I am such a Chai whore that I nearly squealed with excitement when I saw they have Spicy Chai Latte... a much bolder flavor that I prefer, and you may too. Overall, I love the bustling ambiance of this coffeeshop, along with the very high ceilings and aesthetic bookshelf. I like to come here to get work and studying done as they have plenty of seating. It is often very busy though, so if you want a specific table or seat at the bar, I would recommend coming in early on weekends. The coffee however, is not my favorite. It has tasted very milky with very little coffee or syrup flavor. Their hot chocolate also did not have a rich flavor and just tasted like chocolate milk. Got the espresso - suuuuuper bitter and acidic. keep it in mind. I got the house made ice cream for affogato and that still didn't cut it enough. Got a chocolate scone and while Yums, super heavy on the flour. Staff is super friendly, helpful, and will recommend things to you. People seem to just stare, maybe it was just at me. The mill has been an absolute dream when it has come to my study dates with a good friend of mine. We come here multiple times a week and have always been productive. There are lots of tables to suit your studying/ coffee date/ conversation needs. Although the tables are smaller, it helps me prioritize what I need to get done. I will have to say I am a repeat offender when it comes to ordering the same thing each time. I am a big fan of their granita coffee with a splash of Carmel or vanilla syrup. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try their coffee. I got the matcha instead and I forgot what my friend got but it was refreshing. This place is just absolutely stunning. You can find every excuse to visit and stay. Welcoming you is a huge patio equipped with fire places to enjoy. The inside is art deco mixed with rustic traditional - I'm not sure HOW the aesthetic actually fits, but it works and it's just brilliant. I've passed The Mill many times and every evening pass I would admire the beautiful library wall through the giant front windows. Every. Single. Time. Saying to myself I need to go there! Such a wonderful time, cant wait to visit again! This place gives me like a cozy, chic vibe. You just want to sit here and read a book, study, or catch up with a friend and enjoy the ambiance. They have ample seating inside and out so even if it's busy you could probably find a seat. Service was friendly and helpful. We ordered their pumpkin spice latte hot with oat milk and it was very yummy! Not too sweet. Got their matcha latte with oat milk and brown sugar syrup, maybe I would have liked a stronger matcha flavor but still enjoyable and hotter. We also ate their crumb cake warmed up-good, plus one of their packaged chicken salad sandwich which was as expected. They have plenty of options so for whatever reason you're popping in or staying a while you could snack up or get a dessert with your beverage. I imagine parking gets tight tho. And you have to be aware of your surroundings because you could miss the small entrance that leads you to the parking area. I highly recommend the Mill! Fantastic coffee shop with a ton of space to find a table inside or outside on the patio. My only complaint is that their chairs aren't super comfortable, so being there for an extended amount of time is not always ideal. The Mill is the best: a variety to choose from on the menu, a beautifully curated interior, the sweetest staff and best hours. I love a good cup of coffee and have now added chai lattes to my addiction! We were down the street from the coffee shop so I had to stop by. I absolutely love the old vibes and history behind this building. I love the openness and seating amongst the live plants. I was surprised to see the bar, but this gives another reason to stop by later in the day. My dirty chai latte was smooth, warm, and delicious. In search of a productive Sunday morning, I stopped into The Mill for the first time. I'd actually attempted to try it in the past, but it was absolutely packed inside and out. I can safely say it is that popular for a reason! This time around, I think I just beat the weekend student crowd. I was able to park right in front and did not even have to wait in line to order! It was pretty bustling inside, but I was able to find a table with great sunlight and an accessible outlet relatively easily. There is a ton of seating, though I could tell it fills up quickly. I LOVED the atmosphere here; it is super cozy and unique, with wooden and brick features and a large wall of books. It is the perfect place to spend time getting work done or catching up with a friend. Despite the crowd, I didn't find the noise overwhelming or prohibitive for someone looking to work. There is also outdoor seating available, which is so nice. I ordered an iced latte with cookie butter syrup, which was delicious. The menu includes all the classics as well as seasonal drinks. I like that they serve in glasses as well. There are also a ton of snacks available for purchase, which is amazing if you're planning on a long study day. It's worth noting that they do have signs that encourage patrons to make a purchase every hour and to limit their time at a table during peak hours. In the evening, there is a functioning bar, which I think is a cool concept. Overall, I will definitely be back when I need a good spot to get work done, but I'd recommend being strategic about the time of day you go, especially on the weekends with the proximity to Creighton and UNMC! My barista was thoughtful in her description of the different tea options once I told her my preferences! The Menu is well laid out and categorized as well. The tea itself was great! Without any added sugar, I found this to be very sweet and the hibiscus and apple came through the most. I was able to rebrew the tea bag and it was still pleasantly strong. I decided to grab a few scones as well: a lemon lavender and a chocolate chip. I'm no scone connoisseur, but I devoured these and would recommend them as a pairing to your beverage. The bakery items are made fresh daily, showing the pursuit of craft and quality at The Mill. The ambiance actually can't be beat when it comes to Omaha coffee shops. There is a bar lined with velvet green chairs with a cute UX touch of a pull out handle. The Mill serves alcohol during the evenings and for events! The library wall was definitely a stand out feature and I positioned myself with the perfect view of both. The aesthetic is a vintage royalty and fosters a sense of "I'm a mysterious character bound to be looked at and discovered". There is also a large patio, which I'm told has heaters in the fall and winter! Absolutely loved my visit to the Mill, and I'm bound to be back. I hope you give it a try! read more

I've tried a couple of different food menu items and I appreciate items like a croissant breakfast sandwich that is totally not like Burger King and it is delicious.
