I ordered online and picked up in store. I was greeted immediately, even though they were busy! I got the weekend special birthday latte. It wasn't my favorite but I have enjoyed other drinks I've tried from the grind!
I frequently go to the Grind since it is the perfect study spot if you're in the area, and the vibes are truly the best for a productive morning. The decor is warm and homey while remaining cute and trendy. Their seasonal decorations are always adorable, and the ambience is perfect if you are looking to study with friends, telework solo, or maybe grab a coffee date. They also have a virtual kiosk and options for your drink to be ordered in advance and brought to your table, which is an introvert's dream. I have never been disappointed with drinks from the Grind, and I most recently purchased the French toast iced latte, which was phenomenal! It was the perfect blend of spicy and sweet, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, as I do all of their drink options! The English muffin sandwich was good but their menu items are pricey and not necessarily worth it, not that they aren't good, just nothing to write home about as far as the sandwiches. I hope to try a pastry next time and my opinion may differ.
Love this place! It's in a bit of a weird location but I've heard good things so I had to make the trip - I'm so glad I did. It's pretty small inside but cute. I like that you can order at a kiosk yourself or from the counter. I got the seasonal cozy latte iced. 10/10 SO GOOD!
This is quickly climbing the list of my top coffee houses in Omaha. Everyone is always so friendly even though they are always busy! Their cold foam. Oh man. The best.
My first time here after having it on my list for a while. It's a quaint little shop, with a lot of little areas to sit or study. I put my things in the back room and went to order. I ended up with a grove juice and avocado toast. I wasn't a big fan of the toast, it was more bready and I prefer a different type of tomato for avo toast, but it did the job. I was seated next to two ladies chatting, and I was a little too close for comfort, I wish I had my headphones. The kiosk ordering is different, but easy to figure out. Ample parking in the strip. It's a nice spot if you're out west.
I really liked the atmosphere in this establishment. It smelled of cinnamon and warmth as soon as you walked in. I'm in LOVE with the leaves around the sign for fall. Their fall menu is also pretty expansive, making sure everyone has a fall treat in mind. The chai was popular and they ran out half way through the day but there were so many things I wanted to try so it didn't bother me! I will say my only concern regarding this location would be the lack of space for those who are waiting for their ordered drinks. During a rush I was sitting at the bar and I felt like I was in the way for others.
First timer at the grind and it was fabulous! I liked how you can also order on a kiosk, so if gives you a little bit of time to look through the menu! Came in with a friend while it wasn't busy, but it then got busy very quick! A nice place to catch up with friends and family!
Still a great coffee shop, especially if you plan to stay. Service here is great as always. You come in and put in your order yourself at the kiosks, and the staff is so nice. My favorite is that you can get a mug to drink your coffee there. While it is a drive from my house, if I'm in this area it is my go to coffee shop to stay and hang. Definitely will be back again.
Great coffee house. Really nice decor. High quality coffee, you can tell they take pride in making your drink. Would be a cute place to meet a friend or work for an hour. Tried the Casper and it was great. Full of fall flavors.
Wow, what a cute spot! I visited Saturday morning with my mom and sister. It was busy, but not chaotically so. All orders are placed using a kiosk or QR code found on your table, and the shop is cashless. I had an absolutely delicious hot cafe miel, which was essentially an almond milk latte with vanilla, cinnamon, and honey flavors. I'm not usually a latte person, but this was fantastic. I also had the sausage egg and cheese breakfast burrito. The burritos were good, not great, but they did the trick! They were out of the butter toffee cake, which I am dying to try, so I'm hoping to get that at my next visit!
Different vibe than your typical coffee shop. Most people order on the kiosk, but if you get the attention of the baristas they can take your order for you. It feels higher class than a normal coffee shop. Smaller sized seating area and an outdoor patio. They have plenty of coffees, teas, blenders, refreshers, juices, and snacks. They also offer toasts, sandwiches, and other breakfast items. Prices were pretty typical for any local coffee shop. I really did enjoy the flavor and consistency of the brown sugar cinnamon oat milk shaken espresso
This is a tiny cafe that's probably a local favorite. Curiously, a long hallway is connected to the business next door. It's difficult to determine what the business is, but the poorly designed sign indicates some kind of studios. There's a barbershop, but no clue why everything is connected. Anyway, the coffee house was very loud with background music and noisy patrons when I was there. It became noticeably quieter when a family group left. My first impression wasn't great because the ordering computer, although seemingly simple, didn't work for me. No doubt user error. There were two people working the counter and I had to actually wave to get their attention. I ordered a flat white and coffee cake from the barista instead of the computer. Both were very tasty. The coffee cake was a standard cinnamon crunch topped cake, slightly warm and not over nuked to dryness. The flat white was also good. Not every coffee place features them, so I was glad to try it. There's room for maybe 30 people, with small tables, bar seating with backs to the chairs and an alcove in the back with room for a group. The drinks and food menu is diverse enough for such a small place. I think it would be helpful if the baristas were more aware of incoming patrons, but if I lived close, I would probably be a regular.
Staff was really friendly. I got iced strawberry matcha and it was delicious!! It was more strawberry than match, but still really good. The inside is super cute and they have seating outside!

I ordered a 20 oz and I was disappointed to see that it is not full and I could have saved money and ordered the smaller size. My friends matcha was the same. Not filled all the way. Please fill my cup. read more
I've been twice now. I enjoyed both time. The first I ordered to go as it was very busy and there wasn't a place to sit, but the second I got to sit and stay a while! The first drink I tried was the matcha, it wasn't very "fresh" tasting, almost like it was a mix, but it was good. The next time I got a chai and the avocado toast with tomato confit. I love a strong chai, I assume they could make it stronger, but I didn't ask. Overall I would come back, staff was kind and the atmosphere is cozy with seating in and outdoors! read more

I love coffee and I love new experiences and this place gave me both. I had their Vietnamese drip coffee. They were great and showed me how it works. It was delicious and just fun. The place was really cute and cozy. They don't have long hours but I really enjoyed it. Ordering is through the kiosks. read more
Easy | Cozy | peppermint Easy - the set up is pretty simple. Plenty of parking and there is a front section that is meant for temporary sitting and back section that is meant for people to post up and do meetings and a lot of work on a laptop. Additionally their ordering process is simple. You can QR code at your seat and then they deliver it to you. Everything is touchless which is nice given we are in the winter season. Cozy - The ambiance of the place is cozy with its pleasant light colors and comfortable seating that make you feel at home. It has a slight Midwest touch with Magnolia Farms Joanna Gaines type vibes. The environment is super clean and perfect for working, having conversations, or catching up with friends. Peppermint - i had the peppermint mocha, which was pretty amazing; the flavor, the presentation, and the price point were all first class. It's a compelling drink I highly recommend, and we'll gladly get it again next time I go. Pro tip - they have a lot of specialized drinks which all look delicious. read more

I really liked this coffee house that's located in Elkhorn /west Omaha. They have mobile ordering that makes it quick and easy, and they include customization of drinks so you get exactly what you want. You can either order "in house" which comes in a 16 ounce mug, or regular which comes in a single use disposable cup. I had the matcha latte with oat milk at half sweet, which was great! The vanilla really comes through. I'm glad I went half sweet, as anything more would have been overkill. I also ordered the eggs on toast with wasabi topping which was served warm, but the eggs were a tad rubbery and dry which messed with the texture and overall enjoyment. The inside is also great with lots of seating areas that are actually comfortable. We went at peak time on Saturday, and due to the crowds, it was very loud. I couldn't see this as a great study hangout, but would be great as a meet up with friends. Overall, cool spot! read more
Had a strawberry match with oatmilk that wasnt too sweet, grainy, or grassy. If its your first time trying matcha or youre a regular matcha drinker I highly recommend this place! Space isn't as big as other cafes in west Omaha but is well spread out and has a small patio in front to enjoy drinks with fresh air. I do think the food was a bit on the steep end so we didn't try any but the drinks seemed averagely priced. Note you can order from your table if you are sitting/working/studying and don't want to get up. read more

Cute little place in Elkhorn! Seems like a great place to sit and do some work but I was just stopping by. This place only has contactless ordering, so two ordering kiosks and then QR codes at every table. The kiosks were actually super easy to order off of and allowed you to customize your drink however you want! The menu was pretty big too with some great looking food options. I ordered a caramel latte and a peach mango refresher! Latte was super strong in the coffee flavor but the refresher tasted just like a Peachy-O. All in all, it's a cute place with a great menu just not somewhere you will become best friends with your barista. read more

Delicious blended chai drink with whole milks! It was so delicious and nice! Looks like they have a masala chai and other seasonal drinks and a big variety of drinks! The breakfast sandwich was very good too!! I tried the bacon egg and cheese croissant and the sausage egg and cheese on English muffin! My favorite was the English muffin, sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich! Will definitely return sometime knowing this place has good food and drinks! read more
The Grind is a total west Omaha gem. Perfect for a small group, the menu has amazing options and the coffee was delicious! We had the spiced chai, and the brown sugar cinnamon latte. Both were tasty, a perfect temperature, and the insulated to go cup keeps it all warm. I loved that you order on your own and a later, oversized touch screen! Super cool to see all the options and get it taken care of. Then they call your name, or bring it to you when it's ready! We will definitely be back for the food too! We ordered the bacon, egg and cheese bites and they were so tasty. My husband had the cinnamon coffee cake warmed up, and he said he'd definitely order again! They also had options for kids! We will definitely be back the next time we're our west! read more

Aesthetics: 10/10 - it's totally cozy and adorable inside. Would be great to work or study in. Quality: 10/10 - I feel like Omaha has a lot of coffee shops but not a ton of coffee shops with great quality coffee. This place is spot on. I could tell right away they're doing it right. Uniqueness: 9/10 - The Asian Fusion is a cool new twist for Omaha coffee shops. You can either order at the kiosk or via app. Would love to have seen more seasonal lattes or housemade syrups. I'm so excited to come back and try the Vietnamese coffee phin brewing method. read more

My new favorite coffee shop!! This was the best matcha i've had hands down. It was perfect in terms of sweetness level and overall matcha taste. The inside was also very aesthetic and I would totally come here to study. I also loved how you could order drinks yourself on the ipad. I will def be coming here again! My boyfriend also got the caramel latte and he really enjoyed it. read more
Super excited about this place in Elkhorn! It's right on my way to work! The place itself is super cute and has great vibes for a coffee date or doing some work. Ordering is contactless at a kiosk right when you walk in which was different but also gave you a good idea of everything they have to offer. I was surprised that they not only have drinks, but breakfast pastries, salads, and even a scoop of vanilla ice cream if that's what you're craving. I can't wait to try all they have to offer. read more
