HOWEVER, they often struggle to stick to their posted opening hours, which means if you're thinking of stopping by on your way to work, it might not be the best option. This morning, I visited their location at Camelback and 17, but they were closed even though there was a sign indicating they were open, despite no lights on. The doors were locked. There was another potential customer who was hoping to grab a few dozen donuts for his office, and after waiting for about fifteen minutes to see if they would open, we decided to leave and try other places. In summary, if they are open, it's a good choice, but don't rely on it. It's best to call ahead if you're really hoping to get some. read more

I would not recommend placing orders to go here. I had a pick up order that was already paid for 17 dozen donuts, and it should've been ready at 8am. I went there to get a donut and iced coffee. Simple enough. (Pre warning, I am a principle guy). I asked for it to be not too much ice. Like before. She tells me they will charge me .75 for LESS ice. I was going to tip her more than that but as mentioned I am a principle guy and walked out. Charging more money because I asked for them to make the iced coffee with a little ice is ridiculous. Yummy!! Big donuts! I've got half a dozen and 5 out of 6, I liked them. My least favorite was strawberry filling donut. It wasn't one of those fresh strawberries filling/jam that you usually get. My favorite was sugar donut. So fluffy and it was still great even after a day of being left outside. The lady who worked the front was nice and answered all my questions. I'm getting my morning started by heading to the antique and thrift hotspot in central Phoenix and as I'm driving I spot another Bosa donut shop! Im feeling a little bold and hearty today (like the Bosa coffee) so I order a glazed donut with my coffee, the donut is not too sweet, but sweet enough, nice soft texture outside, but not dense or lacking substance, wait, I feel like I'm describing my honey! This business locks its bathroom doors, has no signage saying you must ask for the key, customers are left sitting there, trying not to crap themselves while waiting for a non-existent person to finish using restroom, only to find restroom is empty but locked. Wow. This one word perfectly sums up my experience at Bosa. I've been a donut fanatic since '84 and have eaten some of the best donuts around. But man does Bosa do them holes right. Super disappointed in their service. A lady cuts in front, I tell her I was in line and the clerk behind the counter heard me, yet helped her anyway. I said I was ahead if her, why are you taking her order. The customer didn't act like she heard a thing. Went in before 7:30pm (they close at 11pm). They had about about 1/4 of the donuts, most of the case was empty like they were about to close. None of the ones I wanted. Asked what time they closed and why there wasn't any donuts. Girl simply said they didn't make that many.
