We've eaten here twice, and both times we did to-go. We ordered online, which is super easy, and head over as soon as it's placed. Lots of parking spots as it's in a shared area, though you may have to walk a bit, depending on how busy the surrounding area is. Our most recent visit we tried the churro waffle and the cinnamon roll pancakes. We ordered this on a weekend which may have contributed to the lack of attention to detail. Get the churro waffle. Even driving home 15 minutes, the waffle was still crispy, the buttercream kept its form, and the combination was delicious. My husband got the cinnamon roll pancakes and we both thought it was lacking a bit. They do however roll the pancakes up to look like a cinnamon roll, which we thought was fun. It unfortunately was underwhelming on the cinnamon sugar part. It was like eating a plain ole pancake. Despite the one off, I'd say we'd probably come back for to-go orders on a weekday. read more

I had another really good meal from Early Bird this morning! We got there around 8:30 and there was no wait, but from experience if you go later (after 10am) there's typically a little wait time to be seated. The server was quick with drink orders and menus. We got coffee for the table with a side of cream for me. The coffee tasted fresh and hot. I ordered from their seasonal menu and decided to try the maple bacon bird tart. So worth the extra calories! The filling was very rich and sweet so I was happy with one piece, but it was totally delicious. I especially loved the bacon crumbled on top. For my main dish I had the carnivore hash, also from the seasonal menu. This came out as a huge serving so I ended up taking 70% home. I got the sourdough toast and it was buttery, crispy, and perfectly complemented the hearty hash. Overall a great start to the morning. I love all the natural light in this location and it's conveniently located near lots of shops for errands after brunch. The menu offers a lot of classics but also offers enough variety to make everyone happy. The coffee was pretty bad so I would say skip it and opt for a splurge like hot chocolate. Stopped in for a quick meeting and enjoyed a beautiful and clean atomosphere. I've only been to the Blackstone spot, and it has the same charming interior just on a smaller scale. It was very cold in the restaurant today. We were very uncomfortable. My husband scrambled eggs got cold before he could really eat them. We ate as much as we could then asked for boxes to take the rest home. Yes it was raining... but you should be ably to change the temperature inside ‍. First time here. Our servers made a few minor errors - but nothing major. We got here on a Sunday morning around 9:30am. By 10:30 the place was packed with a long line to get in. I had a steak omelet. It was very good. My wife had eggs and bacon with a waffle that she really enjoyed a lot. The coffee was decent. Our only complaint is that the parking for disabled folks is quite a distance from the front door. My sister-in-law who uses a walker did not find it easy to get in or out of the restaurant. I have gone here a few times and the service is pretty quick and friendly. I do enjoy the dishes on the featherweight area of the menu especially the omelet! The taste was fine I was just hoping for a more traditional piece of bacon to be part of my breakfast meal. Definitely going back to try their other flavors. I do love a good eggs benedict, and although you can always get the OG, went with something different. The shrimp? Cleaned out! The grits with chips of andouille sausage, with hollandaise sauce smothered over and a perfectly done egg. The English muffin was very dense and doughy, so I neglected that and focused on the rest. Service is always amazing here and the staff is so kind but I'm not sure what happened within the last year or two. The prices are so high for mediocre food, but it's always so busy which is confusing. I usually always order the hash holes but the last two times they have been not very good. I wanted to order a latte and it was something like $7.50, for just a vanilla latte no special instructions. I got a hot chocolate.
