Cool spot to grab a coffee and hang out or read a book. Was in town for a wedding and was nearby with some time to kill so I ended up here for a couple of hours. The guy behind the coffee bar was friendly and quick! Would recommend.

It was so fun to get to check out a new coffee shop in Omaha. I haven't been following archetype on social media recently, so I totally missed out on their recent opening of this new location. They have all of the excellence that you can expect from archetype, with a whole lot of extra space and a few other fun offerings that they share the building with: a bar/restaurant, and a co-working/even photo shoot rental spaces. If you are likely to brew your own coffee at home, I would also recommend checking out their current offerings to grab a bag to go. Truly some of the best around!

Limited options, and no sweeteners. They make me feel silly for wanting more than a black shot of espresso.

One of the best coffee joints in Omaha. Phenomenal service and great atmosphere. I really enjoyed my espresso.

Great atmosphere and ambiance, but with one barista the line takes a few minutes. I found the coffee to be very nice.

Archetype has the best coffee in the Midwest, and the thought and work that goes into their shops match the coffee.

This South Terminal end of the airport is known as Bar 18. The North end Terminal is known as Bar 14. I met a manager guy named Taylor who explained this to me. He is a cool guy. He stated it's a grocery market trying to do this for the first time. Upon ordering my food and drink, Brie was very helpful and so sweet in guiding me what to order!!! The restaurant/Bar interiors are the same as before. Nice place to sit while watching airplanes out the window, enjoying a drink at the bar, or watching a game in one of the seats while eating! I ended up ordering a chicken quesadilla with salsa and sour cream, minus the corn, peppers, and onion mixture. I also got the large caramel Latté. My quesadilla was beautifully made with a good cooked chicken taste. My caramel Latté was sooooooooo gooooooooooood!!! So far, I really like the new place! Overall from friendly service, to good food and drink, and a new owner and concept, I recommend you give them a try!!! I will be coming back here when passing through the Omaha Airport South Terminal!!!

Because I am a woman in my mid forties, I HAD to try one of their specials aptly named "Hello Kitty"; but make her hot! I do love a strong hazelnut flavor to my lattes and this gal didn't disappoint. The coffee shop itself is very big, and the seating is great and varied, whether you prefer a table or a cozy corner. It is dimly lit, which is ideal for those who study in the evening like me. It is also open later than most coffee places in Omaha, which is a huge plus. I have also been to late night events, such as a free midnight pancakes event they hosted around October. It was such a great experience, and the staff has always been very kind and welcoming. There is a huge menu, and the variety is nice because you can go back for another drink later on as you study. I would recommend Sozo to anyone who loves studying in the evenings like me!

The branding and overall vibe feel intentional, and I genuinely appreciate their mission and what they're trying to build in Omaha. That part really stands out. That said, the coffee itself didn't quite hit for me. I ordered a seasonal latte and was excited for something distinctive, but the flavor felt pretty muted. It tasted more like a standard latte than something seasonal or layered. Not bad by any means -- just not memorable. I'd still come back to try something else because the space and concept are strong. I just hope the drinks lean a little more bold next time.

The roasters they choose to work with are some of the best around. Astute's employees' commitment to serving their clients well and learning about the nuances of each coffee make for an excellent adventure each time. ++also, they carry Pettit's Pastries and you're gonna need to grab a donut while you're here.
