Good and quick service I've never had an issue I get a drink twice every week and theirs never a problem

This is absolutely the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my entire life. You get in the drive-through line and you cannot get out even if you are stuck here for 20 minutes and need to leave. I do not understand if this place is just understaffed, but how long can it possibly take to make someone's coffee and hand it to them out the window is beyond me. I am the fourth person in line and I have been sitting here for 15 minutes with two screaming kids in the car. Just make the drinks and hand them out people! This is insane! read more

I haven't had Starbucks in a while, but felt like giving it a chance today over Scooters before work today 11/5 at 2:30pm. Big mistake. There were multiple workers behind the counter who didnt acknowledge me when I came in- which would be fine except I was the only one in line. I waited at the register while the baristas were in the middle of a story. I waited. And waited. And waited. For close to 3 full minutes until one finally looked up and reluctantly walked over to me while rolling her eyes. I understand when people are in a bad mood, but this was the most hostile interaction with a cashier I've ever had. She cut me off while trying to order multiple times and took upwards of 10 minutes to make 2 frappes. Scooters would never give attitude like this, so that's where I'll be from now on. read more

Every time I have come to this location, it takes a LONG time in the drive-thru. All of the workers are always super friendly and kind when I have come. It is just a bit unorganized as they ask what other item I am waiting on after giving me a couple things I ordered. The drive thru line also always seems to be very long. They always get my drink and food order right. Just takes quite a bit of time. Definitely not a go to spot for me to stop for coffee or food. read more

Usually the line goes pretty fast in the drive through, but this morning, we waited 20 minutes behind a van who had already gotten their drinks but remained there talking. They even passed a small dog through the window to the barista. I'm not one to complain, but I feel like that might've violated some codes/health regulations. read more

At this particular store the employees have always been very friendly (5 star rating). As for speed of service it's horrible at this location (1 star rating). I know they have a ton of traffic on a hourly rate so I can only imagine how exhausted the employees are. There are serving their customers as quickly as they can make the drinks. I've waited over 20+ minutes to place my order on a few separate times. I now try to order ahead and run inside to grab my drinks. It's much faster that way. read more

I love the refreshers and that's probably the thing I would go get because the coffee I feel for the prices, a cheat and rather go to their competition as their competitions drink starts with an S, have espresso and here in Starbucks you have to put that extra for everything except for their espresso drinks that's so limited. I find their staff sometimes being not the easiest to ask to fix your drink and when you ask for less ice, they still put the same thinking you will not notice. read more

My basketball team and I came in before our game and the service was horrible. First, it took 30 minutes for us to get our drinks ( it wasn't even busy) and one was made very much wrong and they proceeded to have an attitude with us when we asked for it to be made again correctly (it tasted like cinnamon water). Secondly, the lady who took our order had a very nasty attitude towards us. For example, when we were ordering and she asked "if that was all we wanted" she would roll her eyes if we wanted to add more (we all had separate orders, that contained a drink and something to snack on). Lastly, the man making our drinks had an horrible attitude and slammed our drinks down on the counter. I am very disappointed at the lack of costumer service skills at this location especially since this place is not cheap and I truly feel like we wasted our money there because on top of the service our drinks and food were made poorly and I do want a refund. I highly recommend you do not go to this location. It as a 2.5 star rating for a reason. read more

My wife and I were in Bellevue this past weekend and were jonesin' for some Starbucks so we looked this place up and stopped here. I ran in to order our drinks. There was no line, thankfully, so I stepped up to the plate. The employees were really nice, like most Starbucks, and made me feel better about asking a couple newbie questions about their macchiatos. After ordering, I only waiting for a couple minutes until I heard my names called, 'Theodore', and 'Jessabelle'. (Two separate orders to take advantage of a Starbucks app promo). Starbucks is a go-to for those quick coffee stops and this is the closest location to me. However, I've been a little disappointed most times I visit this store. My drink of choice is an Americano and often times the beans taste over roasted or the ratio of water to espresso has altered greatly. Super friendly employees. My drink was good. Store clean. Minus one star because the blueberries I received in my oatmeal expired two days ago. They were still good and tasted fine and I'm not an expiration date freaked out person, but they are on there and its attention to detail that can make all the difference. Not the largest location if you're coming to get some work done, there are about 7 tables or so and many only seat 2. However, they do have a drive thru which many people take advantage of and not all Starbucks have. Otherwise, standard menu and orders move along quickly. They have more packaged snacks than some other locations do but everything else is about the same. read more

It's Starbucks... your standard well flavored milk coffee. The parking lot here is not outstanding ... in fact most of the time it's crowded. Every once in a wwhile they get my drink wrong. So now I usually order on the app on the way there ... no communication problem and it's ready when i arrive. The inside is nice and clean but in the smaller side. Came in to get my regular drink. Grande iced macchiato. Comes out to almost 6$. So I don't get it often. Everyone seemed mad or inconvenienced. A smile and being acknowledged would of been nice. I have not been to this location in a long time but i'm glad I did the other day. I had to get blood drawn that morning so I didn't get my cup of Joe. I went here on shaky legs and made my order. Both myself and the barista had a hard time as she just got in as well. I waited for my name to be called and when I did I saw that my venti was shorter then it usually is. When I asked about it they said I had ordered a tall. They said no problem and remade it. I wanted to pay the difference but they said not to worry and even offered me the drink they had already made. it made me feel good to know that they are working hard even on my worst days. This store consistently gets orders wrong, burns espresso shots, and the staff is less than pleasant (except for the one gentleman with all of the ink. He's amazing although I'm not positive he still works there). I continue giving them chances every several months because it's so close to work but I'm over it. Not happy with the service I got! I was rushed ordering my drink through the drive thru. They have me no chance to ask for sugar free and I'm a type 1 diabetic. When I told them this they made no attempt to make me a sugar free drink. I asked for the carb information on the vanilla syrup they used and told me it doesn't matter because they make a big batch of the sweet cream ‍ everything I eat or drink I absolutely have to give myself insulin for. There's limited amount of Starbucks in this city therefore I come to this one often and order the same mango passion fruit drink today I ordered 5 for my entire family and they gave me pure passion fruit tea that's not sweet what's so ever. They won't clarify if they miss something, the other day it was hot as heck and I ordered the same drink, the guy was definitely not listening and didn't care. We get to the window and ask for a brownie. They inform us that they are out of brownies, which is totally fine and we understand how delicious they are. Then we asked for a cheese danish with a caramel drizzle, as we have gotten at other Starbucks locations. After we asked for it, she (didn't get a name, but she was working around noon, today) responded, "What?" So I asked for it again, and she said, "Uh I don't know if we can do that because it's going to stick to the bag it's put into." I then simply asked for caramel in a "pup cup" or a lid or just in something to drizzle it over. She said, "Um we can't do that & we have nothing to put it in."
