We had the a.m. pot pie, breakfast egg rolls, and a half order of cinnamon pancakes. Delicious, every bite! We went to the Shadow Lake location for husband's birthday, equally stellar. Believe them when they tell you the breakfast quesadilla is Big! Husband had breakfast nachos and their birthday pancake, silly fun deliciousness! The Hash Holes were delicious too, more food than we needed, but it all made for splendid leftovers, breakfast for dinner the next night! I tried one of the Eggs Benedicts that first morning and found it to be excellent. So pleased with our first visit, we held true to my husband's proclamation and returned the next morning. Unfortunately, Selena did not have the same sparkle that Mikayla did the previous day; she clearly did not want to be here, or perhaps she was not feeling well.
