    My coworker's chicken panini
    Susanna L.

Came here for lunch on a Monday. Clean restaurant. The food was good, but pricey for the amount of meat you get (see picture). My steak kebab plate was $22.99 and there was hardly any meat. Also I asked for well done and one piece of meat was medium. The service was too slow on this particular day. I had to get up and ask for the check. The waitress comes over with a portable card reader. I dislike this way of paying. This restaurant should be order at the counter. My coworker liked her chicken panini and hummus appetizer. I will not return as there's other options that make delicious kabob plates with order at the counter service.

Good food and service! Place is clean and nice. The tiramisu for desert is a must try!

I always enjoy eating at Panini Kabob Grill. This location is a bit smaller than some of the others, and with limited seating, it fills up quickly so it's best to arrive early to avoid a long wait. The service is exceptional, and the food is consistently flavorful and cooked perfectly. We ordered the family platter and upgraded the skewers: instead of three chicken skewers, we chose one chicken, one steak, and one koobideh for a small additional charge. All the proteins were good. I recommend trying them all.

I love this place! The food has been consistently good all the times I have had their food. The flavors are rich, the food is perfectly seasoned, and none of the items I have gotten have come out too oily. The tangier salads all pair beautifully with the slightly heavier protein options. I also love how friendly the service is! The indoor and outdoor seatings are also quite appealing to the eyes. I am a big fan of the more vintage aesthetic of this location. It's perfect for date nights.

I have had food from here several times, and I find it to be average as far as flavor goes. We came here today and did a lunch pick up for an order I'd placed online. Customer service was great. The waitresses and cashier were very pleasant and friendly. The inside is small, and there's also a little patio up front which seems nice. The food itself though is a little lacking in flavor. I ordered spicy hummus which wasn't very tasty or spicy. The tzatziki sauce was also kinda bland and disappointing. We came here because of how close to home it was, it had been a long while since I'd eaten here, and likely won't be back anytime soon.

I never have a bad experience with panini kabob. They are always consistent with their food and service! This Brea location is found right next to pho ha, and has a small outdoor patio with seating for about 12 The interior is also cozy, seating about 20. This used to be a gyukaku Japanese grill. I placed my order via their website for the first time and it was so seamless! Because they prepare everything fresh; there is usually a 20 min wait once you order is placed. Being able to order ahead is a game changer!!! We got the 2 piece koobadeh plate and it was amazing per usual! Hands down I think panini kabob has one of the best beef koobadehs around. A great value for great food, if you're in the area, it's a solid meal choice!!

Fresh, tasty and plentiful. Had the lamb kabob platter and the lamb was so tender. The brown rice was extremely flavorful and fluffy. White rice was bland so I would not recommend it. Mediterranean salad was excellent and the bread basket yummy. We sat outside so it was a bit slow on service but otherwise good.

A friend and I met at Panini Kabob in Brea today for lunch. I think everyone else in Orange County had the same idea. The place was packed and we had to wait an hour before we got a table but the food made the wait worth it. We both had the Salmon Scampi. It's amazing. The salmon was cooked perfectly and there was so much flavor in the scampi sauce. The portions are huge and the dish wasn't overpriced. It was worth every penny. Sooo good!!! The waitresses certainly had their hands full with so many tables to care for but they did and did it well. We look forward to returning

I went with my family for lunch. This was my first time eating here. I ordered the steak panini and it was about $17. The meal came with a side of soup or salad. I got the chicken soup. The shredded chicken was bland and the soup overall wasn't flavorful. The steak sandwich was bland and dry. The bell peppers and pickles had more flavor than the steak. I tried my sister's salmon kabob and that was tastier! I wish the steak had that char grilled taste or Mediterran flavors. I wouldn't order the steak panini again. The service was decent, the restaurant was busy. The ambiance was okay, we sat outside for lunch. The food took a while but we were in no rush.

Lestat is the man! Came here twice and bro is providing exceptional service on a daily basis. Always on top of everything and cracking jokes, feel like soft people wouldn't be able to take it though lol. He gave us amazing recommendations and answered our questions. I've had two of their kabobs before, one being their chicken and the other chicken and beef. Both were exceptional and the perfect amount of food. The rice is so tasty here too. (Charbroiled ABF & Beef Koobideh). Pricing is just right for Mediterranean food too. This location is also perfect for large groups as they have indoor and outside seating.

PKG will get busy during peak dining hours! Fortunately, they offer both indoor and outdoor seating and they get you seated pretty quickly. I've tried a few of their paninis, but the strawberry date salad is what has me coming back! It is a beautiful combination of sweet and savory flavors that make your taste buds sing. The sweet of the strawberries and dates married with the savory tang of the vinaigrette and the blue cheese crumbles are crave-worthy! I've usually had this as a side, but it would also be amazing as an entree by adding a protein. Although you have one main server, the staff works together as a team to serve customers. The ambiance is family friendly and inviting. I've had the chicken Parmesan panini and the salmon and Brie panini. The chicken parm comes with a marinara dipping sauce, but even with that, it was on the dry side and the chicken itself was very thin. The salmon and Brie one, however, was pretty amazing. The salmon was perfectly prepared, very moist, tender, and flaky. The addition of the Brie makes this sandwich something special!

A casual nice family friendly restaurant located in Brea. The wait time for dinner time can be around 30 minutes if you're a group or 4+, on a weekend that's not bad at all. There was indoor and outdoor seating available, both are great. I got a little more cold toward the end of dinner though sitting outdoors, but the patio is pleasant. The food has generous portion sizes, no complaints there, good leftovers! The Mediterranean Greek salad was good with the perfect amount of cheese but I will say I felt my salad had a little too much dressing on it, next time I would order the vinaigrette on the side. Most meals come with a side soup or salad, great! My family ordered the hummus trio, tasty, the red hummus is a little more on the spicy side but I love spice. Their pita bread is so warm and smells fresh. Their tzatziki sauce is great! 10/10 The wraps are tasty and there's so many options to choose from! I ordered a freshly squeezed strawberry lemonade, I would say the normal lemonade tastes like it should but the strawberry is lacking a little more strawberry taste or inclusions at least. Friendly staff that gets their job done efficiently and keeps the area clean while maintaining a friendly environment. Good job

I went to pick up food after work today. Restaurant was busy, but not too bad for a Friday. No line and plenty of parking spots. Staff were friendly and prompt when getting my food ready. Food was hot and delicious! It was the perfect end of a long week.

When you walk in, you're greeted with smiles, a question about how your day is, and if you've been there a few times, a quick "how's the wife and kids?" Although some people may see the price tags and wince, they do not skimp on portions. They will fill your plate to the absolute brim, give you one huge pita, and send you on your way. The flavors on the food are nothing to scoff at either. The hummus, tabbouleh, and beef skewer are absolute hits. Flavorful bites with the perfect amount of balance between the acidity of the tabbouleh, the light and rich hummus, and the meatiness of the beef. The shrimp skewer is tasty as well but not something I think I'd get again. The rice pairs well with everything, and as I've mentioned before, the humongous pita they give you is delicious as well. A three skewer plate is enough for two people! All in all, Pita Hot has been around this long for a reason. Their business model and recipes are tried and true. Overall, 9/10.

Staff was fine, washroom need to be checked more often since there was paper all over the floor and the hand washing area was completely wet as if some one had used it to bathe. It was amusing once paying the tab since the waitress selected the percent she wanted for tip and then proceeded to ask if I was ok with the amount, when I questioned it she then got nervous and said it was a company policy and again asked if I was ok with the amount. Well, no. I , as a customer should be able to select what I choose to leave as a tip. The pita is soft and the sauce is really nice and complimentary. We do wish there was a bit more veggies in these wraps, as the meat can get rich and overpowering at times, but other than that, no complaints. Nick's fries are your classic loaded fries with sauce, feta, meat, and green onions. Their fries taste great on their own, and even better in these.
