This is oddly specific, but the smell took me back to a fancy Disney resort. Not complaining! One note: they didn't have any high chairs. I have never been disappointed with drinks from the Grind, and I most recently purchased the French toast iced latte, which was phenomenal! It was the perfect blend of spicy and sweet, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, as I do all of their drink options! The English muffin sandwich was good but their menu items are pricey and not necessarily worth it, not that they aren't good, just nothing to write home about as far as the sandwiches. Their food is very pricey, even for a coffee shop, and I didn't love the breakfast tacos. They were overwhelmingly just avocado and chewy sausage pieces, so next time I would probably try something else as this one was not worth the price. My boyfriend enjoyed his breakfast sandwich, so I would probably try something from their large variety of sandwiches. However, the coffee made this visit worth it. The ambiance is very bright, airy, and open! Coffee Society is very cute and aesthetically pleasing, and their holiday decor was very fun! The muffins were burnt and rubbery. While we sat there and ate and drank our coffee the two workers started playing Mario kart at the bar with their backs turned to the customers. It was odd for sure. They did pause their game to look over their shoulders occasionally to ensure more customers weren't coming in or their current customers didn't need anything. Never seen this before. The ambiance felt more like a bar that happened to sell some breakfast items and coffee. Not a lot of comfy seating. It was interesting to stop in.
