I was starry-eyed before we even sat down. What a place. The saturated scarlet is a devilish touch and sets the mood perfectly. And that's before you get to the drinks. Which are epic. We started with two drinks off the menu, the Witch's Bridge and the Burnt District. Totally different styles and we loved both! So much so that, even though we had imminent dinner reservations, we ordered that infamous "just one more" and didn't regret that either. It was Devon's riff on a Singapore Sling, a riff that my wife would just sit in a corner and happily drink for the rest of her life. This went from new bar we haven't tried to one of our favorite cocktail bars ever in just one wonderful visit. Can't wait for round two!

Cool spot! The drinks I had were both wonderful. Bartender was hilarious and waitress was so sweet. The artwork was Will be back with friends.

Great speakeasy in the Hotel Indigo downtown Omaha! It is past the front desk on the left. They have just a couple tables, but a large drink menu with speciality drinks each month! Service was great since we were the only table, we went around 5pm-6pm on a Tuesday night. Drinks all came out correctly and quick and were delicious!

Located inside the indigo hotel. Most drinks are in the 12-15$ price range which is average for downtown. The ambiance is very dark and relaxed. Very tight space though and they don't do reservations. The service 11/10. Def recommend.

A secret speakeasy in my hotel that serves themed cocktails and mocktails...Genius! Cause I CAN drink but choose not to more and more. A great mocktail allows you to join your friends even if you choose for whatever reason not to embib. Or if you're the designated driver. I got a cucumber tonic (refreshing) and Margo St James (rhubarb taste with marscapone whip top). Both were great and so were my sparkling wine flavored chips.

Awesome speakeasy! Located inside Hotel Indigo, where we stayed, we figured this would be a good place to start the night. Turns out it would even be great as the destination! They are very inclusive, make delicious cocktails, and have a fantastic speakeasy atmosphere. I started with the High Tea and followed up with a Mattie Silks, the latter being my favorite. Our server was extremely nice and helpful as well. An inclusive establishment welcoming of all people, you'll love this place.

Wow this place is great! I am driving through while on a road trip and staying at the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a cool speakeasy with a variety of quality drinks. I tried several drinks which were all good, but my favorites were the witch's bridge and the Anna Wilson. Really great drinks and cool friendly staff.

What a hidden gem! Literally! Realized this is a hop and skip from my friend's apartment so we decided to try it out. Cute little speak easy experience. The concept is original and tastefully applied. I don't want to give too much away as I think this is the type of place the less you know the better. I will say the drinks were absolutely fantastic and the staff was attentive and quick to recommend something for any pallet. Special mention to Devon! A MUST stop on your Omaha adventures!!

One of the finest speakeasy in Omaha. Drink selection is amazing . Service is good. Exquisite ambiance.

Definitely lives up to the hype. Small intimate space with many excellent cocktail options and practical, down to earth service. Definitely looking forward to returning but note it's on the spendy side (for omaha at least). And if you're sensitive or against red mood lighting, just don't consider it. You could definitely lose yourself in Anna's, in the best possible way.

This place is a great speakeasy on the naughty side! Come learn about Anna, Omaha's famous painted lady and philanthropist in a bordello vibe with prohibition-style cocktails. The amazing Susan Gavin cocktail created by their fabulous Morganna is the fuel of sexy fever dreams. Have an open mind and a sense of fun to have some wonderful cocktails.

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo and found out through the hotels website that there was a speakeasy inside. The speakeasy seems to be inspired by a local pioneer madam Anna Wilson in the late 1800s. It felt very intimate and the drinks did not disappoint. You have to walk pass the front desk and into the snack shop..there's a door to the left of it..all you need to do is knock!

Super cute "speakeasy" type cocktail bar located in Hotel Indigo. The door to the speakeasy is located behind the hotel's snack shop (green light = enter, red light = bar is at capacity or is closed). The vibes of this place are AWESOME! Once inside, antique framed photos and comfy velvet chairs/barstools are dimly illuminated by red light. The bartenders were knowledgeable and helped us decide which drinks we would prefer. They also have a list to give guests of places in Omaha that the staff likes to go to (bars, restaurants, things to do, etc).. such a great and personal touch!! Will be back!

The space is super cute and bigger than I expected. I love that the windows open up and give it an indoor/outdoor vibe, and the tropical décor makes it feel fun and cozy at the same time. There's plenty of seating, and they can fit both small and big groups. We were a party of about eight and were still able to find a good spot together. Something I really liked is that they let you bring food from other places since they don't serve any, which is perfect if you want to hang out for a while. Their drink menu is huge, and the presentation is honestly amazing. When we first got there it was slow, but it definitely got busier as the night went on. We did struggle a bit when it was time to check out because all the servers were running around, so just be ready for that on a busy night. Overall, we had a great time. The drinks were really good, the vibe was great, and I'd definitely go back.

It was kind of confusing whether we had to go order at the bar or if someone was going to come take our order, but eventually someone came to us. I got the Exotic Bird and it was definitely my favorite drink out of the group. The seating was a bit of a challenge as we had to seat ourselves and we had a decently large group, so we had to wander around for a bit trying to find a spot, but we eventually did. I'll probably be back to try more drinks, but maybe when they are less busy!

Drinks are expensive for what you get. I tried their premium old-fashioned, and honestly, it was no better than a standard old-fashioned elsewhere. Nothing wrong with it, just nothing memorable--certainly not at that price point. Service was slow, which was surprising given that it was a quiet night. On top of that, since the bar is in the hotel basement, there's no cell service. The Wi-Fi password I was given didn't work, which made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be. Overall, it's a visually interesting space, but the combination of pricing, slow service, and connectivity issues made it not my favorite bar experience.

It was clear they didn't consider the situation important enough to look into, so that was really discouraging as an IHG hotels member and have spent a fair amount of money here over the past several years.

I made a reservation for five of us, and we were counting down the days like it was a holiday. When we arrived, we valet parked and made our way inside. The restaurant is a little tucked away. Head downstairs past the hotel lounge and you will find it. It kind of gives the place a secret, speakeasy vibe, which I loved. We were greeted warmly and led to a private dining room that was beyond charming. It featured a renovated poker table that now serves as a dining table. It was unique, intimate, and perfect for our group. We were offered still or sparkling water right away, and the service was attentive from start to finish. Joe, our server, was fantastic. He knew we were celebrating and made the experience feel personalized from the moment we sat down. He also knew I was there for the Beef Wellington. I had noted it in the reservation, which I highly recommend, because they only prepare a limited number each day. They saved one for me, and I am still dreaming about it. Since it was our first time, we went all out. We shared Caesar salads, a small chilled seafood tower, bourbon-glazed pork belly, and an artisanal cheese board. Everything was top-notch. I do not even eat seafood, but the tarragon sauce on the tower was absolutely incredible. I would put that on toast, fries, maybe even a shoe. It was that good. For mains, most of us ordered the New York strip steaks. My husband chose the Summer of Steak flight, and I finally got my hands on the Wellington. Every entrée was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. These were easily some of the best steaks we have had in Omaha. We also ordered four sides to share, which was just right for our group of five. The truffle fries were hot and crispy with a lemon aioli that I wanted to take home in a bottle. The asparagus was fresh and perfectly done. The mashed potatoes were whipped and fluffy. The aged cheddar mac and cheese was everything it should be--gooey, rich, and ridiculously satisfying. Naturally, we did not stop there. We sampled a few desserts: Baked Alaska, Coconut Torte, and the Blackstone Butterbrickle. All three were excellent. There was not a single bite left behind. The cocktails were also a standout. Some of the best margaritas we have had in a while. The bartender deserves his own round of applause. Yes, it was a splurge. With tip, the bill came to around $1,200. But it was a birthday, and as my dad always says, if the food and the experience were good, it was money well spent. And this absolutely was. The Committee Chophouse delivered at every level: flavor, service, ambiance, and attention to detail. We left full, happy, and already talking about when we can go back.
