Glad to report that Lula B's shines once more. A very good experience today with service and good. It had been awhile since our last bumpy visit. Restaurant is clean, however, expect louder than normal conversation indoors. We were pleasantly greeted and quickly seated. Clearly getting here before 10 AM on the weekends is a way to avoid extended wait time. The menu has been trimmed a bit and all the hits are still there! Nice strong, coffee, Coke, products, endless refills! Today's food was excellent and we were very happy with our meals. A nice stop for breakfast/late lunch throughout the week.

Spicy Chorizo Benny and a side spicy cheese!

Service was extremely slow...you'd expect this if it was a usual Sunday but they were NOT packed... food took over an hour! Usually good but this time no one seemed to care. Once we got food it was ok but no one ever stopped to check l and we were sitting at the bar!! They would literally put their head down when they walked by. The barista was dumping more drinks than she made and another employee told her it was something new on how the register was working. He was standing next to me and twice used the F$$$ word to describe it. Again the food was ok but not worth the wait.

It's ok. I'm giving 4 stars because there wasn't anything specifically wrong here. But the food - it's just not very interesting, and like others have said, it's not hot. Fries and hash browns - these things need to be cooked better and served hot. The prices are on the high end for breakfasty food, and the charge for adding any items is kind of absurd. If you want to get eggs with your biscuits and gravy it's an additional $4.29!?! Or maybe some onion added to your omelet, $1.99. Weird. I liked that they had a selection of hot sauces and Heinz ketchup. Bottles were full and clean. Got an iced tea; it was bitter and unappealing. They have a nice menu of cocktails and I wish I had ordered one. A Bloody Mary would definitely have elevated my opinion of the meal, I think.

I went to Lula B's this past weekend and even though the place was extremely busy, our server was quick and got our drinks right away. We sat at the bar, which might have helped get our order placed sooner, but the service here is always great! The Meggzican Omelette I had was amazing and the perfect amount of spice. I also loved the guacamole drizzle on top! They have a nicely sized patio area and areas to seat large and small parties.

I had some company in town who wanted to visit sites in Omaha. One morning they decided to check out the Fat Putter mini golf course downtown and I suggested we look for a place to grab some food. We noticed that Lula B's was right around the corner. We parked in their pay parking lot on the East side of the building. It involves knowing your license plate number and a card number to give them a chance to collect. Anyway when we walked in to the restaurant we were taken to a table and seated, given some menus and asked if we wanted beverages. I stayed with water. When it came time to order I asked for Biscuits and Gravy and some scrambled eggs, which was an add on. I was asked what kind of meat I wanted "on the side", sausage patty or bacon. It seemed kind of odd, with sausage gravy, but I asked for bacon. Someone else had the same order and asked for sausage. There was an order of Chicken and Waffles and someone else had a cheeseburger (he basically had a cheeseburger for every meal he was in Omaha). The biscuits were likely a frozen dough that was baked in house. I know those can be good because that's how KFC makes them. These were okay, but on the thin side. The gray was also something that was "finished" in house so it was smooth and creamy with pieces of sausage sprinkled in. If I had asked for the sausage patty I could have cut it up and made it all a little meatier. The bacon and eggs were cooked well. The hamburger was somewhere in the middle of the pack, I was told, when compared to Runza, King Kong, the Alamo Drafthouse and the Cottonwood Cove Marina in Blair (reported to be the best). The chicken and waffles were very good, with a fluffy waffle and crisp chicken strips. It was a quiet and pleasant atmosphere and our server did check on us a couple of times. If you need a breakfast or brunch stop in downtown Omaha you can check this place out.

Bottomless...yes please!

Absolutely loved our Lula's experience! We walked from our hotel and were not ashamed that the bottomless mimosas were the final detail to help us make a brunch choice. We sat at the bar and WOW that bartender...she was doing work! She was so attentive and so kind and we always had full drinks. Which is wild since she was also making the drinks for the floor as well as serving a full bar. She was amazing and I wish I could remember her name (it was Saturday 2 weeks ago!). The bottomless mimosas were of course Cooks but I can't blame them for the price and will 100% do it again if I'm back in Omaha. The food was pretty good for a mainstream brunch place. I actually ordered the club and made several modifications which were all accommodated perfectly. It's a fun, energetic atmosphere especially on a Saturday morning and I will definitely recommend it for people in the downtown Omaha area!

I absolutely love Lula B's! I've been a few times and they've never disappointed. I love their eggs Benedict. Their waffles and french toast are also very good. The service is always friendly and helpful, too. Parking is nice because there is a lot off of Capitol Ave. behind Lula B's with meters.

Pouched Egg, over cooked, not appetizing

May 2, 2025, Oscar our Server was wonderful, just wish our Breakfast food was the same, very disappointing. I really wanted to like this place, and so sorry I am not giving them 4 Stars. Home Fries Patty was greasy and unappetizing. They do not serve real butter, only Margarine. The only saving grace was the coffee which was not bitter, but delicious. My Pouched Eggs were over cooked, and the Beacon strips had too much fat on each piece. My friends eggs over easy and Pancake were just ok. Honestly, sorry to say we won't return.

I'm not usually a big breakfast person but stopped after an early morning meeting with so co workers and had some great service and food. The country fried steak was great and eggs were cooked just the way I ordered with crispy hash browns to Round it all out. If you like coffee you can expect a nice large cup to get your day started.

This is one of our favorite brunch spots to come to, it is like our go to spot at this point. The vibes are great, they have indoor and outdoor seating, outdoor is limited. The music and servers are great as well. You can not have. Bad meal here honestly. Can't wait to come back.

Eggs Benedict without the chorizo and subbed ham.

My daughter loved the chocolate chip pancakes & iced chai. I had the eggs Benedict was good but the eggs were hard boiled and I'm used to eggs Benedict having eggs over easy or medium. Otherwise, all was delicious and atmosphere great.

Easy Eggs & Breakfast Poutine

I came here a few months ago when I was in town visiting and had to come back today for the Breakfast Poutine. Although it's listed as a "shareable," it's perfect for one person. The hazelnut iced latte was also phenomenal. Parking sucks but it's worth it for this spot!

Is the chicken fried steak homemade?

I had a bite of my daughters, I believe it is. It was pretty good.

We first visited PaC at a Yelp event, but now we are hooked on their popcorn! The cocktails portion of Popcorn and Cocktails is nothing to sneeze at either. They are super smooth and flavorful, and the perfect pairing with a little side of popcorn. They even have pairings on their menu that show you which popcorns go best with each cocktail (and each cocktail actually comes with a side of that popcorn). If you like your side of popcorn that came with your cocktail, you can also purchase a large bag of it to take home! Our favorite popcorns have been the French Toast, Bourbon Bacon Cheddar, and Peanut Butter. They have popcorns for every craving - savory or sweet. And the cocktail we've liked the best was the Summer Peach - which literally came with a peach candy on the rim! So easy to drink and a little sweet. Popcorn with cocktails might sound like an odd combination, but PaC does it perfectly and will convert you to a fan of this combo!!

It was actually better once it was a bit melted so the peanut butter can come through. The Old Fashioned and French 75 were excellent. Love the the cup of popcorn and the the flavors! What a great hook. Perfect bar for "grownups" who want a nice drink in a chill setting. It's women owned, always a plus.

They also have another side of the bar that they were having music bingo in, which sounded fun! Apparently music bingo is every Tuesday this month at 7 PM. The service was spot on and very friendly! Let's be honest, you don't go to a sports bar expecting Michelin stars, but these folks are giving you five-star flavor in a no-nonsense setting. The bartenders know how to pour a drink strong enough to make you question why you don't come here every weekend. And don't even get me started on those blackened chicken quesadillas. I don't know what they sprinkle on those things, but it's some kind of addictive magic dust. Each bite is a journey of savory chicken, melty cheese, and just enough spice to remind you you're alive. So if you're looking for a place to drown your workweek woes with good company, solid drinks, and quesadillas that are probably the best decision you'll make all week, Amerisports is the spot. Just don't blame me when you're craving those quesadillas at 2 a.m.!"
