Stopped in here this past week for breakfast. I ordered a glazed donut and a cinnamon roll. Service was fine. Prices were fine. The store is rather small - a few tables, so mostly a to-go establishment. The glazed donut was great; the cinnamon roll was okay, but I could barely taste the cinnamon. They have about 2 dozen different varieties of donuts as well as breakfast sandwiches served on bagels or croissant rolls. Their drinks are mostly bottled, but they also have coffee and Coke fountain products. Definitely worth a return visit. read more

Great doughnuts and lovey staff until this morning. When going to bring my staff a morning treat , the girl that assisted me started off the dozen with a doughnut from the back of the tray that was hidden, It was clearly old and she wanted to get rid of it - so she put it in my box- I asked her for a different one and she said it's the same doughnut- I told her I preferred a different one that looked fresher- from there she ignored me and gave me the most inhospitable customer service I've seen in a while. I'm sorry that this happened to me but hope that this place doesn't suffer from someone's poor attitude. read more

I'm only able to comment on Bosa as a coffee stop and, unfortunately, it's not good. If you are a coffee snob 100% go somewhere else. If you just want acceptable coffee, go somewhere else. Decent sandwiches and I've been coming here a handful of times but no more. The customer service just isn't there. Almost every time they get my order wrong. They are slow which is difficult when you're on a time crunch on your work lunch. If you can handle the bad experience for good donuts and the risk that your sandwich will be wrong, then go for it. Service was fine. The donut holes I got were stale and the glaze was gone by the time I got home (30 minutes from buying to eating). Maybe this is due to humidity, but even in Maui, the glaze would be good for a few hours before the humidity killed the sugar glaze. I like going to this place for donuts & boba!! I feel they are above average for both options. I usually get the Taro Boba~ it's great! The Boba comes out really good & soft. The buttermilk donut is my favorite but all the donuts are really good. This place is located right in the heart of downtown Phoenix. I pulled up at 3am. They took my order instantly.lady at the window seemed a bit irritated. I asked her if they had chai tea she said know I asked her if They had the avocado smoothie she said know, so I asked what flavors she said there was a lot on the menu. Idk maybe we just had a missed connection. The service was fast literally got me checked out and my order ready in like less than ten minutes and the smoothie looks awesome I got the strawberry banana.the only reason they are getting a 3/5 is because the fact that they always see irritated. I mean I guess it depends on what location you go to. They all have different menus and most never have the avocado smoothie but it's okay though. First customer of the day at 6:01am. The doughnut itself was fine. They had no cream or milk for their coffee, just some generic powdered creamer. And this particular location in downtown Phoenix had some sketchy people milling around outside. Got hit up for money on the way in, and on the way out, a different unsavory type wanted my doughnut and coffee when I said I had no money. That dude looked like he'd been tweaking for a few days straight with no sleep. I should have just eaten a pastry from the hotel. Been going to all the other locations in the valley and they are always super consistent. All of them are the same and this one did not disappoint. Got my regular pink frosting with sprinkles and it was just as pillowy as the location off McDowell. I love this place because it's simple and to the point. I love this place. Staff is always friendly and the place is clean. I really like their Taro boba smoothie. The sandwiches are a really good deal. If you want a decent lunch meal under $10 in downtown this is the spot. I like their combo with a whole sandwich and a smoothie. They are still open even with the construction outside btw! read more

As the only place in walking distance with fountain soda, when I'm in town I have always gone to Bosa. But the new person behind the counter has changed my routine. 3 days in a row she was the surliest, most inexcusably rude, consistently unprofessional person I've ever encountered at a service establishment.
