I had been to a few rolled ice cream shops before, so I knew what to expect in this experience. The staff were amazing and it was so cool to see them do the rolling of the ice cream and add in the chosen toppings perfectly. On our first trip there, I had the strawberry shortcake flavor combo and my husband had the Oreo cookie combo. They were both so neatly created with the toppings telling you just what treat you got, very noticeably. No mixing up your ice cream here! Our second visit, we got the s'mores mixture, which came with so many brightly colored marshmallows (like in Lucky Charms) and my husband got his Oreo one again (don't mess with success, I guess). I watched as the employee used their phone with their gloved hand and grabbed our donuts without switching to new gloves. We ordered a 6 pack partially for the benefit of a discount with a larger order and asked to separate them due to flavor preferences. We were charged extra (they dropped the discount for a larger order) without being informed and when asked, they provided a reason of "like these boxes cost money, I don't know how to explain it." I don't plan on going there again, there's a place in Lincoln that's well worth the drive.
