Always a great stop! Thanks for being open on New Year's Day! The salted latte was great and the triple berry muffin too!

Quick service, plenty of parking and seating, great latte and quiet enough to have a conversation! Will be back here again, enjoyed the coffee and the food menu looked good. Will be back.

Every day is busy! But so and totally worth the wait! They are one of the most popular local coffee shops in Omaha, and their 3 locations are sure to prove it. My favorite is the one on 13th street! They serve lots of options for breakfast... a side of two eggs, egg sandwiches, modern toast with toppings, lots of bagels and pastries too! Trust me all is great! A casual coffee shop with lots of seating, inside & out! They do have a small parking lot and then it is majority street parking!

The rosemary and salt bagel is my absolute favorite! The staff was a little slow because they were training someone but overall everyone was kind. The space is very modern and clean with plenty of seating.

Pumpkin bar - yum - and iced latte

This was my first time at Archetype. I have had their coffee and pastries at various events. They are always fantastic. The shop is nice, with a beautiful array of baked goods. There was a line of people - the place is obviously a favorite to many. We were able to get our drinks and baked goods fairly quickly. We had messy food, and I looked around to try and find napkins. Finally found them by the front window. Odd that we didn't have a chance to get one at the counter. Everything tasted great. Since it was busy, we were sitting at the counter by the kitchen. I was not happy that there were all least 3 flies buzzing around us. I would really have preferred to not have this going on. Otherwise this would be a five star review. Hopefully this isn't a regular thing.

Do not skip the toasts! The bakery and breakfast options were perfect - tons of choices and everything was yummy. We had a chill breakfast and will stop back again next time we're in town!

Location was good, situated in a residential neighborhood but close to downtown area. Parking lot was nice and it was unexpected to have its own lot, being so close to downtown. Dog-friendly- it was fun to see several pets in the shop! Very kid-friendly, definitely a family environment. Lots of seating available, so it was a pleasant surprise that even on a Saturday morning there was a spot for us to sit and enjoy our coffee and scone. We got a pumpkin chai latte and a pumpkin spice coffee and both were exceptional! The flavors of the pumpkin with chai and coffee were very well-balanced and not overly sweet. The butterscotch scone was incredible, as well, and was definitely fresh and an unexpected scone flavor with perfect scone texture. Open kitchen concept made it fun to see that food is made to-order.

The best latte I think I've ever had

This place was hopping on a Saturday morning. The line constantly wrapped around the ordering area but went pretty fast. To my surprise when I made it to the front of the line, someone had given the cashier a gift card to buy people's coffee. There was just enough left to cover my latte! I was so surprised at such a generous and unexpected gift. And you know what? That was the best latte I've ever had. The amount of sweetness was perfect. The temperature was perfect. The smooth espresso was utterly delicious. The foam on top was delightful. If I had to find something to improve, I simply can't find a thing. This place could be addictive.

Stopped in for coffee and a quick bite to eat before heading to the zoo. There are several parking options nearby (street, and couple of parking lots behind the building for public parking). Even though it was pretty busy, there were plenty of bakery options available still and of course the coffee was delicious and strong.

Bright and floral natural Ethiopian coffee.

Really impressed by this cafe. Stopped by on a road trip that led us through Omaha and decided to grab some coffee and breakfast. The bagels were incredible and would hold their own in nyc or SF. Had some really nice natural process Ethiopian coffees that were truly world class. I have to say I wasn't expecting this kind of cafe in Omaha, really changed my perspective of the city. Cool seasonal beverages as well that were super creative and well done. Definitely worth visiting if you're in the Omaha area.

I'm a long time fan of Archetype but this review is more about Know Good, the breakfast/brunch option that Archetype in Little Bohemia has on the weekends. I was quite impressed with the variety of the menu, even though it didn't have an overwhelming number of choices. Our food came out promptly and was so tasty. I got the GK Breakfast Sandwich, which was absolutely delicious and I would definitely recommend. I did love the taste of the challah as the bread for the sandwich although I think it fell apart a bit easily. I will certainly be coming back!

    Mocha

Archetype is one of best coffee shops Omaha has to offer. The baristas are very knowledgeable and consistently craft incredible beverages. Archetype is also one of two shops where I get a chocolate latte (Mocha). I steer clear of mochas at other shops because they end up tasting more like burnt chocolate -- but here the mocha has been mastered! The espresso, steamed milk, and chocolate is perfectly crafted to deliver rich chocolatey goodness not easily found in an espresso beverage.

The branding and overall vibe feel intentional, and I genuinely appreciate their mission and what they're trying to build in Omaha. That part really stands out. That said, the coffee itself didn't quite hit for me. I ordered a seasonal latte and was excited for something distinctive, but the flavor felt pretty muted. It tasted more like a standard latte than something seasonal or layered. Not bad by any means -- just not memorable. I'd still come back to try something else because the space and concept are strong. I just hope the drinks lean a little more bold next time.
