It's not good for me to find a good burger spot like this. I got the original and it was perfect! The options are pretty simple and straight to the point. The beef tasted like fresh unfrozen and well charred. Tastes like someone has an iron skillet back there. This place is clean, the customer service was amazing! This was my first time to visit Fatburger. I was excited to see all the different options on the menu. You could get a quarter pound burger all the way up to a 1 pound burger. They also have a skinny burger that comes without the bun. They also have several different french fry options. I chose the skinny burger and added another large patty so I basically had 3/4 of a pound and then add a cheese as well. The burger was juicy and delicious and hit the spot and the vanilla shake was a great way to wash it down, and the fat fries were nice and crispy. I'll definitely make another trip back read more

Cost is 13.00 dollar add a dollar more for cheese. Cost for two people was 32.00. A little high for burgers. The burger was good I liked the beef patty it had good flavor. The patty is fresh made not the pre made patty. Plenty of toppings just not the best burger I had. I substituted onion rings for my fries. Good onion rings just need to eat them while they are hot. This type of batter on the rings gets tuff after they get cold. My husband has the skinny fries which are just fries you get a lot and they were good. Pepsi no coke for drinks. My foodie friends have raved on about the Fatburger. There's a single burger, double burger, and triple burger offered. Of course, I was excited to come try the impossible plant-based burger since the company originated in California. This impossible burger was tasty!!! Really good. The burger bun was toasted! I ordered the impossible combo for $15.99. I had to add pickles. Never want a burger without pickles. I cut the onions, mayo, relish, mustard on my burger. Vegan cheese is an extra $1.00 if that works for your burger adventure. There were other options to amp up your burger such as fried onion rings, jalapeños, avocado, bacon (not vegan bacon). Service was great. The gentleman at the register was very patient with me and hubs. This was our first visit. Not my last! My burger order was totally wrong but once I told the my burger was made right. Plus the manager came by to check. Since my skinny fries became cold while waiting for my burger to be made right, I was made another order of super hot skinny fries. The vegan shakes were $9.99. Choices were chocolate, vanilla, banana, and strawberry. I did not have a shake. Hubs had a regular cookies and cream "milk" shake and said it was thick and delicious. I ordered online via their website. It said my food would be ready in 15 minutes, which would be around 10pm. I chose to have milkshakes with my meal which was an up charge. That wasn't a big deal. What a treat to have a shake with a burger, right? I don't know because the girl at the counter said she doesn't make milkshakes after 10:30. My food should have been prepared and received half an hour prior, but I didn't leave there until about 11pm. The employees were bossing one another around and infighting where every customer could hear. The dining room was full of flies and angry customers. People were demanding their money back. I needed a refund as well since I didn't receive over $12 of milkshakes. I waited an hour for my food past the stated time. The cashier rang up returns for customers but never totaled the transactions, so no return was ever given. My return that was rung up was over $27 due to the wait. I have never received my refund and have called multiple times. I'm told that only the owner can issue refunds and she seems to never be there. The sad thing is, the burger wasn't bad. The French fries tasted like onion rings. That was unexpected. I won't be back and would appreciate my refund. read more

What's funny is he was even sitting at the table waiting and the girl said I'll bring it right to you and it's stayed on the shelf. He had to go back and ask a third time for his food and you guys still couldn't handle it. Too bad, because there is so much potential for a restaurant that serves a freshly made burger. The burger patty seemed to be made fresh, but it was severely lacking seasoning. I ordered the Western Bacon BBQ burger. The BBQ sauce was very tangy - too tangy, the tomato really thick and underripe (you need to be a beaver to bite through it), and the onion rings were massive and lacking seasoning. I'm sorry to say, the whole thing was just bland, mediocre and quite expensive. I believe we paid roughly $36. for two burgers, fries, and a drink (the fries were good though).
