I came here on a Tuesday night for dinner and there was no wait. The indoor seating area is not very big but they do have a larger outdoor seating area. It was a bit windy outside so we chose to sit inside. We ordered the following dishes: Beef kabob $22 Chicken kabob $20 Kefta kabob $21 Sea Bass $25 Hummus with chicken shawarma $21 All of the entrees come with choice of one side. For the price of the meals, I think they should serve a little bit more pita bread. Each entree only comes with two small pieces of pita bread. However, the rice was a generous portion. My friend wanted to order a wrap but was informed that the pita pockets and wraps on the menu are served only until 3pm. My friend was very disappointed. I think the restaurant should serve those items all day long. Why stop serving those items after 3pm? Overall, we all liked our food. The restaurant was nice and clean. I saw the above-average ratings and decided to stop by and give this place a try. I ordered the kefta entrée, which came with pilaf rice, bread, garlic sauce, and one side, I chose the cucumber yogurt. The kefta itself was slightly bland and a bit overcooked. The portion was also on the smaller side for the price, so it felt like I was mostly paying for carbs and yogurt. That said, the rice and the yogurt were both delicious and definitely the highlights of the meal. I'm comparing it to Persian cuisine restaurants, where you typically get a much more generous portion of meat at this price point. We stopped by Dvine after a visit to the Brea Mall and loved that there was the option to sit both outside and inside. We sat outside and were promptly given the menus. We got the dual protein lamb and shrimp kebab plate with potato salad as well as the chicken and hummus plate with baba ganoush. It was more than enough for us three to share, and everything was so flavorful. The lamb was grilled just right and every side was great to pair with the pita. Just tried D'Vine out and am in love! I'm really not a big lamb fan but this place made me one. The lamb chops and lamb kabobs are both juicy and have a light char flavor from the grill. My usual favorite, steak kabob, they also make very juicy and tender. Rice is addicting, and I love the baba ganoush, it's legit so airy and creamy from being whipped and the light smokiness is so refreshing and not overbearing. Really appreciate how many side dish options there are though and look forward to trying others. Lastly, have to call out the chicken shwerma pita pocket; that juicy flavorful meat is so satisfying and they give a great portion and the pickles balance it out and brightens up the overall dish. Gosh, I really love some good Mediterranean food! Dvine Mediterranean Experience in Brea met all of my expectations. The food is delicious! You can tell it is all very fresh, made to order. The hummus had a nice flavor and wasn't too overpowering. It complimented the fried falafels nicely. I did add extra protein to my falafel plate. The shrimp that I added, was cooked very well. It had a good flavor and added more protein to the meal. I enjoyed the flavor of their rice too. Addicting really! Even my husband said the rice was so good haha Service was good for a to-go order. And the chicken shawarma was great with the garlic sauce on the side, and the tabbouleh was amazing. With the heaviness, a little bit of acidity goes a long way. If I had to reorder the double shawarma, I would maybe sub the fries with the tabbouleh because of how heavy and rich the wrap was. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of how hot the restaurant was. They opened all the doors but no AC. It almost was unpleasant to eat because of how hot it was. My husband and I had a lovely time here on a Monday evening. We've frequented this plaza multiple times, but just now stepped into Dvine. Right away, we were greeted with a friendly smile and given the option to sit where we wanted. I ordered the chicken shawarma with baba ghanoush while my husband ordered the kefta entrée. The food came out in a timely manner and we were impressed by the first bite! My chicken was so juicy and tender, full of flavor! The seasoning in the rice complimented the chicken well and I absolutely loved the garlic sauce. I could order a whole plate of that haha. My husband enjoyed his kefta, which is ground beef and lamb. He shared that he could taste the freshness and quality of all the ingredients that were used. We had such a wonderful first time experience and are already talking about the next time we're able to dine in again. I'll also let my sister know and take her here soon because she enjoys Mediterranean food. We ended the night trying their baklava and loved the texture. Had a craving for Mediterranean food and D'Vine was close by and looked appetizing. Went straight to their website and found the menu options and family deals. I ended up going for the swarma box that basically feeds 4-6 people. This was under $40 and through the website was an extra %10 off. I ordered for takeout directly from their site and it was ready in 10 to 15 minutes. Upon arriving, I got the attention of the server, and he helped me right away. The food was packed in 2 medium size catering trays; one filled with 4 large chicken swarmas cut up into 8 pinwheel slices, and the second tray full of seasoned batter fries. I told the server that the picture for the order included the turshi, so they made sure to add it to the order. The food: Chicken swarma was excellent. Perfectly tasty, and filling and such a good deal. The chicken was flavorful and the swarma sauce was not overwhelming. The lavesh wrap was crispy and not too greasy. There was so much food, and it ended up lasting my family two days. Overall, and good deal and meal choice for a small group who is hungry. A guaranteed crowd pleaser if you buy group meals. There is a Arabic family dinner for $40, but when you order this online it defaults you to order 2 making it $80. I guess not too bad considering you get 3 choices of meats, and a lot of side options. I'll have to try this out next time, and get another review out.
