We did an overnight and before going to work stopped in for breakfast. We were seated quickly, staff was friendly, and the food tasted great and flew out of the kitchen. We loved the decor and upscale but chill vibe of their dining room. They gave us this nice booth looking out the window and we were able to watch traffic pass by. We'd come back for breakfast even if not staying. It was great and a great price too!

Came here for a girls' night, and everything we ordered was soo good. We honestly didn't have a bad dish. The ambiance was great, and it was the perfect place to catch up over good food and drinks. Our waiter was amazing and so friendly, which made the experience even better. Definitely coming back!

We chose Dynamite for our one year wedding anniversary dinner and are SO GLAD we did! The ambience is so cozy and perfect for winter, but the windows make it a great spot anytime of the year. All of our food was amazing and our server was the best. Can't wait to come back!

Excellent food , wild caught snapper , black angus ribeye steak ,wild mushrooms and farm fresh produce. All the appetizers were great ! We have a group of six people. Enjoyed the food and the ambiance very much . The only drawback was we like to sit around for a little bit to chat . They clear the table so fast and gave us a check . It made us feel like leaving and then we end up waking in the park nearby to chat a little bit. They have lots of empty tables so there was not a rush to leave the table . Here is what we ordered . Dynamite wood fire grill Appetizer:Reuben croquettes Crab cake Sides : two orders of each , grilled asparagus; wild mushrooms. Steak sauce : red wine Demi Main courses : 16 oz ribeye steak with red wine demi sauce . Chicken Bolognese ; Two Tagliatelle : roasted wild mushrooms, coconut dashi broth , baby arugula. Can added shrimps or 4 oz sliced filet ( Morgan ranch ) Red snapper with a cute presentation. Would like to return again in the future.

Ambiance | Service | Presentation Ambiance--The first thing you notice about the restaurant is its presentation from the outside. When you walk up to Suju and come in, there's a certain type of gravity and ambience that the restaurant possesses, which is impressive. Service--We had Elijah as our server, who was very nice, knowledgeable, and consistent with his service. He helped us navigate the menu and suggested wine and dessert pairings. He also had a great tableside manner and presentation, which made the experience ideal. Presentation--The restaurant's food presentation is very high, so it's very photogenic when the meals come out. Additionally, the menu is digital, and you can see photos of the meals with a deeper description, which is unique. Therefore, you have more knowledge about your choices before you make them, which is an enhanced experience. Pro tip: there's a lot of street parking within the block; therefore, you don't need to add too much time to your drive Pro tip: Each meal has a preferred wine pairing at the bottom; therefore, I highly encourage you to listen to the chef and the sommelier.

Not the fine dining i'd be willing to pay for again. It is quite over prices for the quality and experience. The interior and ipad menus are the most impressive things about the place. Food was fine but underwhelming because of the portion size for the scallops in the pasta and the sides that came with the steak were better than the steak

Dynamite Woodfire Grill is located in the Farnam Hotel, an upscale, modern high-end design property that is very well located in downtown Omaha. Everyone has their opinions about a "hotel restaurant" and they're usually not great - but Dynamite doesn't fit that stereotype at all. It's a very beautiful, well designed, and exceptionally well operating fine dining experience. The space is gorgeous with its layout, furnishings, lighting, and finishes. The kitchen, back of their main bar, is a sight to behold with its Beech custom made woodfired ovens from Australia. As a diner its fascinating to watch the staff and the flames, and enjoy the sounds and scents emanating from this cooking process. We didn't sample any of the drinks, opting for an IPA and a bottle of wine. We selected a Hartford Court Russian River Valley Pinot Noir 2019 for $89 and we absolutely loved it! Key to that great experience was the wait staff replacing our beautiful Bourdeau glasses set on the table with the appropriate Burgandy wine glass - and especially key to me was the absolute crystal-clear condition of every glass. I'm a stickler for the beauty, design, and cleanliness of glassware in a restaurant. Dynamite understands wine and people who love it! We began our dining experience with two shareables. Our highest review went to the Panko-Breaded Stuffed Blue Cheese Olives - beautiful and an amazing flavor. We added the Spanish Octopus, and it was also good but paled in flavor to the olives. For dinner starters we chose a Wedge Salad and the Crab Gazpacho. The wedge was artfully presented with a great addition of bacon lardons and house-made blue cheese dressing. The absolute star was the Crab Gazpacho. Poured tableside with a mound of tender crab, topped with a small scoop of icy cold avocado sorbet sitting in the center of the bowl. An impressive presentation that was exceeded by the taste. Exquisite! Dinner choices were the Prime Ribeye, perfectly seasoned and grilled on a white plate, with a side of Truffle Mac & Cheese served in a cast iron ramekin with lid, and the tender and mild Miso Wild King Salmon. Both were excellent entrees. The highlight, besides all of the above, was our server, Chris. This guy is a pro! Engaging, fast, fully knowledgeable, and fun. The perfect combination to season a great dinner with great service. Omaha has a lot of great places for steak and fine dining. Dynamite deserves a spot near the top.

Situated in the Old Market with a great atmosphere, this place is great spot for date night. They have a decent menu with an impressive wine list. Some of the side dishes were just OK, particularly the truffle mac and cheese. The service was above average but the price point was a little steep for what you are getting. We'll probably return and see if we'll have a better experience next time.

Stopping in for some brunch at the dynamite! I was delighted to find out that this location is available for brunch. An added bonus was that they take reservations, which can really take the edge off of long waits on the weekends. Located off the newly renovated Gene Leahy mall, metered street parking is available (free on Sundays). The Dynamite is adjacent to the lobby of the AC Marriott. We were pleasantly greeted and quickly seated for our reserved table. Our servers were just super, walking us through options on the menu and just offer the pleasant visit. The menu was surprisingly extensive and pricing in line with brunch restaurants in Omaha area. Having a small group allowed us to try a number of things and everything we had was just outstanding. Breakfast and lunch standards all done perfectly and added twists made for creative and delicious options. The restaurant is cozy (I love a full set of cutlery and linen napkins) and clearly offers a tremendous wine selection. Everything about this visit was five stars and we will be back! Can't wait to try their dinner menu. After brunch, we began talking with the host, who proceeded to show us the back patio area that is open in the evenings on weekends and offers a wonderful outdoor seating area, as well as a full bar inside.

Food was great. The atmosphere is new and beautiful with an open kitchen concept. This is the best steakhouse in downtown and would pick it over 801 Chophouse any day. Our party got a lot of different items from the menu and non of them disappointed. The drinks are also some of the best. The service is top tier!

For the price I think there are better options in Omaha, such as Au Courant, The Boiler Room, and V Mertz. The ambiance was nice but our server seemed overwhelmed and continuously attempted to up-sale us with the most expensive liquors and wines. We started with a variety of apps, the Ruben Croquettes were well fried but the caraway seeds overwhelmed the little ball and the Corn Beef has the texture of potted meat. The Octopus was by far the best app, it was perfectly grilled and accompanied by fingerling potatoes atop a flavorful sauce. For a main, I had the ribeye and found it to be under seasoned and lacking flavor which is odd considering it's a ribeye. I also had a side of wild roasted mushrooms which seemed sautéed in a skillet and also did not have the taste of truffle as advertised.

I really enjoyed the opportunity to check out a new downtown restaurant on a recent Friday night. As the name implies, a lot of the dishes focus on a smoky flavor - from the cocktails and appetizers to entrees themselves. Our table enjoyed the charcuterie and cheese and I liked the smoked beet salad to start. I went with the short ribs for dinner and for me, the meat was more like a pot roast, than short ribs. I loved the ambiance, and our server was kind and attentive. This is definitely a nice option in downtown Omaha.

Does anyone have menu prices or a general range for the steaks, sides, and desserts? Thank you!

Steaks are all over $50. Sides are $10 and up but are shareable (2-3ppl).

What is the pricing like here - on average how much is dinner for 2? The menu doesn't list any prices.

Depending on if there's alcohol, $100-$150 for two.

Most of the highlight was the various types of burgers and fries they had, so my partner and I got two kinds, and we both enjoyed our respective meals. I had the block burger, which was as good as I imagined it to be, with juicy patty cooked to medium and every ingredient needed to make a good burger. The poutine had a lot of beef gravy and cheese curds, which made the dish a comprehensive experience to consume, rather than just fries. The duck duck goose fries were amazing! The duck confit, cheese curds, mayo, gravy, and gooseberry gastrique combination worked super well on top of the fries, because they altogether basically made it a gourmet dish that I had to eat with a fork. Finally, the sloppy nick was seasoned very well, even if we got the vegan version, which used impossible meat instead of ground beef. It was still really great! Hope everyone who visits Omaha gets to try this spot! Their wall has quite a few articles that recognized them as a locally renowned burger joint, and I could see why. Since they can be busy, I would recommend people getting there earlier to secure a good table spot, if dining in.

I also checked out their menu and noticed it was definitely a unique, interesting menu. Upon walking in, there was a line backed up to the door and I waited in it about 15 mins and it didn't move one person, but I used this time to check out the menu and decide what I wanted. After noticing the line not moving and the cashier in heavy discussion with the family that was there placing their order, I felt it might be best to use their online ordering for carryout pickup instead. While doing this, the line moved up once and I suppose that next party had questions too and of course, plenty of time was spent answering those questions. This might seem like good service, but when the line is that long, either have more people there taking orders or use a kiosk for those of us who don't need to ask questions, or remind guests that there are many others in line (probably after the first 5 mins of discussing the menu) and the line needs to move up. After I placed my order, it told me it was accepted and gave me a time range of when to expect my order. I sat down and waited until the end of that range, which was only a few mins, and then went back up to the pick up area to ask about my order. The lady working was very friendly when I explained what I did. She gave me a number and told me she'd bring my order out, she also gave me the drink I pre-ordered. A few mins later, she brought my food out. I looked around to notice that people who were waiting for food prior to me still hadn't gotten their food. I'm not sure if it's always this slow in there or if it was busy because there's a conference in town. Opening the clamshell that my food was in - I noticed a beautiful sandwich and fries. The fries were piping hot and crispy and tasted great. The sandwich looked really nice, but when I went to pick it up, I noticed the entire bottom was soaked in grease and their hot sauce that was on the chicken. So, I fork & knifed this meal. The flavors of all the parts of the sandwich together were nice, just wish I could have picked it up without being a mess. If I ever returned, I'd get something different.

We love a great Reuben, and the Orleans Room version is that good. It is now tied with the Goose Hallow Inn from Portland that we have enjoyed twice. The greeting at the front was slow. There were only three tables in the dining room, and our server and someone else were conversing in the bar area. After we were finally sat, our daughter wanted Rose by the glass. I noticed the price of the glass was $15, but the bottle was $28? So of course we ordered the bottle. It was a perfect mid-afternoon treat. The server Lainey, was friendly, but it seemed to take too long to receive the bottle of wine. The Reuben...wow. The corned beef was so good and tender. The french fries were coated and remained hot and crisp thru the meal. The 1000 dressing is house made and terrific. The Sandwich alone leads me to give the Orleans Room 5 stars. We were also impressed by the approachability and friendliness of the GM, Mr. Johnson, and the Exec. Chef, Brandon. The General Manager told us of the great history of the Orleans Room and the former President's that had frequented the hotel, which is owned by Kimpton. We will definitely return to the Orleans Room for another Reuben on our next trip to Omaha.

My wife and I both ordered the Everett's #2 with pulled chicken, coleslaw, and BBQ sauce. Everything just worked together perfectly. It was one of those sandwiches where after the first bite you just look at each other and know you made the right choice. We also ordered the Saucy Rossy wings and they were the perfect heat level for both of us. Not so mild that they're boring and not so hot that you're suffering. Pro tip: get them fried and grilled. The extra texture and flavor are absolutely worth it. My wife is a total Brussels sprouts snob and she was absolutely in love with theirs. The funny part is that I'm usually not much of a Brussels sprouts person, but I kept asking for more off her plate. That alone should tell you how good they were. The fries were okay. Nothing that stole the show, but nothing to complain about either. The service wasn't the best during our visit, but they also had a 30-person table they were dealing with, so it was completely understandable. Even with that, the food was so good that it's already a top 3 meal for my wife.
