The muffins were burnt and rubbery. While we sat there and ate and drank our coffee the two workers started playing Mario kart at the bar with their backs turned to the customers. It was odd for sure. They did pause their game to look over their shoulders occasionally to ensure more customers weren't coming in or their current customers didn't need anything. Never seen this before. The ambiance felt more like a bar that happened to sell some breakfast items and coffee. Not a lot of comfy seating. It was interesting to stop in. If I came back, I would grab coffee to go or maybe stop in for a quick beer.

1/5 Very…read moredisappointing experience. I placed my order through the Starbucks app for in-store pickup. When I arrived, I could clearly see they were busy, so I tried to be patient and waited about 20 minutes before approaching an employee about my order. During those 20 minutes, not a single employee acknowledged me, asked if I needed help, or even asked for the name on my order. When I finally asked about it, they got the manager. During that interaction there was never a "Let me check on that for you" or "We'll get it ready." Instead, the manager focused on her tablet trying to locate my order and eventually told me there was nothing she could do in the store and that I would have to contact customer service. Then, as I was literally about to walk out, she suddenly said, "Oh, I have your drink right here." They did give me a drink, but unfortunately they didn't bother asking for the details of my order or whether it had any customizations. My original drink was ordered dairy-free, and the drink they handed me was not made dairy-free, so I couldn't even drink it. I completely understand that stores get busy and mobile orders can have issues. That wasn't what bothered me. What was unacceptable was the lack of acknowledgment, communication, and attention to the actual order. A simple interaction with a customer shouldn't require standing around for 20 minutes, tracking down an employee yourself, being told nothing can be done, and then receiving a drink that doesn't match what you ordered.

I typically wouldn't review but I never got helped at the counter today after waiting for quite awhile. 5 people back there actively couldn't help me order a drink after waiting a good while. The food while decent Is rather overpriced and their coffee is truly mid at best. There are just too many coffee shops in Omaha that have gotten it right for this one to be so bad.

It was delicious and on par to the high coffee standards I have coming from Denver! The branding and overall vibe feel intentional, and I genuinely appreciate their mission and what they're trying to build in Omaha. That part really stands out. That said, the coffee itself didn't quite hit for me. I ordered a seasonal latte and was excited for something distinctive, but the flavor felt pretty muted. It tasted more like a standard latte than something seasonal or layered. Not bad by any means -- just not memorable. I'd still come back to try something else because the space and concept are strong. I just hope the drinks lean a little more bold next time.
