arabic style Beef Shawarma and Chicken Shawarma
    Brandon C.

I wanted to try a new Mediterranean spot and also this was nearby. I ordered the chicken Shawarma with fries and the beef Shawarma arabic style with yogurt salad. The beef Shawarma was very juicy and tasteful. The meat was moist and the chicken was good and had decent flavoring, but it was still perfectly fine the way it was with the rice. The yogurt salad was very refreshing and.i will definitely order it again. One of the best places i've had recently and service was great! sat outdoors and enjoyed the breeze and watched the tv. If you're in the area, u should def give it a try

First time here with a friend. They have a lovely outside patio alongside an inner seating area with bar. Service was pleasant. We had the chicken kebab plate. It was tasty (6/10). I have been to multiple Mediterranean restaurants and this one was average. There was no "wow factor" for taste, presentation, uniqueness, or flavor. It was good but not great.

We stopped by Dvine after a visit to the Brea Mall and loved that there was the option to sit both outside and inside. We sat outside and were promptly given the menus. We got the dual protein lamb and shrimp kebab plate with potato salad as well as the chicken and hummus plate with baba ganoush. It was more than enough for us three to share, and everything was so flavorful. The lamb was grilled just right and every side was great to pair with the pita. We'll definitely be back for more someday!

Unfortunately the reviews deceived me. I was expecting to have my palette taken to new heights and that it did but towards a lower horizon. Ordered their standard chicken kebab plate with hummus. Hummus was unremarkable, chicken was charred but way over cooked--too dry, every moisture gone, the rice was certainly microwaved judging from the texture. Fries however which I ordered were good, then again how hard is it to fry. Wish it could've been better but gotta be honest, I felt shorthanded and even worse, unsatiated.

Very clean and friendly restaurant with quick service. We ordered the cauliflower as the appetizer and it was delicious. It wasn't greasy or heavy. I ordered the beef kebab and it was tender. My friend ordered the lamb plate. Omg. It was sooooo good! I don't like lamb but this restaurant changed my mind. It was not gamy at all. I highly recommend the lamb. I must come back for the lamb!!!!!

Just tried D'Vine out and am in love! I'm really not a big lamb fan but this place made me one. The lamb chops and lamb kabobs are both juicy and have a light char flavor from the grill. My usual favorite, steak kabob, they also make very juicy and tender. Rice is addicting, and I love the baba ganoush, it's legit so airy and creamy from being whipped and the light smokiness is so refreshing and not overbearing. Really appreciate how many side dish options there are though and look forward to trying others. Lastly, have to call out the chicken shwerma pita pocket; that juicy flavorful meat is so satisfying and they give a great portion and the pickles balance it out and brightens up the overall dish. Servers are also fast and super attentive so great if you want either a quick dining experience or stay longer and enjoy.

Came here on a Sunday and it wasn't busy. We came when they opened. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We ordered the sea bass with spicy hummus, lamb chop with beet salad, and beef kebob with cucumber yogurt salad. The foods came out shortly and the serving was in a good size. The entrees came with a big portion of rice and the garlic sauce (really good). The foods were tasty and warm. Pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Gosh, I really love some good Mediterranean food! Dvine Mediterranean Experience in Brea met all of my expectations. The food is delicious! You can tell it is all very fresh, made to order. The hummus had a nice flavor and wasn't too overpowering. It complimented the fried falafels nicely. I did add extra protein to my falafel plate. The shrimp that I added, was cooked very well. It had a good flavor and added more protein to the meal. I enjoyed the flavor of their rice too. Addicting really! Even my husband said the rice was so good haha Service was good for a to-go order. We got condiments, napkins and everything we needed. The order was packaged up well too. I'd say this was a huge win for mediterranean food. I will order for this place again!

    Double Shawarma
    Molly J.

Food was delicious. We got the double wrap that the server said that serves one person but it definitely is a 2 person meal. And the chicken shawarma was great with the garlic sauce on the side, and the tabbouleh was amazing. With the heaviness, a little bit of acidity goes a long way. If I had to reorder the double shawarma, I would maybe sub the fries with the tabbouleh because of how heavy and rich the wrap was. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of how hot the restaurant was. They opened all the doors but no AC. It almost was unpleasant to eat because of how hot it was. Hopefully that changed but otherwise food was great if you can ignore the heat.

Kefta plate with cucumber yogurt, rice, and pita bread

Came on a weeknight so there wasn't a wait. There were indoor and outdoor seating but it was a cold night so I opted for indoor and sat at the bar. Ordered their falafel for appetizer which was nice and crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Their kefta plate was delicious, and came with a hefty pile of rice, cucumber yogurt, and a perfectly toasted pita bread. The chicken shawarma was also good, but I'm used to it being sliced vs cubed like here. Service was friendly.

Your 40 dollar family dinner feeds how many people?

That is per person with a 2 person minimum. So, plan on at least $80 for 2. After drinks and tip, plan on around $150 for a couple. You will leave content, but IMO, it's not a deal by any means. I remember when it was like $25 per person.

Is there gluten and dairy free option ? Also what is the operation hours for new year eve?

Looking to have a birthday celebration do you add a service fee to larger parties and if so after how many people?

Hello Janice, yes you can do your birthday with us we have a good prices. Can you please provide us with your phone number so we can contact you, Also you can contact our manager Jamal on 5626765421.…

I noticed you have a patio. Are little dogs allowed?

Hello. Is your phone working? I've been trying to get through for the past hour and it goes straight to an auto message.

I can't get through either. Message says voicemail has not been set up on this number.

Is this place open for indoor or outdoor dining?

    Both

There are entrees that have yogurts and cheese but are labeled as vegan. Are those vegan yogurts and cheeses? The ice cream is also labeled vegan, is that true? Or is it meaning to be labeled vegetarian?

Does anyone know if there are gluten free options?

It'll be our first time there, and any recommendations of soup? Thx!

Hello, and thank you for deciding to stop by D'Vine! Our Lentil Soup is a must have, as it's so fresh and bountiful! Squeeze some lemon in there and enjoy!…

    Do you serve halal meat?

Our restaurant is not halal, sorry.

What day and time do you have entertainment?

In Fullerton, Brea, and Corona we have a belly dancer at 7:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

If I have a bottle of champagne for a special occasion, can I bring it and pay a corkage fee?

    Yes, of course! It's $15

But where Pita Hot sets itself apart from those places is the community. When you walk in, you're greeted with smiles, a question about how your day is, and if you've been there a few times, a quick "how's the wife and kids?" Although some people may see the price tags and wince, they do not skimp on portions. They will fill your plate to the absolute brim, give you one huge pita, and send you on your way. The flavors on the food are nothing to scoff at either. The hummus, tabbouleh, and beef skewer are absolute hits. Flavorful bites with the perfect amount of balance between the acidity of the tabbouleh, the light and rich hummus, and the meatiness of the beef. The shrimp skewer is tasty as well but not something I think I'd get again. The rice pairs well with everything, and as I've mentioned before, the humongous pita they give you is delicious as well. A three skewer plate is enough for two people! All in all, Pita Hot has been around this long for a reason. Their business model and recipes are tried and true. Overall, 9/10.

The pita chips as croutons were very nice and crispy. The hummus section was awesome. My favorite one is the green one. I think it's avocado? You should try them all! Don't get filled up on it, though--save room for the meats! Besides the lamb shank, I liked the kofta and the gyro. The first batch of kofta I had was very juicy, and the second was more on the drier side. Same goes for the gyro. It was cut kind of thick and was a little dry. The garlic sauce they have went very well with it! I also got the beets, and they were my favorite item. They were sweet and tender, cooked to perfection. The cantaloupe and honeydew were both very sweet. I think that's kind of hard to come by these days. Their pudding was okay, not my favorite. The lamb was tender and great, although it's one shank per person there is a lamb rice dish on the buffet line and you can get more lamb meat. The beef kebab is pretty standard and the rose water is uniquely good. Although I did water mine down a little to reduce the sweetness.
