Off and on over the years, I've enjoyed some good BoSa Donuts for either for my staff, friends, or even for me. This is my go-to location, and I even get coupons in the mail through Valpak or through the Entertainment Book. I would typically get dozens of glazed donut holes for the office or even some chocolate donut holes, and for me, I'd get one of whichever donut is looking the best. I always forget that they have so much more on their menu than just the donuts. I have always enjoyed whatever I pick up, and the service is always good as well. This past week, it was my boss's birthday, and while he isn't into sweets or treats, he makes one exception which is a chocolate donut hole (or many of them). I arrived with only one person in front of me in line. While they were taking a long time, I appreciate how the employee there didn't rush them and took their time to get to know the customer and ensure their order was what the customer wanted. While I waited a bit, it gave me time to browse the menu. I didn't see chocolate donut holes listed on the menu (though I could have missed it), and I was prepared to leave to go to a nearby Dunkin Donuts if they no longer carried chocolate donut holes, but to my delight, when I got up to order and inquired, they certainly had chocolate donut holes. I ordered two dozen of them (for my boss) along with a donut of my choosing (for me). Everything was delicious as expected! BoSa Donuts considers themselves to be the "Best Donuts in Arizona," and according to my employees, many would agree with them. They are also doing a big push to encourage people to order coffee or smoothies, which I haven't tried either yet. They have breakfast sandwiches (which I have tried) and lunch sandwiches (which I haven't tried) along with combos which include donuts or a sandwich with a coffee or smoothie. They also have muffins, bagels, and croissants along with hot chocolate and cappuccinos. Most of their 50 locations across the state are open 24/7. read more

Lots of choices and I appreciate a visual menu of the available drink options. We tried the Thai tea, Vietnam's coffee and the matcha milk tea. Love that you can customize your boba add-ins. I don't think it's possible to overstate how amazing Bosa donuts is. The donuts are just mind blowing. In fact as I type this I am eating one of the cake donuts I got 2 days ago and it's still delicious and moist. The service here is great. The employees are very lovely and kind. If ever you are having an existential crisis and you wonder if there is any meaning in this ever expanding universe, come here and have a donut. Came in with an open mind & a desire for caffeine but left very underwhelmed. Ordered a large iced caramel coffee but was sad that it was beyond bitter and could not be salvaged with any amount of sugar or cream. I threw 95% of it away which made me so very sad. Not only because I absolutely loathe wasting food but money too and I still needed some caffeine. Ordered a large cinnamon roll, old fashioned, and a maple bar. They threw in a couple of donut holes which was lovely of them. Unfortunately, all the donuts were very heavy in weight. It started with some promise with the maple bar. The maple was lovely, not too sweet and not overly iced but the weight of the donut itself was dense and heavy. It's such a personal preference for cake, yeast, etc., etc. but for me, all of the donuts were too heavy/dense. The cinnamon was very disappointing as I did not feel it was cinnamon-y enough. We went in because we were bringing family up north some favorite donuts . Had a Valpak coupon on our phones . The cashier walked to the back and out came a much Older woman saying we couldn't use a coupon ( she said how does she know we didn't use at every store ? ) wth And that we needed to print the coupon out It's from the same place their paper coupons are on Valpac And on the coupon it's says that location on 32nd as well as No photo copies accepted She refused to look at it and then continued to insult us !!! This is at 4pm and over the free half dozen So for six donuts she is willing to get a bad review ! JUST WOW!!!! 07-25-2023 This - 'Bosa Donuts' location, has thee RUDEST person/woman that I've EVER encountered!! (Hope they're not ALL the same, but I have a very strong feeling that THEY ARE!!!!)!!!! When you pull in and park,.. Go to the multiple doors, and they have a small paper, among other items scattered on the doors,.. Good thing I read them,.. Had to go back to the 1st door, to see if it was open/maybe, I missed something?!?!),.. saying the drive thru is open,.. Okay?!?!?!?! Yet, not stating the indoor dining/ordering/pickup, etc, is open or closed,.. So, after going to each set of doors,.. I found that they are both, indeed locked. Ok then. Let's go thru the drive-thru, and see what happens?! No answer at the drive-thru,l AND ITS VERYYYYY DARK OUTSIDE/THERE!!!! (Still SO VERY hot/humid outside, with being middle of summer & monsoon season, PLUS the EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING!!!!),.. So, drive up to the window. Wow. These two 'women', could care less, that someone is sitting out there, in the drive thru. I have been to their location on Central Ave and this one is nicer. There is a large seating area but not too nice and very basic. My maple bar donut costing $1.60 was fresh and tasty which is the most important item. It's in a shopping center with a large parking lot and was close to empty when I was there. Not sure how you get X'd from a donut shop. The place is "open" 24 hours and the employees will help you the time within the day when they care to. I went to the door, locked. Went through the drive through, the guy could not hear me. Great donuts... $1.50 each though! The three types I bought were all very good and very fresh! The glazed crunch was excellent and as the name implied, soft and fluffy inside with a sugary crunch outside. The old fashioned buttermilk square was spot on with deep groves full of glaze, and the maple covered cake donut was fresh and light with enough frosting to be satisfying but not cloying. Best donuts I have found in Phoenix, hands down. The staff is always super polite and the selection is always good, even during busy times or at night they never seem to be out of anything. Came this morning because I was craving a good donut...we LOVE BoSa!! We just went w a dozen cake and raised mix...I love their plain cake donuts so much, dunked in coffee! The random assortment was good, a nice mix of filled, old fashioned, cake (blueberry, chocolate), and raised/glazed (plain and chocolate) I tried to snap a pic of the dozen but my hubs stole a few before I could get the pic I love that we can pop through the drive-thru on a casual Sunday morning. I've come to realize that the Bosa's that aren't open 24/7 don't have great donuts. I got an apple fritter and a cinnamon crumb here, and the apple fritter wasn't great; it was really soggy inside and just not great. Love the Glazed and Chocolate Donut Holes. Unfortunately they were out of chocolate donut holes. In fact they only had 2 1/2 dozen glazed but I got there around 745 pm. When these donuts are fresh out of the oven they are one of the best in town. I like Bosa and Krispy Kreme as top 2, I always get the donut holes but the regular donuts are also top notch. I like the Boston Creme and the wide variety that they offer. Tried the strawberry smoothie and it is good but I prefer a strawberry slush from other places and my daughter is not big on their boba ice tea drinks. Stay with the donuts and you can't loose.
