Best ever and I mean ever good customer service and always friendly love it they also have really good breakfast burritos

I went here during the week and was impressed by the variety! There was a remarkable selection of donuts, cronuts, old fashions, cake donuts, and filleds, each with different flavors and toppings. The cronut topped with whipped cream and caramel was a unique option that I haven't seen elsewhere. The donuts were also relatively fresh which is surprising given the large selection! read more

such kind workers and absolutely delicious and unique donuts for an amazing price!! a dozen donuts and came out with five extra. The worker was super sweet and gave us excellent recommendations for our first time visiting. Would definitely go back 10 out of 10. read more

Got a few donuts and a churro to go. There is a wide selection to choose from, including several flavors of cronuts. I got a lemon cronut, churro, plain cake and strawberry frosted with Fruity Pebbles. The donuts and churro were packaged in brown paper bags instead of the typical donut box. The churro looked really tempting and appeared to be about the same size as the ones Costco used to sell. Unfortunately it tasted a tad stale. The lemon cronut had a lot of lemon filling with croissant layers and was glazed. The donut layers were more on the tender side rather than crisp and flaky. I got the strawberry Fruity Pebbles donut for the little one who has a big appetite for anything sugary. She gobbled that donut right up. Service was fast and friendly. read more

Best donuts always soft and warm. And the staff is so friendly and kind. I never walk out without a freebie donut. It's a family favorite!

First, EVERYONE who walks in is immediately greeted by the staff. We ordered a sandwich and burrito, and the women helping me were both so sweet and generous! They gifted me two donuts with my order, a regular glazed and a pumpkin spice donut. My partner enjoyed the glazed donut and I really liked the pumpkin donut! Both yummy. The croissant sandwich was big and sooo good!! I'm always skeptical of donut shop sandwiches, but this one was definitely worth the purchase. My partner then wanted more donuts, bought two and they gifted us yet another one! I can see why they stay busy! Not on my side of town but if it was I would be there often read more

This place is a joke, they always close hours before it says and are not professional in the slightest. DO NOT GO HERE!

Good service but poor quality food and high prices. It's lonely, that should have been my sign.

Best donuts I have had. Used to go to Dunkin Donuts, but the donuts kept getting smaller and smaller. So, when Rainbow Donuts opened, I tried them and now I am a faithful fan. Their donuts are big and delicious. No other donut place can match them. read more

First time ever coming here. Driven by at 1000x's before since it's on my way to work. Finally came by with my kids and omg! The smell when you walked in was so weird, I can't quite put my finger on it but maybe like a sweet mold The girl at the counter was super sweet, I ordered donut holes, a fruity pebble donut and a sandwich, we sat down. My 6 year old took one bite of his fruity pebble donut and said "I'm full". I took a Vite of my donut and it had the sweet moldy taste I was talking about. I noticed the girl still hadn't made the sandwich. So I walked up and apologized said that I had an emergency and had to go. Felt bad because she walked to her boss in the back and out came down female all flared up and being mean saying we don't give refunds. I said I just wanted my money back for a sandwich she hadn't made. She opened the register and gave me the $20 I spent and said you can have your money back. Hence the two star!! I felt bad but we literally threw the donuts in the trash they were that bad aaaaand they were pricey! Like wtf?! Y'all have some naaaaasty donuts aaand your have the nerve to upcharge. Bet, won't ever, ever, eeeeever, eat from here. Even if they were free! Hard pass for me Otherwise I would have given them a 1 read more

Coming in at 7:30 am you would think you'd get fresh doughnuts.... Not in this case. Got my order wrong and insisted I ordered what she was trying to give me... My hubby was so confused because he herd me order and instead of making me what I ordered she gave me what she wanted to make me and I just took it and left. Not likely going to give this place another try because of poor customer service I don't like being tolerated and not celebrated especially if I'm spending my money at your establishment. read more

I love this place! Especially their cronuts and Vietnamese coffee! The Vietnamese coffee is something special off menu, so ask about it. It's iced and just the right amount of sweet and espresso. Everything here is great, donuts, breakfast sandwiches, coffee and of course the cronuts. read more

This quiescent place features a wide array of teas, smoothies, and bagel/croissant sandwiches. In fact, I would say that the sandwiches and drinks are better than their actual donuts. I got a sandwich, smoothie, and 2 donuts all for $14.94. read more

Incompetent staff, lack of any customer service. My wife and I went in here on national donut day to treat ourselves to a half dozen. As a treat we both got cronuts which cost a bit more. We noticed the cronuts didn't have any topping in them as they normally do. They reassured me that there was filling inside. She got one with topping I said it's okay as long as there the Nutella filling inside. We got home. I bit into my cronut, ate the whole thing. Not any filling whatsoever. I call to inform them and there was no conversation about, "hey we can offer you a free cronut next time." or, "we can offer you a refund." or anything really. Instead the employee says when I advise them of what happened, "oh, okay sorry." followed by a launch pause. I said "so?". No response. Horrible service. Incompetent staffing. Bye rainbow donuts you lost a customer. read more

I tried this place out because of the cronut pictures posted. I don't know if those are no longer made, but I didn't see any when I went. I, did, however see a toasted coconut cream filled one that called my attention. There were only 2 left when I went in, so they had to be good, right? I was feeling nice, so I got the second one for roomie and was on my way. I had also gotten a large avocado smoothie with boba. Got home, I discovered that the nice lady threw in some donut holes, too. I didn't order nor pay for those, but that was a cute little bonus. I ended up giving them to roomie as well, and he said everything he ate tasted good. The ham/cheese/jalapeno croissant was nice and fresh, too. I liked my smoothie, but probably should have opted for the smaller size. The little bit I had left still held pretty good in the fridge for a few hours. This is cute, small little spot that is clean. I'd eat here if I wasn't out running errands. read more

Very oily donuts. I couldn't even finish the apple fritter. The customer service was nice, but that can't make up for the overpriced and poor quality of donuts. read more

Donuts are always fresh, warm, soft, and full of flavor. This chain is definitely a step up from Dunk n Donuts, and Krispy Kream.

Love me maple bars and apple fritters but tried their croissant donut thing and OMG! You can personalize with Nutella or a bunch of different tops. Apparently need to get there early to obtain the bacon donuts. Nicest staff and she even tossed in a handful of balls in my bakers dozen. Happy day and beautiful Rainbow. read more

Love cronuts???? Omg this place has tons of them. Different flavors too! I've never seen a place with so many different kinds. I really wished they had a location in Vegas because I'm having a hard time just finding a place that sells cronuts to begin with. I tried them and they were so soft and flaky! 5 stars!! They also have a large assortment of donuts, larger that most. I tried the glaze with red velvet crushed toppings..highly suggested! I'll be back when I'm in AZ again read more

Ordered a dozen donuts on the way to work....I'm on a diet so I just let them pick the flavors! And they picked a variety of fun sweet flavors I even saved one and brought it home it was a glaze coconut and my daughter said it was amazing I only gave it 4 stars because one of the donuts was either strawberry or raspberry but it kind of tasted like a bagel from what I heard so for the one mystery donut we're going to take away a star read more

I was searching for a good donut shop and I read all the positive reviews about Rainbow donuts. So I thought I would give them a try. Well, I was not impressed. I ordered 2 donuts and a medium coffee and it came to $5.53. WOW, are you joking! $5.53 for 2 donuts & a coffee... The donuts were stale and the coffee was barely warm, and the place was empty, I should have known better... Elsewhere I buy the same and it only cost me $3.05 and the donuts are fresh right out of the fryer and the coffee is piping hot! No more Rainbow donuts for me... read more

I'd I could give zero stars, that'd be a more accurate rating. I got the wrong order and called the store. They don't care. They didn't even try to help. Now I have six ham croissants, and I don't eat pork. Disgusting customer service. read more

Got a tiger tail and it was way undercooked and loaded with grease. Pretty gross. I came in for a buttermilk bar but they were so small, it was just silly. Another business that cuts back literally 1-2 cents worth of food costs per item so at the end of the year, they can pocket a couple hundred extra bucks. When will these kinds of business learn that customers are going to feel cheated when they get undersized products? Go to Bosa on 51st ave and Olive if you want to see what a real sized buttermilk bar looks like. They're great and cheaper too! read more

I came to north Phoenix to finish some stuff and decided to have a fast breakfast. I went to this restaurant and and have a lot of options. I had ordered an egg and cheese bagel and was great. Also, i ordered strawberry and banana smoothie. It was fresh (real fruit), the strawberry flavor was too strong. The lady offered me to buy a donut. They have a lot of choices and I took blueberry vanilla and was so delicious. The place is big and not crowded. The prices are cheap. Would come again. read more
