First tub, mold along edge to the right.

Used to love Bruegger's and go at least a couple of times per month. Just isn't the same - in quality or preparation. Ordered a bakers dozen with cream cheese along with an Herby Turkey. Ordered 4 kinds of bagels, got one kind I wanted and the other three were substitutes. Fine, they were low on bagels. Asked for bagels to be unsliced - all were sliced. Got home to eat the Herby Turkey - regular tomatoes instead of sundried tomato spread. The final kicker, one of the tubs of cream cheese was the Herb Garlic. Put some on a bagel slice, then noticed mold on the cream cheese. The expiration was for October 8, so it makes me think something is wrong with their refrigeration. Bummer when spending almost $30. After posting I checked the second tub of cream cheese. Mold on that as well. Tried calling the store but no one answered.

Double-Stack bacon, egg and cheese with jalapeño cream cheese

Issac was on the food prep line and he greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He was surprised I'd never been here before and enthusiastically offered they could do any bagel, any combination I wanted. They have picture boards showing amazing combos so I went with the double stack bacon, egg and cheese repeat and added jalapeño cream cheese. Delicious! I left very sated but it was the service and welcoming energy of Issac that put a smile on my day!

I love this place! Pictured is a honey siracha bagel with no bacon and added smoked salmon! The employees were asking me to come back and give a review because they hadn't seen this combo before, and let me tell you, it was amazing! However, My mom tried to order it a different time and they were not the nicest when she wanted to fully customize so i'm not sure. I am not the biggest breakfast person, but this is a 10/10 breakfast for sure! I will be back! It is pretty loud inside and fast paced so I wouldn't casually eat inside but it is great for take out just personally wouldn't care to dine in! * Honey Sriracha Sunrise Bagel

The customer service from the beginning to the end of the line is still very disappointing. They up charged me for avocados adding it twice to my ticket. They don't have a specific option for adding bacon during build your own bagel so I'm not sure what BLT Deli is so is that an up charge too?

We haven't had good bagels for a while, so we stop by Bruegger's bagels for lunch. We ordered the smoked salmon bagels which was quickly made and we were on our way. Service was quick, as they were no other customers in the bakery. Smoked salmon bagel was tasty, and was fresh. Very satisfying. It contains smoked salmon, tomatoes, onions, capers, and of course cream cheese.

We had very good breakfast sandwiches at Bruegger's Bagels on Dodge recently. We were looking for something quick and not crowded, and Bruggers fit the bill perfectly. The only downside was they are not having people use their dining room right now, so it was takeaway only. Bookguy ordered the Western which had an egg, bacon, cheddar cheese, bell peppers and red onion on an everything bagel. He liked it so much that he would definitely get it again. He also ordered a couple of toasted plain bagels with strawberry cream cheese. He wished there was more cream cheese. I sampled part of one and decided I would prefer plain cream cheese to strawberry, but that's just me. I ordered the egg, sausage, and cheese on a bagel topped with cheesy hash browns. I had to make sure I ate it with the hashbrowns facing up so they wouldn't fall off. I thought my selection was very good and I would get it again. I also had coffee, which was pretty good too. Bruegger's is convenient to our house so we'll have to remember it when we want a fast breakfast.

The best bagel sandwhich location in the state. Service is great and Ambiance gives the modernist but old timing feel.

DP ordered Lemon Berry Pancakes, a plate-filing short stack of goodness. I'd like to say it tasted as good as it looked, but I couldn't tell as DP chowed down like a hound from hell. In a good way, of course. She did allow me to share her Maple Braised Bacon (meaning that I was able to snatch a piece while she wasn't looking). Really, really fine, something I'd definitely order again. For me. Not to share. I had the Schnitzel Bennie with tart cherry jam and lemon hollandaise. Sound unusual? Tasted great! My only gripe was that the pork cutlet was a bit small and could have used a bit more seasoning in the breading. Would I order it again? You betcha! Service was fast and efficient. The decor was quirky and inviting but the space was loud enough that it was really hard to carry a conversation. Overall rating: yahoo!

We said first available seats, which ended up being at the end of the bar. More about that later... I ordered the vegan standard and hubs ordered the banana bread French toast. The server was friendly and the food came out in a timely manner, considering the place was packed. Regarding the vegan standard, it seems they have cut back on the amount of tofu scramble and increased the amount of hashbrowns, which was a little bit disappointing. As usual it was very tasty though! I tried a bite of the hubs French toast and it was VERY unique and tasty! II will be getting that next time. I was disappointed to hear that they haven't brought back the vegan biscuits and gravy, but maybe once again they will! So the food was great but our experience, not so much, based on where we were sitting. I feel like they should not even use the last spot at the bar to seat a patron. Right next to where I was sitting is the place they bring the clean silverware to dry it off, then they would toss it into the silverware holder. The noise was very annoying and they did nothing to try to even be quiet about it. The other thing about that location is the register is pretty much right in your face, like 15 inches directly in front of me and someone was pretty much there the whole time. Other areas of the bar wouldn't be quite so bad, but next time we will wait longer to get a table or sit at the bar top that looks outside instead of at all the workers doing their thing and talking to each other. Other than the location of where we sat this visit, this is still one of our top spots for a yummy vegan breakfast, and we will be back!

The service was excellent and our server was attentive. Went there for their fried chicken which was highly recommended but was not a fan. The chicken is under seasoned and dry. Even with the dipping sauce it needed more flavor. Didn't even take a picture because it wasn't that good looking either. It was underwhelming to say the least. However, the biscuits were DELICIOUS. Crisp and amazing with butter and jam. We ordered the fried green tomatoes as well which were tasty and crunchy, they came with tasty goat cheese and some sauce, while I do wish there was a bit more sauce it was still a great choice. The Mimosa flight was good but it wasn't anything special, I do wish for the cost that there was a bit more going on or even bigger portions. Overall good place to go with a good variety of options.

We started with the biscuits, which came out hot and fresh. These were so delicious and buttery, and the peach and blueberry jam took them to the next level. The other members of our party also loved their meals. I can't wait to come back and try more!

The chai was house made and it was SO great, like Christmas in a mug, just phenomenal. The food is different from other breakfast spots around Omaha. The croque miss was the breakfast sandwich special and it blew all other sandwiches out of the water. Thick bread, Dijon mustard, ham, and topped with 2 eggs! WOWOWOWOWOOWOW!! It was so complex and the flavors blended so well together! The only thing I wish there was more of was ham, just one more slice would have been great! The brioche French toast was thick, fluffy, and sweet. I loved the cranberries on top, another dish with great complementing flavors. I wrote this on my Facebook about my experience while traveling from California:…read more Today I was at a super cute café and ordered breakfast. After a couple of minutes, I went back up to the counter and asked if they had already started making it, because I wanted to change my order. The kitchen was open, so I said to the cook, "Don't worry about it if you've already started. I know my indecision can impact people, and I don't want to be a problem." He looked at me and said, "No, it's totally fine. Would you like some veggies on the side?" "Yes, that would be amazing," I said, and walked back to my table... and burst into tears. It wasn't just what he said. It was the kind energy in his eyes. I felt someone who took pride in what he was making, and who genuinely wanted people to be happy. I found myself asking, why am I crying? Because in a world where so many people in power feel disconnected, where corporations can make us feel like numbers, being genuinely cared for in a small café reminded me how much I love humans. Most people have love in their hearts and are trying to share it in their own small ways. As the world cracks, these simple things are more meaningful than ever.

They were fairly busy, and honestly our food took a bit to come out, but I am still giving a five due to the overall experience and quality of service. Our server Melannie was fantastic and always present. We did the bottomless mimosa deal (3 out of 4 of us) and she was always coming around asking us what flavor we wanted next when our current was still half full to make sure we got our moneys worth. The champagne might not be the fanciest, but for $20 bottomless mimosas I'll take it. They have fun flavors in addition to the basic ones like strawberry, mango, etc. which adds an element of fun. For food--there were several things I was eyeballing but landed on the spicy chorizo Benny. It was really good, eggs cooked perfect, and came with hashbrowns. Another at our table got the poutine which also looked yummy. I'd say the food portion could have included a bread/toast option, however If brunching in Omaha i'd return to try several things on the menu. The vibe inside is chill, would be more fun sitting outside once the weather warms up. Since I was the one that booked the reservation, the tab got a bit confusing. At first they were taking it off my total, then the server said that hold would come off so I paid for my meal/drinks there. I did end up getting double charged (for both the reservation hold and my meal) which was cleared up with a quick phone call to their establishment---apparently it is a new process they are trying. I do understand though why they wouldn't want to just deduct the hold as then people that don't know how to tip wouldn't tip on the total, which hurts the server. All was cleared up regarding this mishap though so no complaints.
