I first stumble upon tsao cha in Pennsylvania and I'm so glad it's available here in NE! It's my fav tea-dessert place as I love fruit tea. Their fruit tea is fresh and flavorful as I usually do no sugar, so I can taste more of the original taste of the tea without the sugar influence. The fruits are fresh and the tea is of quite good quality as compared to many that I've tried. Some of them are sweeter where they use some syrup instead of fresh fruit, but yes, they're still good imo. The takoyaki is good and I need try their bingsu (shaved ice) next! read more

Tsao Cha is a great spot to try, I've been here a decent enough time to leave a good review. The service is consistent. Staff is always very friendly and informative when ordering. The establishment is always very clean and it's in a nice part of Bellevue. I always order the brown sugar milk tea Boba it's my absolute favorite. My husband gets a strawberry version of what I get. I have yet to try the food, but when it comes to their drinks, it's amazing. Would absolutely recommend to any Boba lovers out there. read more

One of my favorite boba places in the area! I've usually gotten the brown sugar milk tea and it's always been pretty great. The boba itself also seems pretty fresh! They also offer some pastries like macarons and also Korean Fried Chicken Wings. I really enjoyed the chicken too, super crispy! Would recommend coming here for sure! read more

Amongst the better of milk tea spots in Omaha! I would definitely recommend getting extra tea and less milk for a stronger tea flavor in their Milk Black Tea. The hot and spicy chicken was great snack to have and there are tiny claw machines for entertainment while you wait read more

We came in today, and because of the holiday, the kitchen was closed, so I couldn't get a Bubble Waffle Ice Cream like I wanted. My wife and I walked in and saw whole fruits and other ingredients this is not a surprise because their drinks are very refreshing. Leah grew up in Bellevue and is happy to see something like this in city and sees it as an indicator that the city is continuing to diversify! All the folks were inside too so we knew it was gonna be good before we even ordered! Leah got the brown sugar fresh milk and I ordered the mango purée tea. Another neat thing and probably our favorite is that the lid has a hole already in it for your straw and a little cover to close it again if needed! We will back again soon! read more

Great tea and boba! Great tea to grab a drink on a summer day! I got the oolong tea with milk foam on top (30% sugar). Great Boba spot for Bellevue! It's nicely decorated, has a great menu for drinks and they also have food like wings and pastries. My go to drinks have been milk tea with boba and also the dragon fruit tea with crystal pearl and milk foam. Service is pretty good and the staff is friendly. Parking can be hard to come by especially during dinner times since it's next door to a buffet, so keep that in mind. read more

Small place in Bellevue, good option if you're craving bubble tea. The service is a hit or miss. Some of the staff look very standoffish, other are friendlier. Their chicken wings are surprisingly decent. The bubble tea itself is good, but in a market where there's other options including franchises, it falls just a bit short. Personally, I find it too sweet even when asking for less sugar... but again, it's my personal preference. It's a valid option to satisfy your cravings for sure. read more

We've ventured to Tsao Cha several times since they opened in Bellevue bringing bubble tea closer to us. Each time service is fast and friendly. Our favorite is the brown sugar bubble milk. This visit we had finally caved to try the wings as they are a bit pricy but ended up being well worth it. Meaty, juicy, flavorful and hard to share! I forget what flavor we last visited in August 2022 but I believe we got the Sweet Amber and the Honey Garlic. Very delicious! We love their macarons each time as well. Hands down best boba and tea in the Omaha metropolitan area!! Tried many different bobas and tea types and all have been heavenly. You can edit sugar from no sugar (0%) to full sugar (normal amount or 100%) which I love changing sweetness and Ice levels depending on the weather. There many board games that we usually enjoying while having our items. Plus the staff is always helpful as I can be indecisive at time as I want it all haha. A MUST try for boba lovers! Been over 10x over the last year (it's that good) + 10% military discount and 10% discount when you bring your cup back as well as punch cards for free bobas after so many visits. read more

The place has a good amount of seating, fun swinging basket chair, and nice atmosphere. The workers were helpful if I asked. The milk tea my son loves. I mean all the drinks are really good! My daughters and I come here a lot to enjoy their different kinds of teas. The atmosphere is fun (they especially enjoy the clear sphere chair that hangs from the ceiling). They even have board games you can hang out and play. We've enjoyed all the teas we've gotten here and the staff is helpful if you aren't sure what something is and have questions. read more

Loved this place the first few times I went, but somehow the place is going downhill fast. The drinks and icecream are great but don't order the wings unless you are ready to WAIT. They are very upfront about the wings taking 15-20 minutes. I understand it can get busy. But after waiting 30 minutes just for our drinks, they asked if we had anything else and we reconfirmed the rest of our order- one icecream and a 10 pc chicken. Finished our drink, another 20 minutes has passed. Finally decided to check up on the rest of our order only to find out they had not started. I am so confused on how they got us our drinks but lost the rest of our order. I don't know if it was the kiosk messed up or poor order management, but I am embarrassed after hyping this place up and bringing my friends only to have our time wasted for orders we had to get must of it refunded. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant. Went in for lunch yesterday with my mom for her birthday. Opened at 1130, when in and they said it would be an hour for chicken as they had just started marinating it. 40 minutes later they said it would be another hour. So no chicken that day, the waffles were ok. Ordered online and went back the next day in the afternoon. Walked in, two other people in the lobby. No one made eye contact with me or said a greeting of any kind. After standing there about 3 minutes, a person came up and handed me a bag saying "Here." Horrible customer service. So this chicken has to be pretty good right? For $10 a 6-piece it should be. It was not Korean Fried Chicken. It was not double fried. There was no crunch. There was no gochujang in the sauce. The sauce was almost flavorless. Buffalo Wild Wings has superior chicken for less. Will not ever be going back to this store and will actively warn people of it's existence. Food should not be that sad. read more

When I arrived, I could clearly see they were busy, so I tried to be patient and waited about 20 minutes before approaching an employee about my order. Instead, the manager focused on her tablet trying to locate my order and eventually told me there was nothing she could do in the store and that I would have to contact customer service. Then, as I was literally about to walk out, she suddenly said, "Oh, I have your drink right here." They did give me a drink, but unfortunately they didn't bother asking for the details of my order or whether it had any customizations. My original drink was ordered dairy-free, and the drink they handed me was not made dairy-free, so I couldn't even drink it. I completely understand that stores get busy and mobile orders can have issues. That wasn't what bothered me. What was unacceptable was the lack of acknowledgment, communication, and attention to the actual order. A simple interaction with a customer shouldn't require standing around for 20 minutes, tracking down an employee yourself, being told nothing can be done, and then receiving a drink that doesn't match what you ordered.

Both were excellent, and came out nice and hot. The vibe in fun and colorful and there was a group of people practicing their Spanish (both native speakers and new learners). I thought that was such a cool idea to build community and practice a new skill, or help a new learner in their Spanish journey. I brought my laptop and spent a few hours in a booth and it was a very relaxing space. There was a good buzz but not too crowded or loud for studying. I loved my experience and will be back soon!

0 Stars I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Tsao Cha with my 11-year-old daughter. During our visit, she accidentally spilled her drink due to a loose lid provided by the staff. Instead of offering any comfort or reassurance, the employees simply cleaned up the mess in silence, leaving my daughter feeling sad and embarrassed. When I asked a server if she could make another drink for my daughter, she said yes, which gave me a glimmer of hope. However, after waiting patiently for over 10 minutes, I noticed the same server leaving her work station and heading to the back without any update. I approached another server to follow up, only to be told that we would have to pay for another drink. This experience was disheartening for three main reasons: first, my daughter was already upset about the spill, which was caused by the faulty lid; second, I had tipped 15% on our original order, which should have covered the cost of a simple replacement drink; and finally, the staff showed a complete lack of care for customer experience, prioritizing a $6 sale over a child's happiness. I would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment, especially families with children looking to enjoy bubble tea. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that values its customers. read more
