Whenever my family and I are in Brea, we always order from D'Vine Mediterranean because the food and service is amazing. We enjoy the chicken shawarma with hummus, rice, tabbouleh, and pita bread. Plus, their signature garlic sauce is a must have, it goes with everything. If you are vegetarian, their falafel and grilled veggies plates are delicious too. We celebrated my daughter's engagement at the DVine restaurant in Brea. We worked closely with Jamal, the owner who did an amazing job! We had the entire patio area to ourselves, for several hours. There was plenty of room for our 70 guests. The tables looked beautiful. The centerpieces were personalized and gave the tables the perfect touch of color. Jamal made sure we had a ton of food. We had appetizers on every table - hummus, baba ghanoush, Mediterranean salad, cucumber yogurt salad, beet salad, red cabbage salad, cheese fatayer, falafel, and cauliflower (my favorite). The food was served family style. It included chicken, beef,kefta, rice, pita bread and garlic sauce (my favorite). The food was served fresh, hot and tasted incredible. This is the best Mediterranean food I have ever had! The service was superb. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They kept all the drinks filled without anyone having to ask. We had extra room available for our arch backdrop, cake table and presents table. A special shout out to #Tropicana bakery in Downey for the most delicious Cuban cake. Another shout out to #luckyy_pop who did a wonderful job with our balloons. Lisa was easy to work with and did quality work. I would highly recommend her - find her on Instagram. Dvine is amazing! My husband booked reservations for Valentine's Day and he couldn't have chosen better! The employees were all so kind and friendly, and each server attended to us and ensured we had everything we needed. It was wonderful sitting outside with a slight chill in the air, but the patio has heaters so it was a lovely and comfortable temperature. The food was incredible. The rice has amazing flavor, it isn't bland or boring. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing, I'm so pleased I chose it for my dinner. The potato salad was some of the best I've ever had, it was light and well seasoned. And the garlic sauce was the absolute BEST! Not pictured, but we both got a specialty cocktail. The meat (filet mignon) I ordered was excellent with the exception being green olives and other random veggies which I do not eat, that were on top of three pieces of meat. Gross. First off, we came around a dinner rush and right away one of the servers let us choose a table despite the busy-ness. Service was excellent, as he checked on us a few times to see if we were ready but it was our first time here! As we are staying for a couple nights and passing through. (Thanks Yelpers for the rec! ) When we decided another server came by to take our order, and we started sharing stories after I asked my 3-5 questions about the menu items. Then somehow the conversation led to COVID and how things changed, and Stewart,.my hubby, and him connected over bodybuilding because he used to do it too. Overall, great service, very efficient and so organic in the interactions with the servers!! Now on to the food!! I appreciate they kept the baba ganoush separate from the rest as Stewart is allergic, but everything was incredible! Not to mention it all came out all at once! From the lentil soup, which I'm used to bed whole lentils and a darker color, to all the dips, warm pita and rice, awesome cold appetizers!
