The bowl was flavorful and had great fresh ingredients like salmon, mango, and cucumbers! The crab Rangoons were crispy and had real chunks of crab in them! The cucumber salad was full of great, freshly chopped cucumbers and a sauce that wasn't too spicy but gave some great flavor. The brown sugar milk tea was delicious, not too sweet and had yummy boba inside. The peach tea was refreshing and I loved the popping bobas. It was easy to order from the kiosk or from your phone at the table. If you want to order from the front you can go up to ask questions if you need to! Kawaii tea time served up my first sushi taco ever and it was ELITE. My favorite was the salmon sushi taco. The tempura shrimp and crab stick taco was good, but I wish it had more sauce. Overall, the ingredients were fresh, had amazing textures, and was the perfect size. Their boba was also good! I got the lychee green tea with lychee jelly. I opted for 100% sugar. It was perfect for me because I love sweet things. They also serve other Asian dishes including noodles, dessert and soup dumplings. The ambiance is cute, decor is fun. The space is clean. This fast casual restaurant is fairly new. It is an Asian fusion restaurant with a variety of offerings, including dim sum, Boba tea, sushi, ramen, and more. My friend and I both ordered the brown sugar milk teas, barbecue chicken bun, and the chicken soup dumplings. We order at the kiosk or at the front desk and then seat ourselves. The food came out relatively fast. I liked the brown sugar milk tea boba, as it was tea forward, which I enjoyed. It was not overly sweet. I wish I could taste the brown sugar aspect more though. The barbecue chicken bun was decent overall, but I felt like the outside dough could have been softer. It felt a bit dry and not as fresh as I would've liked. The inside chicken seemed pretty well flavored. As far as the chicken soup dumplings, it was overall well flavored with the spicy chili oil and soy ginger sauce. Unfortunately, they got cold very quickly. Also, I thought that the sauces that we ordered would come on the side, not on top, which was not made clear when ordering. This is my first time coming in, and it was such a fun little shop! The interior is very cute, and decorated as I expected. There aren't very many tables, but it wasn't fizzy, so we got our choice. Most of the small tables were pretty low, and had sofa-like chairs around them, so it was more of a lounge environment than a typical Dining space. This wasn't a bad thing, but I wish the sofa chairs were cleaned more frequently, as these were pretty dirty. Ordering didn't take long at all, our food just took a few minutes to come out. They send you a text when you order at the front, but the printer was out of paper, so I didn't get a receipt. They did bring out the food to us, since there were very few customers in at the time we came. The food was great! I like the variety in the bento box, and the seaweed tasted amazing. The mango was very fresh, and the avocado was perfectly ripe. The flavor of the sauce was my favorite part of this meal! The combination of spicy mayo and heels sauce was amazing. I do wish the salmon was a bit fresher -- this wasn't bad by any means, but not as fresh as some competitors I have dined with. Overall, it was a good meal for the price We tried the sushi taco in salmon as well, this is OK, but not my personal favorite, since I prefer a lighter rice ratio to the fillings and sauces. The bathroom was pretty nice and clean. Overall, this was a fun lunch experience, but personally, I would not see this out compared to other spots that have fresher fish for a lower price in my experience. read more

The pork soup dumplings were yummy! The place functions with placing a self-order via a kiosk and then your name is called when the food is ready. Self seating. Great place if you're looking for some Asian food in Omaha! As someone who doesn't eat red meat, it's really hard to find xiao long bao with chicken but this place had them! They were flavorful and came with chilli oil and a garlic sauce which added a lot to the dish. The spice was definitely moderate and didn't realize the dumplings would be coming with the chili oil in the soup bowl. The only other down side was the got cold pretty quickly, so would eat them first. The BBQ chickens buns were solid. The brown sugar milk tea with boba was great. It had a strong tea flavor without being bitter and I appreciated that. The drink was also not overly sugary and the boba had the right consistency. Will definitely be coming back here! read more

The food is excellent! The customer service is in need of repair. (June 9th, about noon) my gift card did not work at the self-serve kiosk so I had to go to the counter to order. Several employees looked at me and ignored me, continuing to make orders. Didn't even acknowledge me saying "we will help you in a minute!" After standing at the counter for a while a lady came to help me and was very short tempered. She did not read back my order to make sure everything was correct. After receiving the order I was missing a sushi taco. I went to the counter and asked if I was charged for it because I was missing one. She got argumentative stating I only ordered one. I replied I ordered 2 and was happy to pay for a second one if it was not charged. I recommend reading back the order and simply acknowledging the mistake and moving on, don't argue with the customer! I was a regular customer at their old location off of Maple, but this negative experience has put me off on returning for a long time. read more

I'd never had a sushi taco and really enjoyed it! The "taco shell" was crispy nori so in some ways it was a sushi roll served in a different shape. We sampled egg rolls, 2 sushi tacos (both salmon) and sushi pouches. I wouldn't get the pouch again ..the "pouch" was similar to a tortilla and didn't quite work for me but the taco was great. We also enjoyed some bubble tea. The staff was very friendly and prompt. You order on a screen when you walk in then food brought out. While we waited the staff brought me a complimentary homemade lemonade. The space is small but has comfy chairs and bright colors. So let's start with the good. The fruit sago is amazing, really fresh fruit and just overall a great taste. The fried dumplings and spring roll was super hot and crunchy. Now onto the less desirables.. the chicken quality was not good it was like chewing into all fat and tendon and no chicken. The tables were pretty dirty and we had to ask for Clorox wipes and cleaned it ourselves. Unfortunately since I had that unfortunate chicken taco incident it ruined my appetite for the towel roll. Tried kawaii tea time for the first time honestly because the name is super cute but I was surprised at the food actually being very unique and tasty. I've never heard of a poach and I tried the beef onion one and it was delicious. The beef is so flavorful! Also got some other things like a Taro milk tea (Good!) the chicken tender bento box and chicken salad. The chicken salad was not your typical chicken salad and the smell alone was not pleasant to me so I couldn't eat it. The chicken strip bento was okay. It came with church's chicken dipping sauce which made me think the chicken was just church's chicken as well. I'm not a fan of Kimchi so i didn't eat that but I did try the potato and it was very unique. Overall, I would come again for the beef and the milk teas. We came to this location, and when we got there all of the tables were dirty service wasn't coming to clean them so we just stood there awkwardly for like ten minutes after ordering our food. Once they finally cleaned off a table we sat down and waited for our food, they gave me the wrong order, i got some type peanut sauce when i ordered chili sauce dumplings. Our crab ragoon and egg rolls weren't cooked fully. They were also playing music that had vulgar language and my 7 year old sister heard including all of the other young kids. You typically order through a kiosk when you walk in and some times there are items not available. I didn't speak to someone about it but it just felt a little impersonal. Some things I might have liked to ask questions about because of the item descriptions. That being said the food was SO good. The sushi tacos were unique and delicious. I also got a dessert that I don't remember the name of (photo attached) but it was also so delicious. I can't seem to find the name from any online menus. Was kind of like a Filipino halo-halo in a bowl or something. Boba was just "ok" - I got a green tea with "regular" tapioca. Good enough, but I'm a little bit of a Boba snob! I will say it took a little bit for the food to be prepared, but well worth it. So please plan accordingly to have a clean and fresh meal. Waited in the drive thru for over 30mins for 1 poki bento and 1 drink with no cars in front of me and no customer inside. Its not like anything was hot that they had to cook. I asked for a recommendation on the bento and the male worker just answered ok bento and it was a bento with cold meat and it was very tough. He was quite rude as well after handing me my food he slammed the drive thru door but I still didn't get a milk tea yet. Luckily the lady noticed me and was nice and realized I didn't get my drink. So the 1 star is for the young lady. Their boba lacked flavor, and i ended throwing it away. I will just stick with a real poki bowl and get a boba tea from a legit bubble tea place.
