Atmosphere and Staff I feel like can always make or break an experience. This is my second time here, and they never disappoint. First the pluses. Drive through was fast. People were friendly. 10% military discount. Had the sausage and egg biscuit. The biscuit as advertised is flaky but the amount of salt is overwhelming. Can hardly taste anything else. For people needing salt free or low salt ... don't. Even their berry biscuit was salty. Must be in the biscuit mix. Tenders are fantastic and the biscuits are heavenly. The only downside is they don't serve gravy in the afternoons and the gravy that they serve in the morning is honestly gross. There's always big clumps of flour in it and it's virtually tasteless. read more

I had never tried Bojangles before so I dropped by on a Sunday afternoon around 3:00, which is not what I would call Rush Hour. The staff training must include "How to Avoid eye contact" and "Do Not Smile". The girl just stared at me when I walked up to the register. No greeting or "Can I take your order". I ordered a sandwich, nothing more. As I waited for over 30 minutes, customers were walking in and there was a line of about 10 people before they were acknowledged. The cashier practically sighed when she had to work. In the back, they were too busy filling drive-thru orders instead of waiting on customers who got out of the car and walked in. There was tension between the employees and there seemed to be only one person trying to work. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked the cashier to check on my sandwich. She blinked and said nothing, did nothing. I finally got my sandwich and it had one pickle on it and it was slathered with some sauce. If I were the owner I would look at how Chik Fila treats their customers and re-train- or fire- the entire staff. I could not tell if there was a manager there or not but it was obvious that nobody was in charge. I will not return just to get into a silent staring contest with a teenager. read more

I was super excited to have Bojangles Opening in Euless, Texas. As soon as I walked in, I was kinda disappointed. This doesn't feel like a legit Bojangles at all. Did something change? I went home to North Carolina a few weeks ago and the original menu I grew up with doesn't exist. No Cajun Filet Biscuit and no bone in chicken on the menu. Breakfast isn't served all day. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to finally have Bojangles in Texas. Oh my God, y'all, the kids in the sweltering heat on that fiery pavement against a brick building surrounded by idling vehicles....140 degrees? I sat in the passenger seat while my friend went through the drive-through . There were two lanes and there were kids out there taking orders. Those poor kids were drenched in sweat, no cover from the sun. after you turn the corner, another kid comes and takes your payment running between cars back and forth to the payment window. He got his heel clipped by a truck tire rounding the corner of the building too closely. Then you get up to the food delivery window and they have two kids standing under the window where you get your food. They are wedged between the HOT cement side of the building and the HOT cars! the kids at the food window did nothing more than ask your name and turn around and give it to the person in the window! They had a fan on top of a bucket of ice as the solution to help try to keep these kids cool but it looked silly. How about not making those kids stand next to a burning hot building, trapped between hot cars to simply take your name when the customer could just tell the person at the window like any other drive through? Please put up some shades for your outdoor workers!!! They are in direct sunlight in 100 plus degree Texas summer weather next to hot cars on hot pavement ! Parents, have your teenagers work somewhere else unless they provide shade!!! Now about the food. They don't serve gravy with their chicken tenders after 2 PM . What the heck?! You're in Texas now Bojangles!!!! we want gravy with everything all day and all night! The chicken tenders were cooked very nicely, biscuit was yum, Mac n cheese and dirty rice were good sides. Went to get my wife and I dinner tonight. Ordered 2 4 piece tenders dinners. Took 28 minutes after I ordered to get my food which is. Is most likely cold. 25 bucks down the drain. Last visit the food was okay but this time, nope. Went in the trash. Guy that ordered before me got a refund and left. Manager was rude and staff really don't want to work or even be there. Skip this location. They are very very very very slow. I could have eaten an entire dinner at red lobster by the time I got my food from this place. read more

I came here the day they opened and it was pretty hectic as you would imagine.The drive thru was really backed up so I decided to go in.It was pretty crowded inside also but only had to wait about 15 minutes.They were pretty efficient.As I was looking at the menu I was a little disappointed because they didn't have bone in chicken.They just carry tenders and chicken sandwiches.So I ended up getting the four piece combo with dirty rice.Along with a couple of the bo berry desserts.I also noticed they don't carry mashed potatoes and gravy.So I sit down to eat and everything was hot and fresh.The tenders were crispy and tender and had a little spice to it but could have used a little more.The dirty rice was good but could have had a little more more flavor to it.Now the biscuits are pretty good.They are made from scratch and there is a little window up front where you can see them making them.Overall my food was solid.And I would recommend this place if you like tenders.Which I do but I like bone in chicken better and really wanted to try theirs considering how much I've heard about it.I also went back this morning to try their breakfast.I got there sausage and and cheese biscuit.Sad to say it was cold.The biscuit was good but unfortunately the sandwich was cold.Will I be back?Probably every once in awhile for the tenders but like I say I eat regular chicken more. read more

We visited this location on July 1st. It was still extremely busy! Do not pay attention to the google "busy" indicator, it is wrong. They really had that line snaking through the entire parking lot. There were multiple times that "f*ck this" went through my head and I almost went abort mission, but I stuck with it. Took about 2 hours. Savannah took our order and she was an absolute sweetheart. To pay someone else will come up and ask for your name and then take your card back to the register out of sight to pay. That felt a little sketchy to me, but I'm sure they're just doing what they can to get things moving. We got a chicken sandwich, tenders, dirty rice, fries, Mac and cheese, bo berry biscuits and peach cobbler. The sweet tea was really good IMO. Not too sweet, which I like. The fries were good, seasoned well, piping hot. Devoured before we were even halfway home (a 15 min drive). The sandwich was still crispy and hot when I got home. Like other reviewers have said, dipping it in the peach honey pepper sauce is a pro move. Really delicious. The peach pepper sauce reminds me of a better version of Wendy's sweet and sour, with a slight heat to it. Macaroni and cheese was good, reminded me of Chick Fil As. Their dirty rice was really good! I would recommend it. Bo berry biscuits were awesome. Super fluffy and fresh. That is the one upside to sitting in a 2 hour long drive thru line- SUPER fresh food! The cobbler was good but a little repetitive if you're already getting a meal that comes with their biscuits because it's just a diced peach mixture on top of one of the biscuits, but the peach mixture is very tasty. We've been looking forward to Bojangles in Texas, ever since we left NC. We've counted down the months/weeks/days until this one, or the one planned for Frisco opened. Husband and daughter would both take the day off work to go. Well, it's here now. We went the first time last week, and it was good, though not quite what we remembered. It's probably because we're dieting, and got the chicken on a salad. Today we went back with the whole family. This was not as good an experience as the first day. Son-in-law complained that the girl directing the drive thru traffic, was being so ineffective, it was causing traffic to back up onto the main road. Recommend training, before she gets someone killed. We went in to eat, and grabbed a dirty table for four. Managers were having a pow-wow at a corner booth--while customers were in a long line, and looking for seats. Food is good--it's Bojangles. It took a bit of a wait, since they were busy. I ordered the salad, and they forgot the bacon--we had to ask for it. It might have been good, but I like mine crispy, and this definitely wasn't. My biggest complaint here, is for the store owner/manager, and corporate--whoever made the decision that the ONLY utensil you can find here, is a SPORK! The first visit, we were given forks, this time they said they only have the stupidest utensil ever invented. Are you really trying for the KFC vibe? I feel so strongly about this, that I won't volunteer to make the drive back to Bojangles again. I took my salad home, to eat it with a proper utensil--and cook the bacon. Bo, you need to step up your game. You're in Texas, where people can go to KFC, Churches, Golden Chick, Wingstop, Chicken Express, Popeyes, and Raising Canes. Your flagship here is more like a dingy. Quite possibly the worst customer service / curbside / drive through experience I've ever had in food service. Excited to try something new, i placed a curbside order since I've got my girls in the car. Slated for 10:20a pick up, I pulled into the curbside spot on time. Directions say to check in on the app. Went to the app and there's no "I'm here" option. The app says to call and let us know you're here. Well, the number provided is their corporate number (which isn't connected since it's Sunday). No worries - I'll just call the store. Called the store...and the phone has a busy signal. Okay, all good so far. I'll just pull through the drive through. It's about 10:30a when I get to the window and tell them I've got an order for curbside but couldn't check in. They proceed to tell me my order incorrect 3 times and I eventually just give them my phone. They finally find the order and tell me to pull back into the curbside spot (where this all began). It is now 11:15. I've had someone come out twice with my "order"' which was clearly wrong just glancing at the size of the order. The second time the rep. just walked away without even saying anything after asking my name. I could have ordered DoorDash, had it delivered to my curbside spot, and eaten by now. What a terribly managed location. I bet this one doesn't last long - good food can only get you so far. Absolutely terrible As I went to post this, a third person just came out to ask my name. Came in this morning and Bojangles was SLAMMED! At least 30 cars in the Drive Thru, and another 20 to 30 people inside. People seemed on edge and upset for having to wait. But let me tell you that the crew was on point. Starting with the woman in the back communicating with her team as if she was a sous chef at a fine dining restaurant with a southern twist. Team was filled with teens and 20 something employees. While under pressure and frustrated they never lost their composure or manners. Manager (maybe GM) walked in mid rush and immediately started crowd control and even hopped in the mix to get orders out. While there were probably plenty of complaints from people with unrealistic expectations, I'm here to tell you the was the most impressive experience I've ever seen in Fast Food. Add to that the fact that this first rate team turned out the best Chicken Biscuit Combo I've ever had! Ever Ever? Yes Ever Ever Ever! When I left I didn't get a chance to get anyone's name because they were still turning orders like crazy, but I can't say enough about this team. Lastly, if you roll up on an establishment with this type of line without any gimmicky TikTok trend then know that you found a legit spot. Show some patience especially for a Chicken Spot that's actually open on Sunday when we really need them. Imagine it's your son or daughter or husband or wife working that hard because you didn't feel like cooking this morning. Thank you Bojangles for coming to DFW. Well at first I was disappointed at the fact that they don't sell bone-in chicken anymore, but the chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders my wife had were so fresh and delicious that it made me forget about the fact that they don't have bone-in chicken here.
