. Friendly helpful service. We went at an off hour so not…read moremany people but plenty of seating. The room was a little chilly for the kind of day we were having , maybe the staff needed it cooler. Our salads were delicious and the soup hit the spot. We left quite satisfied. A tiny bit pricey but good food. Give them a try.

It was my first time at Le Peep, and it is safe to say I will be back!…read more My best friend and I ordered several things to share and try a bit of everything, and the chilaquiles were an immediate hit. We are both normally very picky on how chilaquiles are prepared, but we destroyed them! The French toast was also light, fluffy, and delicious! I had a specialty iced coffee which was very sweet and tasty. The location is very open, airy, and the perfect backdrop for girls brunch. Our server was attentive and kind as well. I will definitely be coming here again!

Because we didn't have school today, a trio of us teachers decided to get together for some brunch…read more With the obvious low temps, the crowd inside Le Peep was small, but meant we were seated right away! Our server (I believe his name was Ryan) was fantastic! For my meal, I ultimately decided on the Chicken Fried Chicken with hash browns and over easy eggs. I really like the gravy that they have but wish it has a bit more flavor. My check was cooked perfectly and had a good amount of crunch. The hash browns were soso (I had ordered them extra crispy but they were somewhat underdone in the middle. My real reason for the 4 stars as opposed to the 5 was that I had a weird black piece of thread on my plate under my English muffins and that grossed me out a little because I thought it was hair at first.
