Try The Karla!!! I cannot stop thinking about it and will be going back in the near future for this, or maybe this and the pimento hash :) The services is always fantasy, the coffee has only gotten better with each visit, and the menu always has something new to try. Did I mention the locations easy to get in and out of and cute?!
KG is a regular spot in my breakfast rotation. When I saw they were testing their own version of a mcgriddle this weekend (a KnowGriddle), I knew I had to make the trip. It was pretty good but it didn't blow me away in the way I expected it to. My bottom pancake stuck to the bottom of the box and ripped off when I picked it up. And the sausage was verrrrrry dry, almost burnt. I always opt for bacon here so not sure if this is a one off thing. Hard to match the greasy nostalgia of a mcdonalds mcgriddle. Love that they tried something new, but I will stick to my bagel sandwich or pigeon fries moving forward
So good to see the Know Good crew at Beyond the Bite! My rosemary bagel with charred corn and chive cream cheese absolutely smashed we're so lucky to have Katina and her food brain gracing Omaha!
Stopped at Know Good for a breakfast Sandwich. Had the all American (fried egg, cheese, cheese, bacon and sauce) on Asiago Bagel. The inside was not the biggest maybe 10 tables, but there is outside seating. The food was made quickly. They do only have a certain amount of each bagel. There was also a lot of take out while we were there.
Delicious!!!! We got a hot vanilla latte, the Cold Turkey, the Classic and a crispy hash brown. I got the cold turkey with bacon, I loved the pesto and the sweetness from the balsamic. The classic was so good, it had a runny egg, cheese and the sausage was good. The hash brown was perfect, crispy and seasoned well. Everything came out quickly. The staff were so sweet and welcoming. I loved the bright and color atmosphere. There is plenty of seating and natural lighting from all the windows. 10/10 we will be back!
Had to drop by to try their summer specials! The turkey sandwich was AMAZING on Asiago. The balsamic and the pesto too this from good to great. This is a large sandwich and I always wish I could eat more than half but, I feel stuffed trying to get more! Good price for the portions

This breakfast is really good! You can choose the breakfast sandwich and customize the bagel you want on your sandwich. You can add things to your sandwich such as eggs and hash brown patty. The breakfast sandwiches came fast and the coffee was even faster. This place is really small and a little overwhelming when going on a Saturday morning. They do have seating outside but we were not able to use due to a storm that day. Good food good coffee and good vibes just wish there was more room for this place!

The register asks for a tip but the customer is in charge of discarding dishes and grabbing any condiments and water. The very least it'd be nice for the tables to be wiped down.

You order up at the front and have the different bread options up at the counter for you to choose from. They give you a number, then bring your food out to your table. They had focaccia the first time I came around 12PM and that was so fluffy, and with the sweet and savory sausage, it was fabulous! If they have it in the morning, the jalapeño cheddar bagel, had the perfect spice kick and texture. Great crunchy outside and soft on the inside, chefs kiss. This is a smaller spot, so seating is kinda limited, but it's super cute on the inside! Pink and has greenery along the window seal, so sitting the by window is a peaceful vibe. Waking up early to come here is definitely worth it!
Made a quick stop to know good on my way to the airport, which was about a 10 minute drive. Wow. This spot did not disappoint!! I ordered an iced banana bread latte, super tasty and had just the right amount of caffeine. The American breakfast sandwich on an Asiago bagel was absolutely delicious. The jalapeño schmear has a good kick to it and balanced well with the perfectly cooked soft egg and crispy hash brown. If you like spicy food and want a yummy breakfast sandwich, I recommend the American. The restaurant is cute and quaint. There's a good amount of seating inside with a minimalistic cozy vibe. I'd totally come back here and bring people!
Grabbed know good while in Omaha for breakfast. I ordered a bagel sandwich and my husband got avocado toast. Both were good!
I was so excited to be able to go to Know Good in the middle of the day on a week day. It was so calm and easy to order and get the food! The people working were quick and friendly. I loved how calm it was compared to the weekends, it's an absolute mad house on the weekends so if you have the time to go on a week day it's worth it!! The malt latte was SO fun! AH so freaking good! The American breakfast sandwich was fire. Definitely a thick sandwich too. I tried it with an Asiago bagel which was good. I heard suggestions for salted rosemary bagel so I'll have to try that next time. I was also surprised by how good the coffee is! My iced SF vanilla latte was very good. While the place is small inside with not quite enough seating, it's such a vibe. The staff are great and service was great! I visited on a Saturday morning. There were 2 waves of rushes so the place is always poppin! On the bright side, their parking lot is great. I'm definitely going to have to add this to my brunch lineup!! read more

Know Good did a burger night pop up, and wow! If you thought their breakfast was good, their dinners are as good or better! The event started at 6pm, and they were sold out before 7pm - I was so happy to get a burger before they ran out! The fries were crispy, with the perfect amount of seasoning. The house-made ranch paired perfectly and had just the right amount of dill. The burger was the star of the show. Double smash patties, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and bacon jam. WOW! The taste was great, and the freshness of the ingredients really shined. The bun was also great - light, fluffy, but not soggy. Overall, an epic burger! read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. Walked in early on a Saturday morning and it was popping! The line went quickly and the person taking our order was super nice. Opted for an everything bagel with the American! Although busy, we sat for maybe 8 minutes and our food was out and ready! It was so delicious. Truly love a good bagel and they do it right. We also got the coffee cake out of their display of fresh baked goods (cookies, donuts, etc). It also lived up the hype! I wanna go back and especially get some bagels. Love supporting local and they are awesome! read more

When I heard that know good was run by the same brilliant minds of Sweet Magnolias, I knew I needed to go. We were sure to get there early on a Sunday morning because we have seen the last couple weeks that they've sold out and lines have been long, as expected. My husband and I were with one other couple and we were able to find a table. It was a little tight, but it's really exciting to see this many people turn out for a place. I ordered the Blake, which is a bagel sandwich with homemade sausage, a maple butter, an egg and cheese. You get to pick your type of bagel and I picked the asiago to add a little extra cheese. We also got a doughnut to share for the table and I got an iced vanilla latte. Starting with the doughnut, it was so fluffy on the inside yet a little bit crisp and crunch on the outside. It was exactly what I look for in a doughnut and I expected nothing less from them! The latte was perfectly sweet with well balanced espresso. It looks like they make their own flavor add-ins because while I didn't see them adding the vanilla syrup to my latte, I saw them scooping caramel from a container and I will definitely be ordering that next time because it looked so thick and luxurious in the latte. And this bagel sandwich. Amazing. The homemade bagel was so crunchy and chewy on the outside yet soft on the inside. The sausage patty had a little spice to it, which was perfectly balanced by the sweet maple butter on the sandwich. The melted cheddar added some more interest and the scrambled egg on top was cooked perfectly-- not too hard yet not runny enoigh that it's slipping and sliding all over the sandwich. While I did cut it in have to manage it better, It's definitely not a full fork and knife sandwich like some of their options might be which made it easier to eat. I will say the prices are a little high for a sandwich, but this isn't any ordinary sandwich. While it won't be my every weekend thing (though if I had the money, it would), I'm willing to make sure it's included in the budget! Overall, I'm really excited to have another breakfast place back in the neighborhood! read more
I stopped in on a gorgeous saturday morning, and myself and about 35 other people had the same idea: tasty bagel sandwiches to start the day! My friend and I waited in line for only about 10 mins and the line moved swiftly, and in that time it was a revolving door of folks coming and going, which allowed us to get a great seat. I went with the Karla sandwich on cheddar jalapeno bagel. I have to say, they really stack the ham on there. Three thick slices of honey ham with cheese, and a spicy dijon spread. It was really good! I pretended i was watching my carbs...more like watching my carbs go straight to my belly, I couldn't be stopped! Just a testament to how savory the sandwich was. By the time we left it was after 1pm, and undertandably the bagel selection to-go was limited. We went with the seasalt rose mary and another jalapeno to go. My only takeaway was the bagels I had were more tough/chewy than I had imagined them to be, but it could have been an off day or the time I ate them Overall, this is a fabulous spot to grab a hearty sandwich, There is plenty of seating and parking. This bagel shop must have good bagels because the 2 times I went they were sold out. But we were not disappointed with the classic egg sandwich on challa bread. It is served with good sauce which was a little too sweet for me but the eggs are fluffy and the bacon perfection. I will be back and one of these days get a bagel! read more

Great! As always! This is our new favorite place, I can't get enough of their bagels! After I found out that they make their donuts we RAN there and it was delicious, amazing, drool worthy! They are always busy but the line & wait is always short! They do have indoor & outdoor tables! read more
I've been shouting it from the rooftops, Know Good has the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had in my life. It's life changing!! The jalapeño cheddar bagel is my go to on the American. The hash brown on the sandwich really elevates it. I love the spice from the bagel and the cream cheese. Let's talk about the vibes, from when you step in the door it's radiating good vibes. This is the neighborhood spot you want to find yourself at on a Sunday morning for breakfast or brunch. The service is also stellar and the coffee bar is a nice addition. Amazing brunch/breakfast spot! They were packed on the Saturday morning I went, which shows how delicious it is. I decided to go for a Rosemary olive oil bagel (baked in house and it shows!) with smoked salmon and capers and the like - I don't pick this option often but I might have to if I keep coming back here because it was SO GOOD. The coffee was also delicious, it was sweet but deep in flavor so it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet which I appreciated. read more

This very small neighborhood cafe is the second cafe in the space after the long time chicken joint called Richie's closed. It's bare bones inside, but I like the spare look and being small, there's no added clutter. One great thing is the wood bench along the far wall is easy to slide in and out of. The pastry case has lots of yummy looking muffins, scones, cookies, and coffee cake. I scored the last piece of coffee cake with a thin layer of what I think was cinnamon in the middle. It was delicious. The scrambled eggs were good, but I should have requested no salt and cooked dry. The fruit cup was a generous serving of lucious blackberries, grapes and strawberries. Also delicious. Order and pay at the counter and take your number to a table. The food came out quick and hot. My coffee was just drip coffee, but they have other coffee offerings. No one came around with a pot to offer a refill, so maybe they don't do that. When I was there, it looked like they had six employees, which seemed like a lot. They didn't engage with the customers much, and the person who took my order seemed very indifferent. The employees all hung around behind the counter chatting with each other. In fact, indifference to customers is a perfect description. A simple greeting at the register, at least one person asking if everything was okay midway, and a simple "Thanks for stopping in" would go a long way to ensure the success of this cafe. read more

Thankful that Know Good is filling this breakfast hole in the market! We have tons of brunch options around here where you can go enjoy a long sit down breakfast but the area lacked a spot that is less formal than a sit down restaurant but more formal than fast food. Know Good is an order at the counter, pay at the counter place - perfect if you want to order & eat then get out on your own schedule. They have clearly put a lot of attention into the quality of the food here, you can just taste it! I will say the bagel sandwich is a little tough to tear through so don't order that on a first date if you're trying to look classy. The coffee is good too! Can't wait to come back. read more

Absolutely delicious food! Fast and friendly service! Their bagels are made fresh daily, soft and easy to chew. They have a variety of different bagels. They are crowded on the weekends which is so good to see! Love to see local businesses doing good. read more
Can I give them ten stars? Because I would. This serves such a gap in the area and honestly they have the best bagel sandwiches I've had anywhere, not just in Omaha. Whether it's to go or to have there, you can't go wrong. My goal is to work my way through the whole menu and then rank my favorites. read more
Had to stop by the Ole Sunny Side building now Know Good. The inside got a brand new remodel which fits the place. They have a good variety of bagel sandwiches and side dishes. I ordered the Basic Blake. Food came out right away which was great for how new the business was and how busy it was. I feel my sandwich was pretty basic. Feel it needed a spread or something besides the honey butter that it came with. It will be for some people but the sandwich was just not for me. Know Good is going to be a great addition to the Field Club community. read more
