I chose curbside pickup because I had my baby with me and didn't want to wake him by bringing him into the store. I waited five minutes after checking in for curbside pickup, but no one came out. The entire front is a window so I could see inside and there were no employees behind the counter. I called the store and soon two employees came out from the back. I hung up at this point thinking they would now see my car in the curbside pickup spot and that I was waiting for my order. My app gave me the option to remind the store that I was waiting which I clicked. After waiting 10 minutes with no one bringing it to my car, I ended up going inside with my baby to pick it up myself. I would understand if it was busy, but this entire time nobody else was in the store and I was still not helped. I would recommend any of the other locations before this one due to their poor service. read more

I went a few weeks back cause they were offering the Dubai chocolate brownie and I missed it the first time around. I placed my order on the app for pick up. Service was friendly and my desserts looked great! Honestly, I didn't get the fuss on the Dubai brownie. It really lacks in pistachio flavor but I did enjoy the crunchy texture and the ratio to filling and brownie was great. I probably wouldn't get it again though but it wasn't at the fault of the workers at all. read more

Horrible experience! This particular location was first sold out of the cookie I wanted I guess you can't help that , but then I ordered the brownies and a three pack of cookies . I order them and 20 minutes goes by and I ask what's going on the guy who works there told me the brownies would be a 45 min wait! I said whattttt!! So then I ask for refund for the brownie bites because I didn't have 45 minutes to wait . Ask they assisted me with that , they gave me my three pack of cookies and when I got home I noticed that the cookies were hard as a rock! When this store opened several years ago, (2019) it was AMAZING. Fast forward to today, July 2026, it's gone downhill considerably. I stopped to get a Twix cookie, which is my favorite, the display in front of the registers looked like a hot mess! To be honest, they didn't even look appealing, still, I wanted the experience of the Twix cookie. The caramel on Twix cookie on display had completely melted was all over tray where the cookies are kept. I inquired as to why it looked like that and the girl just said it's been sitting out all day. In my experience in the past, I could have a Twix cookie sitting on my counter for several days, and it looked perfect, never melted. I understand that it's hot here in Arizona, but the store was a comfortable temperature in my house is kept at 76-77° at all times. Furthermore, if you look back at the pictures of how the Twix cookie is presented, the caramel goes almost all the way to the edge of the cookie, and then the chocolate goes slightly inside that caramel ring. It's then topped with little toffee pieces. The one I got yesterday looked awful. Not only was the physical cookie, considerably smaller. (it used to barely fit in the box when presented before.) but the caramel was barely on the cookie. The chocolate was even less and the toffee bits powdered mostly. I went home placed my cookie on the counter as per usual and woke up this morning to have it with my coffee and it was completely melted in the box. Very disappointing very messy. Additionally, it's not even worth the price increase anymore to stop by and get cookies. I'm very sad. read more

I got a party box to bring to work. I think this is okay for a special occasion however I don't think I would stop by often because of highly caloric these cookies are. Some cookies are 800 calories and they obviously have a lot of sugar. I prefer the classic cookies like chocolate peanut butter. The selection available changes regularly. Cookies seemed to be freshly made. Service was good. Horrible customer service. "Manager" angelica is very unprofessional and incompetent. Do not order anything from this location they will make the order wrong and then give no viable solution to make it right. Ordered a 12pack plus and extra one for delivery because even tho this is the closest location to my house it is still over 25min away from me and I had no time to go pick up. Received the order and it was incorrect so I call the store to let them know that it was incorrect and very rude and unprofessional Angelica the "manager" laughed that I was calling about it making it seem like it's not a big deal. It's the principle. I did not receive what I paid for. Said the only thing she could do is remake it and I can pick it up- I explained how that was not possible hence why I got delivery in the first place. She said that was the only option. She was very rude and dismissive and unhelpful. If you want your order to be made correctly and/or want good customer service I would not recommend this location at all. So disappointing. read more
