Big grove is a hidden gem! I didn't realize that they were tucked inside the Catalyst building. The barista was very friendly and helpful, and my caramelized banana latte was delicious. I could see how it's a little tricky to find or easy to miss, but now that I know where it is located, I'll definitely be back!

First all, the staff member that helped my mom and I was suuuuper nice! She was so funny and patient. I ordered the iced honey bear latte back at the beginning of March, which was a part of their Valentine's menu. It was so good. It was not too sweet and had the perfect balance of the syrup and coffee! There is a plenty of seating inside and outside. There are a few ParkOmaha spots as well as a garage for parking. I love this place and will return!

Really cute coffee shop connected to Big Grove Brewery! They have a cute patio outdoors and lots of great seating inside. The staff was really friendly and helped me pick a coffee. I liked my sugar free caramel coffee with almond milk (some milks are an extra charge.) They have a ton of coffees, syrup flavors, add ons, teas, and other drinks. The baked goods looked yummy as well. The prices are pretty good too. The parking situation is a little funny and you may have to pay to park. There is also no drive-thru fyi! But this place is really adorable and will be such a fun place to have a coffee and a drink or meal next door

Cute cute cute! Delicious delicious delicious! You need to go here! The best new addition in Omaha! Big Grove Eats and Big Grove Coffee! The coffee is so good, no matter who your barista is! They have so many different flavors, syrups, etc! They have multiple different tables to sit and chat or work for a bit! There is metered parking around the area or a new parking garage! After your done with coffee hop into Big Grove for a beer, drink, dinner or lunch!

I just happened upon this coffee shop when I was at UNMC and wanted something nearby. Through Google maps, I found this great spot. It's located in an area that's undergoing lots of revitalization. The place is open and airy, with lots of natural light. The owner, Carmen, greeted me and we chat as I made a decision. I got a blueberry scone and a caramel coconut latte, per her recommendation. The baked goods come from Magnolia bakery. The food was delicious and the coffee was equally yummy. I look back to making this one of my new spots. Already today, I've recommended this place to three different people! Gotta love supporting local businesses!!

The newest place for the Omaha Coffee Tour! This place is so cute! It is very quiet and made for a nice study session or coffee catch-up date with friends! The sweets are from Sweet Magnolias, so obviously they're stellar. The only thing I didn't love is that the one donut was $5 but it was (somewhat) worth it because of how moist and delicious it was. The coffee was smooth and sweet, great pull from the barista! I got a caramel vanilla latte (iced... duh) and it was perfect! The barista was very sweet and added caramel drizzle on top of my drink for me!! I am excited to bring my friends here!!

I've been wanting to try this coffee since the Yelp Dinner Party event last month! I was finally in the area again so had to stop by. The 15 minute parking spots in front are prefect for a quick stop. I went around 9:30 and there was only 1 or 2 people ahead of me, so I got the drink quickly. I ordered a cortado which is my usual, but the fall drinks also sounded lovely! I'll have to stop again for a seasonal drink sometime. The pricing is very reasonable, with some other coffee shops charging $7+ for a cortado, mine was just above $5 with the tip. It was strong, and tasted smooth. The baristas were very friendly and helpful. We had a nice chat about what we like about Wednesday!

After an appointment at UNMC, I stopped for a coffee and some breakfast. The building is a unique space. Areas for meeting and enjoying a coffee or a great atmosphere to get some work done. Coffee was wonderful as was the scone.

Great coffee shop for studying and doing work! Very sleek design and comfortable chairs. Coffee was delicious and very reasonably priced. Wish they had extended hours on the weekend and more seating

Delicious coffee, I also had the cheddar bacon pastry which was really good for anyone looking for savory. Very comfortable area if you want to stop in for a quick coffee and bite, the baristas were great and had plenty of recommendations and were super friendly, will definitely be back soon!

Big Grove Coffee is tucked away in the Catalyst building that is still being developed. While we got a bit confused by the ongoing construction around the building, once we found our way in, the coffee was delicious and the staff were kind. I wish the baked goods had been delivered a little earlier so we could have bought some but I do appreciate that they open nice and early at 6 AM. Certainly plan to come back soon!

If you handed me a latte and a good book, I'd happily spend an entire afternoon here. Whenever someone asks me for a coffee shop recommendation in Omaha, The Mill is almost always my first answer. It's equally great for catching up with friends, getting some work done, or simply enjoying a quiet moment. Their menu has something for everyone. Beyond the excellent coffee program, they also serve cocktails, making it an easy transition from a morning coffee date to an evening meetup. I especially appreciate that they roll out a seasonal menu alongside their regular offerings, so there's always an excuse to come back and try something new. One of my favorite drinks is the Vanilla Lavender Latte. The floral lavender is subtle and perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the vanilla--it feels just a little elevated without being overpowering. If you usually stick to a plain vanilla latte, this is a great one to branch out with. Great coffee, inviting vibes, and a space you'll never feel rushed to leave--The Mill continues to earn its spot as one of my favorite coffee shops in Omaha.

The cashier was friendly and helped me apply the eGift card that I had purchased. The Bees Knees Latte that I used to order is no longer on the menu, so I tried a Honey Bee, similar, just without the aromatics. Not as good, but I am sure I could have asked for something closer to the original latte, so that is not on them. Ambience is great, well decorated, and plenty of tables. The baristas were having a conversation that would be deemed inappropriate by many, especially since the young man had a few colorful things to say that got some good laughs from his coworkers; luckily, I don't mind hearing the gossip while I wait for my beverage. Fairly quick service considering how busy they were. I recommend stopping by if there is a free space open.

The location on 204th Street in Gretna is clean, open, inviting ... but noisy. It's one of those warehouse-type settings where you really have to work at having a private conversation. Seating is expecially comfortable in the big chairs, but then you have to schootch them close together and lean in so you can hear each other, which is unfortunate. Granted, tables are set far apart, but this should be in addition to. Coffee was delicious, but the beignet bites were just so-so. Granted, one should not expect New Orleans beignets outside of New Orleans, but these little donut puffs had only a light dusting of powdered sugar (which I actually was thankful for because I wore black pants!), and there was a not-overly-pleasant surprise inside with an indistinguishable creamy substance that was sort of like the inside of a brown sugar cinnamon poptart, only less so. I hadn't been expecting that. The yogurt parfait was substantial and delicious. (The staff was friendly and helpful when making selections, but it didn't occur to me to ask about fillings.) I might visit again, but maybe at one of the other locations, if acoustics were more promising.

Their menu is pretty extensive, in my opinion: coffee, tea, matcha, seasonal lattes, energy drinks, as well as some pastries and breakfast sandwiches. I also appreciated how easy it was to read their menu. I feel like a lot of the time in coffee shops, their menus are all over the place and you have to ask a lot of questions.
