My daughter and I stopped here when we were in the area a couple weeks ago and it was a good experience. I got some coffee nearby and my daughter was jonesin' for a smoothie and Juice Stop was right down the street so we took a nice, short Saturday walk from Godega. They had a lot of choices so it took my daughter a few minutes to narrow it down to the 'one'. She ordered it and the employees gave us the 'leftovers' that they put in a small cup, which was awesome and unexpected. The employees were really nice and seemed to be liking what they were doing, which is infectious. Went here twice while I spent a couple weeks in Omaha. I needed to up my protein game so it's nice that you can add protein powder to any drink. First time I went I got a free protein drink bottle. I wish I remembered exactly what I ordered each time, but both were delicious and both times the employees were great. Pricing was nice, too. Never used the bathrooms. Wish there was more seating. Only 1 table with 2 chairs. The space had plenty of room for more seating but I guess you don't usually a stick around to drink a smoothie. Really wish my hometown had a Juice Stop. Usually when I do my Aksarben Village walk, I stop for coffee at one of the coffee shops. Today I decided to get something different. I decided to check out Juice Stop, a place I had never been before. I was impressed because the man running it really knew his products. He was able to rattle off descriptions like nobody's business. I decided on a smoothie that had strawberry juice. bananas, strawberries, and nonfat vanilla yogurt. Plus an added protein power. Another worker manned the cash register while the man made the smoothie in what seemed like under a minute. Both employees said their products have no added sugar but are made with fruit so of course, they are not low carb. The menu is quite extensive and it seems to be very customizable. I mentioned how I usually get coffee and the man said they could make something that had a coffee flavor. Many of the smoothies have sherbet in them. They can also be made non-dairy. You're probably wondering if I liked the smoothie. Yes, it was wonderfully refreshing, much more so than my usual coffee! I will be back. read more

The staff is always friendly and makes the smoothies pretty quickly. They have exactly 2 chairs to lounge in while they make your drink. Plenty of options..almost too many, but it works. My first time here at juice stop after a family dinner. You can't go wrong with juices. I ordered the uppercut and I liked it but I loved the scissor one better I don't know the name for it but I loved the tart and fruity flavors and it was worth my $5 bucks. They have lots of options and also you can make your own. You can add extras if you like. There's also veggie juice or you can add greens to your smoothies. Love it. read more

I love the smoothies here. I actually think it is better than Jamba Juice! I like that you have the options to add protein and nutrient blends. I also add a wellness blend to get a little vitamin bump before I travel. There are so many different smoothies to choose form, it can be a little overwhelming. My favorite smoothie is the home run, it's like a strawberry lemonade smoothie. It's so good! If you are with a friend and you both want 2 smalls that are the same flavor, I would buy a large and spend 25 cents to get the extra cup and just split it. It's the better deal. I would have given them 5 stars but the service isn't very good. A lot of the time the workers act like they don't want you there and that can make your visit a little uncomfortable. The smoothies are so good and you are only in there for a couple minutes so I just deal with it. read more

Fresh and Quick product Only complaint-- the workers aren't the friendliest of people! Which makes me hesitate in coming here. Several of my classmates at the UNO campus that is just two blocks away refuse to come here because of the customer service. Beef up your customer service skills and this place might have more customers (And I'd give ya 5 stars). If zero was an option, I would've picked that. The owner is cheap, and my "smoothie" was a cup of juice. It was pure liquid and after I asked about why it was so messed up I was told that they couldn't remake or even add ice to my drink. I love Juice Stop!! Their location is perfect when I get done with long runs on the Keystone I make sure to end in front of Juice Stop as a reward for the long miles!! Everyone has always been super friendly and they are great at making sure you are happy with your order. I hate bananas and accidentally ordered a smoothie with bananas and they made me another without the bananas, which was so nice and they didn't have to do! Now, I always make sure to ask for no bananas and they are so great and adapting recipes for me! My favorite is the single track, but I love trying different flavors! read more

I'll start out by saying I come to this shop at least twice a week, and genuinely believe the product Juice Stop puts out is far superior to its competitors. The downfall of this location, however, is the attitude of the employee who seems to be there 70% of the times I come in. She constantly seems annoyed by the presence of a customer, is short with her words, and comes off as aggressive or maybe even angry in her actions. On my most recent trip, I watched her literally roll her eyes and say something under her breath when she saw me because she had to put out her cigarette and do her job. Once inside, it was the same rude service I've come to expect. Fortunately though, service is fairly quick, so you only have to endure the discomfort for a few minutes. Wow.... If I would've read all the negative reviews before going to this location I never would've went. Apparently, the owners have no problem with tbeir staff members providing terrible customer service. Never had a problem at any other location like I did this one. Their cashier/staff member Mya was extremely rude and unprofessional. Went into get a Wheatgrass shot and she tells me she already cleaned the machine and didn't feel like cleaning it again and that they stop serving wheatgrass an hour before closing. I asked her how long it took to re-clean the machine and she said 5 mins. read more

Went to juice stop the other day and had an amazing experience. The young girl at the counter, I believe here name was mikayla?, offered amazing customer service and my smoothie came out right away and it was one of the best I've ever had. My friends and I were sitting outside the store and saw her working circles helping out customers, cleaning and stocking. Overall, great service and will definitely recommend to a friend. I am disappointed and annoyed that when I went in to use my Amazon local coupon today I was turned away because "the owner said you have to print it out". I stood there like an idiot. My drink was already made and on the counter, I felt pressured to pay for it but I have already paid for the coupon. I walked out of your store embarrassed and a little angry. When I purchase one of these vouchers, I always read the fine print. The first note on this coupon says "present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival". It does not say "coupon only valid if you own a printer". If your concern is that you don't have a way to scan the vouchers, then why don't you just give the customer a punch card, and mark the voucher as used directly on their smartphone? It is the orange button under the voucher code. Maybe then you could avoid wasting the time of your potential customers. read more
