The best donuts (I've tasted) in Arizona. I tried two locations and they're equally fresh. Also love the use of ample filling in their donuts.

Exactly what it should be. Great value. Love this place every time. The people who work at this location are always the nicest and the donuts seem fresh. Super yummy!

Light, fluffy donuts! The pumpkin spice donut had TOO much spice in it. The nutmeg was a little unpleasant.

Bosa donuts are a Phoenix Arizona staple! They are delicious and a great way to show yourself a little love after a long week. Pros: Friendliness: Bosa donuts are prepared and served quickly and all of the staff have a smile on their faces! I've always received good customer service at Bosa donuts Donut quality: the quality of the donuts is really solid, as well! A variety of different types of donuts-- my favorite is Boston cream, but every donut I have tried has been pretty awesome. Price: Prices here are reasonable, especially when you buy 6-12 in bulk! Accessibility: There are many Bosa donut locations across Phoenix and I find their product and service to be generally consistent overall. Cons: Not necessarily a con, but an observation-- I feel like these donuts can be a bit heavy. If you are used to eating Krispy Kreme, you will find this donut to be heavier and likely a bit more caloric. They can be a little more "cakey" and not as flakey overall

I feel compelled to leave a negative review after my recent experience. Let me start by saying that I love Bosa's croissant sandwiches. However, I bought two smoothies for my lady and me, and they had a strange aftertaste. I called the place to inform them of the issue and to see if I could get an exchange. I still have our drinks, so they can see we couldn't drink them and know we're not trying to take advantage of them. However, the lady I spoke to told me they don't offer refunds and that I should have tasted the drinks before leaving the drive-thru. Then, she hung up on me. I sensed her frustration when she took my order over the intercom. So, if anyone reads this, I recommend not spending your money at this particular Bosa Donuts or any other place where you're not appreciated but merely tolerated. Customers, especially loyal ones who spend hundreds of dollars, deserve better treatment. I'm not trying to be difficult, but I don't recommend spending your hard-earned money at this location.

I was waiting for Zia Records to open in this plaza when I noticed Lucky Donuts in the corner and I just had to come in and get a couple for breakfast. This shop is simple enough where you enter, see a ton of donuts, a case full of drinks, and some other random stuff, but mostly I'm just here for the donuts. The employee working was super freaking friendly and ended up giving me a free donut because I had to wait for literally one minute for her to come up, which is 100% absolutely not a problem at all, but it was super sweet of her anyway. I ended up ordering a glaze crawler and a chocolate frosted donut as well, and I think the free one was maple glazed if I'm not mistaken. All three of the donuts were top notch delicious and I can't think of a single non positive thing to say. Overall, Lucky Donuts might just be a standard donut shop, but top notch service and delicious donuts make this place something special. Hungry? Lucky Donuts got you.

For it being later in the afternoon, I was actually surprised by how many donut options they still had, pretty much the full lineup! The shop itself looked clean and well-kept, which is always a good start. The employee behind the counter was a bit standoffish, not rude or anything, just not super warm. but hey, maybe it was a long day, so I didn't take it personally. I picked up an assorted half dozen to try a little bit of everything. That's where things got a little mixed. About half the donuts were great, soft, fresh, and hit that perfect sweet spot. The other half? Pretty dry and tasted a bit like leftovers from the day before (or maybe even the day before that). So, I'm on the fence. If I come back, I'll probably stick with the classics instead of the "fun" or seasonal ones, and maybe swing by earlier in the morning when everything's freshly made. I wouldn't cross this place off completely. Just might need to catch them at their best time of day.

We had the place to ourselves and I perused their display case. They had some interesting flavors and I only wanted 3, but their menu prices reflected 6 or 12 ($18 and $30 respectively). I asked if 3 would be $9, and the employee said yes. I chose their ube, Vietnamese coffee, and black sesame with raspberry. Other flavors included gochujang caramel, almond joy, churro, and blueberry crumble. It was hard choosing flavors cuz they all sounded great. I was rung up for 3 single donuts ($3.50 ea) and asked if that was correct. The employee said yes, as only the half dozen and dozen are discounted. I was tempted to get another 3 donuts but decided against it. We sampled the donuts after finishing our early dinner and the texture was spot on: light, chewy, and delicious. They're so fun and easy to eat too; you can pick off the balls and share them (if you want). Each of the toppings should differentiate the tastes, since the donut base is the same, but honestly none of them had strong flavors which was disappointing. The black sesame seeds did were the most flavorful, but not all of the balls had the seeds on them. Since I enjoy these donuts so much, I'd come back again, although not too often due to the price point.
