The Beanery is a new favorite local spot when visiting Nebraska. The coffee is always fresh, the drinks are consistent, and the staff is genuinely kind and welcoming. You can tell they care about their customers and their community. It's a comfortable place to sit, relax, or catch up with friends. Definitely a place that makes you feel at home every time you stop in. We had the most delicious pumpkin muffin and hot coffee to warm up after a morning soccer game. read more

Got a pretty great coffee today! Wish the oatmilk didn't have a special charge but it made my latte so much better! Had really cute seating and even had a permanent jewelry pop-up! read more

This place is soooo cute! I love it. Small and quaint great for a little spot to meet up with friends has a little fireplace and free Wi-Fi. There's also a long table that sits probably eight people or so. I don't know if they allow you to like reserve it or not. Coffee was delicious and Red Bull energy, prickly pear drink was awesome. This place is a gem. read more

Sweet smiles and sweet hot Chai Latte! The service is fast and the price is affordable.

Went thru the drive thru and was thinking in iced latte to last my morning drive. The staff was friendly and patient with my many questions. They have 3 different size options, the biggest being 24oz, which is what I went with. I asked how many espresso shots come in a 24oz iced latte they inform me they use cold brew instead of espresso. By definition that is no longer a latte but 4oz of cold brew with 16-20oz milk... Ended up getting a large iced coffee with cream. It's tasty and strong. Overall experience; mixed emotions. read more

The Beanery - 24oz iced coffee with cream - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Gretna, Nebraska

Love this spot! They recently redid the inside and it is so cute! Kind of a modern simplistic boho vibe. As for the drinks: lattes are definitely on the sweet side. Chai Tea is yummy. Smoothies are BOMB! Food wise you've really only got your common bakery items (muffins, bagels, scones, etc). This place is close enough to walk to from my house so it's a must in the mornings when we have people visiting from out of town... or just when I feel like an afternoon treat haha! P.s. if you're walking your pup you can walk through the drive through ;) 10/10 RECOMMEND! read more

Loved this little coffee shop! If you want a little drive, it's worth it in Gretna! Simple but inclusive menu! As a diabetic, I find that most coffee places have only 1-2 sugar free flavors, I was very shocked to discover this place had 13+ sugar free flavors which automatically puts this place high in my favorites in the Omaha area! The staff working were super sweet and attentive and quick! I had a delicious SF Hot White Mocha along with one of their breakfast burritos! SO good! read more

If you're in need of a caffeine boost or a quiet place to rest in Gretna, this is it! (Especially if you've spent a long day at the outlet mall... or are gearing up for one!) The Beanery is the definition of a quaint coffeeshop. What they lack in square footage and "modern" decor/seating, they make up for in service, friendliness, and taste! They have a great selection of beverages for all types of coffee - drinkers. Their pastry options seemed quite plentiful as well, even on a Saturday evening. Before we left, they actually even offered us a few free donuts they'd had left over -- bonus points for sticking around awhile I guess! We only tried the chai tea latte (in addition to a couple cake donuts, which were satisfactory!) and we both really enjoyed it! Perfect blend of sweet and spicy, and topped with indulgent whipped cream and spices! Give them a try! **drive through available** read more

Every single time I go here, I am not disappointed! The drinks are all great and the house drink is just always the best. Sorry Starbucks and Scooters, The Beanery is my go to place for coffee! read more

Twice now we've had bland, weak, weird lattes that taste like dirt or mulch at the Gretna location. Not sure what's going with this location but they need to tune their flavor and consistency to the location in Ashland. We prefer supporting local small businesses but, only when the product is superior to chain corporation products. At $10+ for 2 drinks, we expect it at the very least to taste like espresso and milk. read more

Those drinks are awesome. They don't taste "syrupy" like Starbucks drinks. Everyone there is super nice every time I go! It's a cute little place to sit in to take a break, always clean! FYI. Idk what that one persons talking about, it does not taste like dirt read more

Always awesome at the Beanery!!! Great service, lots of options, wonderful experience!!!

After moving to the area, we started visiting local coffee shops to find out new favorite. The Beanery is open later than some of the others and is certainly convenient being off 204th street. Coffee is good, workers are friendly and we always find there is plenty of seating. read more

This was my first time trying The Beanery. I was excited to find a local coffee shop in Gretna and another coffee option besides Scooter's. There's a convenient drive-thru which was pretty quick, despite the fact there were 3 cars in front of me. I got a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast croissant, which was good. I got a white mocha, it was excellent. You can tell they use fresh beans and the syrup is not too sweet like some places. Overall, the quality of the coffee was great. Although I like Scooter's, I'm glad to have found this local coffee shop as another option! read more

The Beanery is a convenient on your way to I-80 stop for some coffee. You can also get some food too, like croissants with sausage and stuff inside if you like to eat that kinds of stuff. I usually get a mocha from here. It's pretty tasty, however, if you are used to anything from the chains like Starbucks, you may not like the Beanery. It definitely has a different flavor to it. Good, but different. I do like this little coffee shop. Mostly because I'm pretty sure there's only one of them and also because they do make a very consistent coffee. The only thing is, it's a little out of the way. read more

Stopped by for a quick coffee on my way through town. It was a bit hard to communicate through the drive through speaker so I ended up with a medium hot late when I requested a small iced late. Not what I ordered, but still tasted good. I'll try it again sometime and be sure to confirm first thing when I get to the window. read more

Absolutely the worst service. completely unorganized inside with very little communication between the employees. I waited over 15 minutes for my coffee inside had two people who came in after me serve before and all they could say when I left was sorry go through the drive-through next time. Didn't even offer to refund my money. I will not be back read more

I've been to this Beanery several times and though I love their coffee and their sweet treats sometimes my and my sister's orders don't always come out correct. I'm not sure if there's some disconnect between what you order through the speaker and when you get up to the window or perhaps they don't hear the full drink order but when I order something sugar free for my sister and it comes out different it makes me think that it's better to simply order at the window. Whereas when I go to the papillion Beanery where they just have a window they always get my order right. I will still come to this coffee shop and perhaps slow down my drink order when I say it to them. Other than that the workers are really sweet and do their best to smile and stay happy. Even when I ask for whipped cream at the window cuz it didn't have it. :) read more
